My Maltese loves “Cesar” dog wet good, he is thinking about and telling now and always, “Thank you, Cashier ”! ; and I pay with cash/credit card, since they do 𝘕𝘖𝘛 allow personal/cashier checks. Also, they give the little tray, every time I buy at their Kingshighway retail spot. 😻 It’s a good gym from Avenue L & Ocean Parkway, I’m thinking, actually. 🙀

They almost always have what I need in stock or will order it for me. They are happy to help me with discount cat food cans for my feral. The store is conveniently located, not far from my house and not far from the Kings Highway location where Pet Delight used to be... that was my destination for the last 20 years or so. It was a shock and a sad day when Dog/Pet Delight closed.... but this place is helpfully filling in the void.

Always try to accommodate your specific needs. They carry every flavor of fancy feast. They help you to your car. Give you personal service calls to alert you when a product you were looking has arrived. They make it their business to find a brand of animal food you want even if they don't carry it as their usual. The owners are kind and patient. What more could you ask for!

my dog will be 10 this year,i (and my uncle) have been patronizing this store since he was a pup. we’ve spent thousands here, as we believe in supporting small businesses, especially during this trying time - however, the new system in place is pretty sub par. you cant even go in the store to view items available, and the guy at the door wanted to take other customers before actually helping me. i’m sure not everybody wants to re-order the same 24 pack of cat food, or bag of greenies...and yet we wonder why more of our business goes to the big companies 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Best prices in Brooklyn for pet food and supplies, I'm a cheap person I shop around but they have everything you need and the lowest prices especially the cat climbing jungle gyms and wee pads! Love em!

The store was open only for curbside pickup due to Covid-19, however I was able to see that it's a big store, full of different food and other products for animals. Pleasant and very friendly owner. I will update this review as soon as I'm able to shop inside the store.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. This was probably the worst experience I’ve faced. I don’t recommend going here. The three men who worked here at the time were extremely discriminative towards me and my friend. First of all they weren’t welcoming, they eyed us the entire time as if we were about to steal something. They don’t deserve any buisness, this is 2019 I really expect more from a local business that’s about to loose their store to amazon and other large retailers, should learn how to treat people better. I’ll be reccomending to everyone in the neighborhood and every pet owner I know to stay clear of this place!

The cashier that works there on weekends needs to learn how to have some courtesy. instead of having a moody look on his face. the owners are nice but not the one that wears the hat. he should at least say thank you when giving back change. will go there on weekdays, weekends forget it, can't stand people who lack good manners. some people should be thankful they have a job treating customers like that. can't stand moody looking cashiers.

Great local pet store. Carries a wide variety of pet foods and supplies. Fair pricing and helpful friendly staff. Foods range from Taste of the Wild to Friskies. Nice selection of toys for all pets. Great place

Disgustingly rude staff, followed us around the store questioned us about what kind of animal we had as if we were stealing just because we have a dog and a cat, who the heck steals dog products!! I try to support local but I will shop on amazon from now on!! Way better customer service!!! He just lost ALOT of business!!!

good place to go for cheap stuff they have everything! at petland its $64 for a rabbit cage here it cost $50!!!!!!!!!! im not joking and they gave me a good deal: for a, cage, beding, fooD (FEW MONTHS WORTH) and a bottle for $67!!!!!!!!
