Great variety of dog/cat food. They have self stationed dog wash in the back that is very convenient for a quick bath. My dog loves this place!

I went here to give my dog a self serve dog wash. Customer service was excellent!!The place was clean. The machine was easy to use and clean towels were supplied. Price was very affordable. I would recommend this location to any that wants to wash their dog and not have to worry about buying dog shampoo or doing the clean up at home .In addition its a great location for dog food and snacks .

Love this place. My experience with mom n pop pet shops this past year has been shockingly bad. Everything from orders that don’t get delivered when promised to being delivered the wrong food after confirming with a human over the phone. I’ve tried so hard not to go the “subscribe n save” mode on Amazon but that’s what I ended up doing. On a pinch I found this place. Called and got an actual human 22 min before close time. He was amazingly helpful and kind and patient. I wish I lived closer. I’d come here all the time. Selection was perfect for Organic high quality cat food, treats, all that stuff. If you live nearby don’t bother with ordering online just go here.

This store is a diamond in the rough thanks to the manager, Tasha. My cat, Oliver, has challenging food allergies so must eat raw and, of course, only likes one brand that I could not find anywhere in NYC. I contacted a few different stores before moving from Chicago and Tasha was one of the only to reply and offer to order specially. It's been 1.5 years and she has worked closely with me on every, single order making sure Oliver has his food even though it can be difficult to get at times. Tasha genuinely cares as much as I do! Her level of attention, quick response time, and friendly communication continue to impress me.

Cute small pet store on Graham Ave. I went to this store sometime when I ran out of my dog food or treat. Nowadays, I order my dog supply online but Muddy Paws is my second back up plan. Every time I go I always get friendly service and my dog gets a treat so he loves to come with me to the store. When I first got my dog, I actually bought toys and games from the store. Lots of his toys still alive, and one in a while I like to go check up if they have an interesting new toy.

I love Muddy Paws. They are my local go to to get everything I need to care for both my dog and cat. The owner and employees are very conscientious and the products in the store reflect that. If you have any worries or concerns about any products, they will research it to make sure you are getting the best for your pet! They care. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, knowledgeable (and sweet) staff, and great self-dog wash. It's just the basics for the dog wash, but that's all I really need. I always come here for treats and food too since they have a great selection of quality products, and staff that's always ready to give a recommendation (and sample/treat for my pup).

We used to love this place! Cute little spot with really unique items. However a bit over priced. The great thing about this place though is that they offer self service dog wash! Not many if none of them really offer this unique service. It really came in handy this last visit. I just wish they would reassess their prices.

Honestly, I would give them a 4 or 5 start review but I just popped by during their posted business hours and it's closed (10:30a on a Monday). This is at least the third, if not fourth, time that this has happened and it's frustrating. Otherwise they're friendly, for the most part, and it's a fine pet store for the area.Updated 4/21/18 - It’s 10:15a on a Sat and no one is there...

Went here for a cat/kitten adoption event. The store itself is small, the adoption event is held outside in a tent with heaters. Seemed nice and well put together.
