I was very nervous while choosing new place to groom my sweet Pomeranian puppy.Let’s be honest some of the groomers can be really harsh with our furry babies and it’s also crucial to know how to take care of Pomeranian coat. I explained my concerns as my dog hates grooming and Mila was very nice and professional on the phone assuring me he will be in good hands. I gave it a try , now my puppy looks absolutely adorable and happy with his new haircut ! I can tell he wasn’t stressed at all comparing our previous experience in another place. I appreciate all hard work as his coat was pretty tangled in certain places. We definitely will be back , I highly recommend this place !

I had a great groomer by me, and sadly she moved. I’m so happy I found this place! I’ve been taking my dog here last 2 years I drive all the way from bay ridge, my dog loves it here, I have a big golden Retriver! Staff is great dog is happy to go and always looks clean, prices are reasonable and their detail oriented and take their time, personally I’d ignore the other negative reviews - their pure nonsense. If my dog is happy to go there that says everything

I had a great experience. Naeomi did an amazing cut on my little Pekingese Mia. Pampered paws were referred to me by a neighbor an I gave them a try, which is always a bit nerve racking when it comes to our fur babies.Mia was not nervous at all a lovely man Vincent greeted us and then Naeomi asked what type of cut I wanted for Mia. After one and a half hours I got a call to pick her up. She looked relaxed and happy and the cut was wonderful. Thank you I will be backS

Absolutely the best.I have a large German Sheppard, who does not liked to be groomed. Naomi did an excellent job & was so patience with my Soulja. I highly recommend pampered paws. My go to groomers from now on..Thank-you so much guys 💘 🐾🐾

Because of all the good reviews, I decided to take my dog there. The staffs were nice and easy to communicate, but not all of them wore masks. Please avoid if you concern. HOWEVER, they are NOT professional at all, my dog came back with wounds. They never mentioned it when we picked him up, this is not NOT acceptable! And won’t recommend this place at all.

They called an hour after I dropped her off saying they can’t give her a haircut cause of her behavior…. However the dog was on meds to keep her calm. she’s a small puppy and it was her first time getting cut and they knew that said they’d take care of her. Manager was rude and we still had to pay. We asked for a full groom walked out with a wet dog…Let me add he didn’t have his assistant why are you scheduling appointments when you know you’re not capable of doing the job?

I brought my dog here for her first groom I was a bit nervous since she is a bit hyper but Gabby did a great job. My dog came back smelling and looking great. She made her feel safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend getting your pets groomed at this salon especially with Gabby.

Amazing place. My mother and my wife both work there and they care very deeply about animals, especially cats and dogs. They care so much for the well being of the animal and doing a good job. My mother, Mila, isn't just a dog Groomer. She's a dog Stylist. And you better get that correct. She is a professional. My wife has been under her masterful wing for many years now and is also very skilled. These hard working women come out from Staten Island in the pouring rain or hail and snow to make sure your cat or dog looks like a king or a queen. They always go the extra mile, and in addition to a beautiful and fresh cut, pets will often leave here with a bowtie, handcrafted by my mom (and I think my wife made them too but don't quote me on that).

After i dropped off my dog, I received a call back from them complaining about my dogs behavior.This was my first time I have ever received a complaint about my dogs behavior while being groomed. When I went to pick up my dog, he had a huge rash on his neck. In addition, they told me to never shower my dog at home and that he should only be showered by professional dog groomers. First they leave a rash and then they give me false information. Wish I spent more time reading all the reviews before I decided to pay for these services.

Brought my puppy in for a haircut which took 4 hours which was already ridiculous then when I picked her up I noticed she kept squinting her right eye, not wanting to open it and pawing at it. I called the groomers to ask about it and they told me it's just a hair in the eye and to wash it. I washed it and waited a few hours and nothing changed so I brought her into the emergency vet. Turns out she has a corneal ulceration due to possible shampoo in the eye to burn a layer of her eye. She has to put ointment on her eye 3x a day for 5 days and wear a cone for 5 days. The vet cost me over $200. I called the groomers again after to let them know and the lady that answered the phone told me it was impossible because they use a shampoo that's safe to enter the eye and then told me she'd talk to the owner and proceeded to hang up on me and never calling me back. They did not take responsibility for what they did and chose to ignore it by hanging up on me. I even dm their Instagram account and was ignored.

My puppy always comes out looking so perfect like straight out of a magazine ! The absolute best service . Amazing prices. Mila is super caring and gives really helpful tips for in between groomings. Dogs do not need to be put in crates since theres always a extra hand/sitter. Wont ever go anywhere else.

