Horrible grooming service!!! I told them three times I only wanted a trim and to not shave my dog completely and they shaved him anyway. Never going back to this place. If I could put 0 stars I would!!!

I got my pup pitbull Tyson here back when I was 16 years old in the year 2011 he was 2 and a half months old. I'm so happy , his 9 years old now and I'm 26. Tyson has an amazing great temperament towards other dogs, kids of all ages, and adults. I have 4 kids now and his been the sweetest he can be towards them since they were newborns . I believe he got it from his parents since I did alot of research on temperament and read it gets passed on through genes. I'm so thankful. I hope his brothers and sister also went to great homes. I would love to have another pittie from the same exact parents again but I know it might be impossible but just wanted to let everyone know how my experience went. His always been super healthy just 2 times he got sick but 1st time was because of him drinking turtle water as a pup and just recently because of an ulcer but is all healed now other then that his honestly been healthy as a horse. The lady was really super sweet to me and my boyfriend. I'm so grateful I met my bestfriend Tyson from this place💛

The people are nice and the price isn't bad at all, but the lady who took my dog was somewhat questioning the kind of cut I wanted for my dog. I had told her I wanted everything cut off and she would tell me that he would look weird and wanted to do his face and feet round. I told her I didn't want that cause no matter where I take him, I always get all of the fur cut off because his fur grows VERY quick, so the less fur, the less time it takes to grow back. When they finish his cut, the lady did what she wanted and rushed off before I could tell her anything. His fur was cut very uneven too, so I'm pretty upset about spending 65 for something I didn't ask for. Its my dog, not theirs...

Very disappointed as I was expecting to have a small dog. We bought what we thought was a pure bred yorkie for $900. Supposedly the mom & dad only weighed at 7lbs each. Well my pup is 7mths old & he weights at least about 15lbs. He doesn't look like a pure bred either, he's definitely mixed with something.

Feels like a party going on inside. Looks clean enough, but I can't help but feel a little worried for the animals, specifically the two puppies in a small cage and the birds & hamsters shown in the picture. There's a stereo behind them playing very loud music so I doubt they're able to sleep when they want. Hard to see but under the stereo is a stick of incense burning, which strikes me as a strange and not very wise thing to do in a pet store.I came looking for a large bag of cat food and litter and ultimately left because the limited options didn't have either in the size I wanted.

The owner Claudia is always bubbly and in a good mood. Willing to help with any of your needs. They have a variety of things for your animals, and she will give you deals as well. They have 2 of the best groomers (Carolina and Hector). Recommend this place to anyone. 👍👍👍

Tried to increase the price to 85 when I usually pay 65.Also the cut I asked for and what they did were totally different.I told her not to cut all the hair off the face and that's exactly what she did.I feel like I cant do anything about it now but let it grow in.Thank god it's not a permanent thing.Besides those 2 issues there were no previous issues.

This peoples are the worst, they sold me male yorkey like a teacup in December. I wanted for my daughter she’s handicap, she don’t have strength on her hands that the reason I wanted . I ask 10 times is tea cup they keep saying yes . They wanted my money bad and cash no credit card , the dog is growing it got so big ,I keep going there they did want to help me at all . Keep telling the owner is going to call me never did . I keep going . The girl got nasty with me talking whit attitude when I needed help . I did not go for the money . I wanted a teacup for my daughter never happen now I’m in consumer ,

I have been coming to this place pretty much all my life. I must say yes the appearance of the place could be concerning but obviously they are passing inspections or they would have been shut down many years ago. I am guessing it is not as bad as everyone thinks. I purchased my yorkie toy 5 years ago. I have no problems with her. She has been a great dog from day one. This place offers shots and Vet care, however I never used them as I hear many rumors. Overall they are pretty much understaffed, expect not to be catered to. They will answer all questions

