I wanted to try for the first time their delivery service. I normally go to the shop in Kent (staff are very nice there). But their delivery service in this location sucks. They failed to notify me they won’t be able to deliver my order which I ordered real early in the morning to qualify for same day delivery as stated in their website. website also stated before they changed the information after our conversation yesterday that they do delivery Saturdays but when i called they stated they “No longer” do delivery Saturday & Sundays. Seems like they don’t keep track of online orders. I asked for my refund and I still haven’t got it. Never again👎 and I will definitely continue going to my favorite local shop in Kent, Williamsburg

This pet store is the same price as Amaz*%^n and maybe just a few dollars more but better to support local businesses when a isn’t really a great deal always. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful with a top entry litter box I needed and they had in stock!

It's a small shop, they buy things in smaller quantities and as such their pricing is higher than ordering online or going into a big pet store like petco or pet smart. Staff is usually pretty good with answering questions and helping with what they can, they are knowledgeable of the items they carry and honestly have a decent selection for a smaller shop. It's not my go to for every day items just because of the slightly higher pricing but anytime I need something or want to get something special for my cats this is usually where I end up since it's so close by. To give an example I needed wound spray for my cat, they had it for $19, if I could have waited it was online for $15 but since I needed it that day I was happy to pay a bit extra to pick it up locally and while it's usually outside my budget I'm always happy to support a small business over ordering offline.

Love this pet store, I even walk 20 mins just to get items for my cat. The dry food is really reasonably priced and they always have tons of Churu (cat crack) treats. My cat had been craving greens lately so I came here especially for the wheat grass which he loved!

This is a great pet store. Lots of natural foods and treats. A decent variety as well. One of my dogs favorite treats are from Vital Essentials and this is one of the only pet stores I've found that carries it. The staff was extremely helpful and knew a lot about the products and brands.

I called ahead to make sure the store had pet carriers for sale. Upon arrival I received efficient and professional customer service! I was greeted warmly upon entry, and was personally escorted throughout the store while shopping for a travel carrier, collar, and puppy food for our new 8-week old Yorkie Terrier puppy dog. Items for sale were of high quality and were quite reasonably priced; Everything I needed came to less than $50 and my visit lasted about five minutes. Perfect!

Been coming here for a decade. More and more they are just out of products they used to have all the time. I don't think it is covid-era supply chain issues; I think is is how they are evolving as a small Brooklyn chain....and it is not a good direction. Time to find a new place.

This place is incredible. They have the good stuff like Raw Dynamic (which is the best local dog food you can find) for very good prices. I especially love the staff here. Shout to Henry! He's the man.

Lots of options for cat food. The prices are great for a local pet store. For example a $48 variety pack bought here instead of Chewy maybe $5 more but you would be supporting a local business.

A better-than-average pet store. Stock is broad and in-depth. Yummies, specialty foods for special animals, and lots of toys. Price point is the going rate. Recommend without reservation.
