I was at Ms Natty shop yesterday awesome place, I loved the cats and her knowledge about the fish she even gave me free fish food.

This is unacceptable - these birds have no food and dirty water. They’re wandering around the cage bottom looking for seeds and anything to eat. I went inside and told the woman and she laughed - she actually LAUGHED. she said she would get to them and continued breaking down a box. Come on. Get it together or don’t open a pet store.

There has been a huge improvement. Great job for new improvement. Bird cage is cleaned. The store has been revamped. The children in the neighborhood truly enjoy the friendly cats. The pet food is organic frozen, dry, and wet food. Have a fresh margarita next door after visiting the pet shop!

Staff is not knowledgeable. Store is disorganized. Lots of birds in the background chirping so not very easy to focus. Lack of basic products. Animal cages need to be cleaned.

The pet food there is almost at the expired date and overpriced compared to other pet stores. Some of them are even expired. The odor is also smelly and the condition they keep the pets is not acceptable. This is definitely a bad place to consider. I wont ever come back again.

They have a great selection of cat treats, including many that I’ve not seen before and my cats favorites. Their shop kitty is the sweetest, we mutually loved giving each other attention. And for those well intentioned and concerned, I didn’t notice birds or maltreatment/conditions during my visit.

In reading the owners response to a customer who wrote a review about the bad conditions that the birds in the Natty Pet shop were kept in, made me never want to go to this shop. This was his response to the person concerned about the birds: Response from the owner, a month ago"We do not sell birds. Customers who don’t want them anymore drop them off. Your welcome to take all of them. You care a lot about the birds and very little for the human lives you affect." A very inappropriate, cold, arrogant response. So Mr. owner, if people drop off birds, as a caring human being shouldn't you care for these birds in the way in which they need to be cared for?

They are listed as a seller for RAW DYNAMIC pet food - which is raw/frozen dog or cat food. The selection is stored in a very old fridge - they were definitely not fresh. The bags of frozen foods looked as if melted and then it was re-frozen again - so it was FLAT.TLDR: not a good selection of RAW DYNAMIC pet food, if you came here just to buy this.

It breaks my heart to see birds in inadequate cages. Birds are intelligent animals and their health suffers when not given proper care. Their cages need to be (1) three times wider than their extended wingspan, (2) long enough to allow for two wing beats, and (3) tall enough for three times the length from head to tip of tail of the bird. They also need plenty of toys, and feel safer when at least one side of the cage is against a wall. Customers see birds being kept in this way and incorrectly assume that the needs of a bird are akin to those of a fish. Pet shops are generally not able to provide the right environment for these animals. You should either upgrade your cages or refrain from selling them.

I went to buy food for my dog benjie on entering I was greeted with a warm customer service agent the layout was perfect and overall I had a good experience shopping at natty pet shop ..I recommended if you are in the area to check it out ..

Small and intimate. Nice store. The worker wasn't attentive at all. Which was surprisingly since we are the customers in the store. They are over priced and since the service was subpar I bought the basics and left. I don't think I will be returning