if i could put ZERO stars i would!!! because Me and my boyfriend went to this pet store to check it out. We were looking around at what they had and we saw two big cages that had one dog in each cage. Those cages did not have any clear indications of it being someone's pet. Nor did it have a do not touch sign. It just had a small paper stuck on the front of the cage saying the name of the dog and how much has been paid for. So me and my boyfriend assume that those two dogs were for sale and someone has brought those two dogs. Me and my boyfriend were talking to the dogs and calling them cute and what not. without touching them. only looking and we were about to move on and look at what else they had. When a lady rudely yelled at us really loud and said HEY HEY HEY NO!!! So we moved on and looked at their fishes. As we were looking at the fishes I noticed that the lady that yelled at us and this other co-worker were talking and laughing but I couldn't clearly hear it to understand what they were talking about because I was a bit far away from the door they were in. When I got closer to the door to look at the other fishies that were close to that door then I can hear clearly what they were talking about and the lady that rudely yelled at us said to the other coworkers in Spanish "why are they touching the dogs. They have no right to touch those dogs. what are they doing. What is wrong with them" And then both of them started laughing. I told my boyfriend to get close so that he can hear it but I guess she stopped talking since sensing that I was close by. So I told my boyfriend that I am not going to support this establishment. so I made him leave with me and didn't even bother checking what else they had.That lady is very rude. We didn't understand why she acted the ways that she did because we weren't doing anything wrong. When we left the pet store my boyfriend went automatically to search them up to give them a negative review because of what just happened and that's when we were aware that the dogs that were in the cages were people leaving their dog so it can be groomed and that's when I understood that we weren't supposed to touch other people's dog but either way that's no way to come at a person that doesn't know about the dogs in the cages because like I said there were no signs to say do not touch the dogs or this dogs belongs to a owner and is being groomed. She could have came at that a different way. like asking us please don't touch the dogs or interact with them. but no she yelled at us and then went inside a room with a co-worker to then talk about us and laugh at us. Like we are the wrong one and we did a bad thing. I wont give this pet store my time or my money. She needs to get fired and they need to replace her with someone else that won't yell at people and talk about them in a other room. Never going there again.

I really had a bad experience with this place, I had bought a kitten from the pet store owner she was a little Flossie with the breed of cat thought it was a Russian blue cat and it ended up being a domestic shorthair gray cat, I still own the cat but it came with a lot of problems like for example it has 2 hernias and it also has an ear infection and I called her concerning about the cat she does not remember me but I came in personally and she still didn't recognize me, bought $150 worth of merchandise including the kitten now I ended taking care of the animal and doctors are telling me it has an errant of problem I have to say I have to put this poor cat down, looks very healthy and he is very active and now as an owner I'm doing my best to keep this kitty alive he is now 9 month of age and seems to be having the same problems like ear infectionFolks please do not go and buy from Claudia she does not know the breed and will tell you anything.Very disappointed customer rate a 1 star if I can only give a negative I would

Great place , staffing is great , there all so happy The staff In there loves animals and love there Job.I recommend this place to anyone , . I’ve gotten a pet from there and I am super impressed, they made my family a little bigger and happier lol . They will reach your every need if explained in detail , if not they will keep your pet safe and healthy, there not cheap and they will recommend the best i love the owner she’s really the best and cares for pets like if there her own . Best PET STORE in Brooklyn Williamsburg AREA. I’ve been going there 10+ years .....

Update:June 2022 horrible fish up keep fish tanks are always dirty and most fish dead. Betta upkeep is horrible they are either in alot of polluted water or little water thats dirty as well. Birds are always in filthy environments and cages need major cleaning. Turtles are in poor conditions barely water in the tank with no basking area plus tank is too small for so many turtles.The place has come a long way from what is was. Staff is very friendly and are trying to make it a better looking and clean place. Prices are ok and keeping of fish and animals can be better but is ok.

This place was wild! Tons of animals, talking birds, they have dogs and cats for adoption, and more! The girl who helped us had such an amazing personality and powerful energy, you could tell she loved to work there and loved to help people. She alone would be enough to convince us to go back!

The wet food I went to buy was expired by six months and yet it was still on the shelf. I also saw other food that was expired. A lot of the merchandise on tge shelves was old and very dusty. Not a lot of selection in terms of bigger toys.The woman who runs it is nice but frankly the store is dirty and crowded and things are situated in such a way that you have to constantly ask where things are to get what you need. I would hesitate to buy here again. What should have been a quick trip to grab a few cans of food and some toys and a vitamin suppliment I needed for my pet ended up being a confusing long experience and she did not even have most of it.The spoiled food settled it for me though. Too much out of date stuff on the food shelves...

I bought my pup from this place for $700. I was told he was a Shih Tzu Yorkie mix. However, I was lied to as he is not what I was told he was. He is 10 months old now and appears to be some type of terrier mix. I love him though. I just don't appreciate being lied to.

I came and there was a nice young lady that was super helpful, but the owner doesn't accept cash - I dont mind with that - the place is inappropriate (dirty)for having animals inside....there was a guy that entered with perhaps 7 puppies with a VERY small box - and when I looked at them he told me rudely "DON'T TOUCH THEM" - ( I wasn't even close to touch them - and I didn't want to say something (i would snap on him quick🧐) - he is a wanksta🤡 that probably will cut those poor puppies ears and tail for maximum profit - I hope it can bring change and we need to STOP this horror idea of treat animals as trade - it's not humane! Garbage people.

Went in and saw 2 dogs and some crazy spanish lady screamed at me saying "hey Hey No!" because she assumed i was touching the dogs while i was only looking. she also continued talking about it as if she had to vent out very rudely. I will not buy anything here

One of the greatest pet stores in Brooklyn! A small staff but absolutely the most helpful and I always leave with what I need. My entire family frequents here and will continue supporting this small business.
