The lady that works there knows everything about the animals they sell. When I got a Beta fish she knew it was a boy!!! When I went to a different fish place they said that my rainbow shark wouldn't eat my goldfish. Manager is great but he's not always there. Other people not as knowledgable about fish except the one shorter girl with dark hair. I appreciate her and the managers knowledge and professionalism.

Great store! (Like all other Petlands I guess) I get stuff for my aquarium, and I always get there Seeds for my birds (finches)

Overheard an employee tell a lady her water test was fine, but was clearly not. I would be surprised if the fish lasted a day.

Small pet store. Not the cheapest, but staff always friendly and helpful and most of all knowledgeable. Any Pet land is a worthy trip.

Compared to the other two locations that I go to (86th and Kingw Hwy) This one had much better customer service and their set ups for certain animals were much better
