The last time I took my dog they overcharged me. I was told one price on the phone and then it was $110 for a 15lb dog. I asked why and they said that my dogs hair was matted, which it was not. When I got home I noticed that my dog was very jumpy and was licking his hind paw. My sister and mom noticed that his nails were cut too short and he was bleeding. I have pictures that show where he was bleeding. I will not be taking my dog back.

Do not come here at all. My mom and I just left the place thinking they would attend us but nope. The lady in front said we weren't listed today but we saw that it had white out on top of our cats name since my mom came in person to book the appointment and spoke to someone and even asked what type of breed are the cats. So unprofessional, they do not groom cats. They only do dogs.

This place only cares about protecting their bottom dollar. They do not care about your pets well-being. If you love your dog and actually care about how he/she is being treated, find another place. Ask them about Luna if you have any doubts

Took my mainecoon Zena for nail clipping and a shave on her tummy and Darlene did an awesome job. Excellent place. I recommend for your dogs and cats grooming and bathing. We needed a groomers in the neighborhood.

Horrible owners. They do not take responsibility for their actions. I would not take my pet here due to their ignorance, blatant disrespect, and mistreatment of animals. They are not to be trusted. DO NOT SHOP OR GO HERE.EDIT: LUNA was taken to this place yesterday, and escaped the shop. The owners here lied about EVERYTHING. The dog was hyperthermic and had bloody paws due to her running down the streets. If the cops who were helping catch her, did not bring her into the veterinary clinic that was close by the dog would have died due to negligence from this shop’s owners. No care for the animals, no care for anything but themselves.

DONT BRING your pets for grooming!! They are horrible. Don’t take them if you really love your furry baby to this place especially for grooming. They cut my Coco leg. They say it was due to irritation in the area a that he had a lag of mat as well He did had mat put not in the are just his neck. He was crying because of the pain that he didn’t want to play nor go to his usual walks!

Disgusting horrific place of business !!!!!!! , last night they lost an owners poor innocent little dog who was running the street for god knows how long, to end up with bloody paws, hyperthermic and close to death . This negligence and irresponsibility nearly cost this poor little girl her life . Groomers who worked there LIED multiple times and even impersonated the owner once the dog was found and life was saved after two long hours of being worked on . The most revolting part of it all is the unapologetic and disrespectful attitude given by the groomers after the dogs life was saved . Totally un remorseful about nearly killing this dog . DO NOT GO THERE!

This place is horrible. I normally don’t write reviews, but this place literally lost a dog who was luckily found, and had his life saved. I’m not even sure if they have a valid license. Something is wrong w this so called “business”.

It’s amazing how malicious this business is. A DOG ESCAPED WHILE BEING UNDER THEIR CARE AND THEY ARE WRITING FALSE REVIEWS TO THE VET WHO HELPED THE DOG WHO WAS IN BAD SHAPE. SUNSET HAS TO DO BETTER. Do not support this place.

I am so glad that this place is 2 blocks away from my home. This neighborhood needed a groomer and a pet food spot. I used to always have to travel to get food or anything that I need for 2 big dogs. I will definitely be back because of the convenience and great customer service.
