Fantastic store with people who care and patiently walk through their experience and knowledge about feeding cats and dogs alike. They have a fantastic selection that they have chosen so intentionally and it truly is a superior experience to be in a store with people who are very knowledgeable and caring! Absolutely would recommend as a store with great products but also to nervous first time pet owners trying to do their best by their wonderful pet companions

I'm so glad I found this place! The owner's kind advice helped me so much during the period when my new cats were adjusting to my apartment. Honestly they've saved me on several occasions by recommending a good product or solution. They know their products through and through and can explain why they've chosen to carry each one. It's great to walk into a store where you can have confidence in the quality of the products. Everything I buy there seems like the best of its category. The cat beds are amazing (my cats basically never want to leave them) and machine-washable(!!). Love the rods/wands with interchangeable lures–they're much less wasteful than the kind I used to buy online, and the lures also seem to appeal to my cats more. I could go on...

What a gem of a pet store! Stopped in today to find a gift for my friend’s sweet pup and was impressed with the quality of products, the aesthetic of the space and the incredibly kind owner Eddie. I left feeling great about my purchases: in-house designed leash (his wife designs these), cutest NY cab squeaky toy and some lamb eat treats!Definitely will be back soon. 💕

Came here to get a Christmas gift for my dog and found this little monkey which releases chilling screams when pressed. Though its tormented cries haunt me, my dog is completely obsessed. She oscillates between vicious attacks and snuggling it lovingly in her sleep, but either way, it’s always by her side.Excellent recommendation, excellent shop, unique toys and very cute accessories that are made by hand on-site.

Best pet store ever! I am so happy I live around the corner :) I walked in one day because my poor dog was having some stomach issues and the two super kind employees who were there took the time to explain specific food items to me that would be beneficial for her. They were also so loving to my dog. The pumpkin item and the goat's milk I purchased per their advice definitely helped my dog's stomach, so I am super appreciative of their expertise, wisdom and willingness to take time to explain products to pet owners. You can tell that they really care about and love animals.

I’ve always loved this store but the past 2 weeks when my sweet kitty was in the hospital they helped me so much with what products to buy. I am so grateful I found them and provided such great advice and comfort during a hard time. On my cat’s last day, she was lapping up all the treats they helped me pick out. Best dog store ever ! Highlight is the freezer which is loaded with raw and frozen food . They have big marrow / raw bones for big dogs at a good price . My dog literally pulls me over ! The staff is super kind . What a welcome addition to the neighborhood !

I stopped in on a rainy Sunday desperate to find my 16 year old cat some wet food because he hasn’t been drinking water. (Just a couple days after an extremely stressful emergency vet visit.) I explained to the owner what I was looking for and couldn’t help but break down emotionally as I explained everything we have been through to get my cat what he needs. The owner could not have been sweeter and more helpful. He walked me over to the wet canned foods and explained why he was suggesting the venison, and offered up a few more suggestions for other issues my cat is having. Not only would I recommend this place just on customer service alone, $2 a can actually seems cheap to me after years of expensive prescription food diets that my cat likes for all of two days before he refuses to eat it again. I can’t thank the owners enough for not only being open during a tropical storm, but being emotionally responsive and helpful during a very difficult time. The store itself is also ADORABLE and so clean and well stocked. They don’t carry any of the “usual” food brands you’d see at like Petco or on Chewy’s website, but they offer organic and healthier options for both cats and dogs. I’m excited to go back and stock up on the venison canned food since my extremely picky cat LOVED IT!

We came in looking for a gift for my dad’s dog. The owners were so friendly (ha!) and helpful. They helped us pick out a venison bone that is perfect! They even gave us stickers to wrap the gift. Glad to have this sweet little spot in our neighborhood. Seamus the dog is star mascot. We’ll be back when we have our own pup to spoil.

Super friendly staff! Slightly shpendy, but a lifesaver to have in the neighborhood when your cat has a violent poultry allergy — lots of non-poultry food options and fun treats (our cats went wild for the bonito flakes).

I stopped in to pick up some items before fostering-to-adopt my first dog and the owners could not have been more helpful! They helped me find a food that would be gentle on her stomach, gave me lots of tips for helping my dog adjust to the city, and were all-around lovely people. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

I àm impress with the level of service. My cat had been stolen from me during a fire in my residence. We were contacted 4 days later that the cat wasn't their cat and they were returning her. This is where Mr. Friendly in, I took her to get a carry bag amongst other things for her, Puxsy as my cat is called decided to spend two days by. Running and hiding under the front counter. Mr. Friendly is as the name states "Friendly". No only did they take care of her, they provided litter and litterbox with can food as we were leaving. I can't wait to go back to visit and purchase from Mr. Friendly. Excellent in all categories.

Tried to return an item that did not work for my dog and was given the third degree. Will definitely think twice before making another purchase as to avoid being in such an uncomfortable situation. Not so friendly in my experience