The groomer here is Amazing!!! Mila treated my dog very well despite his over excited behavior but the cut was great. Never had my dog felt so soft since he was a puppy! Must go!

Can’t have enough words to thank Nila for the amazing job and last minute accommodation for our 2 rescued dogs!They were both is critical conditions, hair all matted and really long nails and she managed to take care of them perfectly.Really happy we found this place and will be coming back every 6 weeks now for maintenance.Nila was very friendly and calm and took great care of my dogs, they are a ball of anxiety and prob gave her a hard time but she was very positive when we picked them up and the haircuts look amazing!!Great job and thank you again ❤️

People are friendly and nice. Lots of doggies for my puppy to socialize while waiting. The waiting on the weekends can be very long so plan ahead. Love that they chave a couch to sit while you wait for your doggy if you wish. Ladies are polite and treat doggies with respect and affection. Make sure you explain the haircut beforehand they will listen. Definitely recommend it.

I took my dog Koko here for a wash and dry. She is a rescue pup and my whole heart. The owner of this establishment takes her job seriously and has a passion for animals. I had a chance to speak to the owner and during our conversation, it reflected on how much she cared about the animals that they see and care for.

Great groomers! They called ahead to ask which treatments I wanted for my dog and to see a picture of him. Friendly staff and my dog looks great. Less expensive than groomers in park slope or Williamsburg too. They also have a taxi service to pick up and drop off your dog.

For a first time groom, as a new puppy owner we were nervous. We did not know what to expect. Reading all the great reviews and seeing their pictures of the dog's grooming - I decided to choose Pampered Paws. Mila (grooomer) is phenomenal. Mila and the owner were both so caring and really loves the pets. It shows in their work and their affection towards the pets in their salon. I told exactly Mila what I expected and not only did she deliver, it was way better! She did say that his body did not match his face, so she would cut it down which shes the groomer and i completely trusted her. My puppy also had free socialization since they are a cage-free establishment. We will definitely be back! Thank you Mila and Pampered Paws!

Great place and wonderful atmosphere. Cage free. My dogs love it here. We do daycare with them and dogs come home happy and exhausted. We also groom our dogs here and they look and smell amazing. Best salon in town, at least to us.

Mila is the best groomer in Brooklyn. She knows and truly cares about your dog. Chloe , my yorkie is a happy pup! My poor dog has all black nails and has been traumatized by other groomers. I have been groomer hopping as they have made her nails bleed and one led to a nail aversion. Horrible experience but Mila is the best! Forever going here.

I tried Pampered Paws for the first time, and my dog have a bald spot on his tail, shaved to close in two other areas. At first I like the cut then I noticed he was shaved to close in areas, but the worst was seeing the bald spot, which he have small bumps in the area. When I text the lady that groomed him the picture, she asked he he have loss hair, because she don’t remember shaving him too close. I figured she would make up something, instead of just apologizing. First and last time. The only loss of something, was my money.

This place is NOT cage free. I bought my dog in here for a grooming session and as soon as he walked in, 2 dogs attempted to attack him. My dog is very skiddish and not a fighter at all. I’m not 100% sure but I think they may have been the owner’s/employees dogs? I should’ve let this turn me away but the employees were apologetic about it. That is until I come to pick my dog up and see that he’s in a cage? While the 2 aggressive dogs are still walking free? I specifically chose this place because it is cage free, and I really don’t understand why my dog should be the one to be locked up while the aggressive ones are free to roam off leash.

**ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE -- STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS"! Please look at the owner's (LUISA B) response to prior reviews (Yelp) **I am APPALLED that someone so clueless has the opportunity to operate a business and be so disrespectful to customers.Our puppy was brought here and was cut on his underbelly where he needed to GO TO THE VET afterwards. In any line of business, accidents and mistakes happen but the way this one operates after those is truly incredible. Let's blame the customer, that makes sense. Right. Especially when it involves LIVING things like a 1 year old puppy. Separately and as a tip for future endeavors Luisa, do not rudely reply to unsatisfied customers on a public site (and speaking about how they don't take care of their puppies at home, and their mothers). Common sense.I will be reporting you to the better business bureau (BBB), you probably aren't sure what that is but its not something a business owner in NY wants to be associated with.Again, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Hundreds of more reputable groomers in the city, not worth it even if it was free.

I have not been to this place but I called there and when I found out the prices for a full service for my cat.I called there three times, and I couldn’t get to the real person, there was always an answering machine, I left messages, and they called me back the next day. True, this place did not suit me and my cat Because it was more expensive than anywhere else my cat and I went.Yes, due to the fact that there are only a couple of places in Brooklyn where cat grooming is done, this service has become expensive.😼😺
