My experience at Kiki’s has always been what I asked for vs. what I got. The grooming service is very inconsistent and every time I picked up my dog she looked like a different pet. It was very frustrating. I’m happy I found a better groomer.

I began taking my dog there after a bad experience at a separate groomers. They were kind and professional, but the services took over 5 hours. I continued to go because my dog was happy. After a couple times they charged a higher price and when asked about it I was scolded for my dogs supposed bad behavior. Staff became rude and my dog came home with several cuts that I was not told about. Might be ok to bring your dog 1-2 times but after that it is questionable.

My golden retriever hates when I touch her nails, but somehow they clipped em. That alone was worth the entire grooming. They also listened when I said I don’t love an overly primped/manicured haircut and gave her a really subtle/natural trim. My dog also smelled good after the grooming, so that’s nice.

Been going here for a while. The grooming is affordable as opposed to prices I was paying before. It's close to home and they make sure my dog leaves looking her best. Staff are friendly with me and my dog. I feel extremely comfortable leaving her there. Thinking about utilizing the doggy daycare as well.

Worst grooming experience I've had in 10 years! Negative stars would be more accurate.I recently moved to the neighborhood and was hopeful to find an experienced groomer within walking distance. I regret not checking Yelp reviews, and only reading Google reviews, before booking my appointment.Upon entering (what looks like a run-down, empty storage room, broken front window and all) my two dogs and I were prompted to walk 'on the bags only' due to freshly stained flooring, which was still very sticky and not appropriate for an area with pets of any kind. The girl who was at the desk was the most positive part of this experience because she actually seemed nice and asked questions about the cuts I wanted and made sure she had my phone number written down. She estimated the grooming should take 3 hours and that someone would call me 20 min before the dogs were finished so I could promptly pick them up....Four and a half hours later I CALLED THE SHOP to get an ETA on when my dogs would be ready for pick up and was told that 'someone was supposed to have called me', and that they'd been ready for a while. Not a major deal, but inconvenient non-the-less.When I arrived for pick-up I offered to go into the grooming area to harness my dogs because there were no longer bags to walk on and the stained floor was fully-exposed. In this room there appeared to be feces stains on the floor, a watery mixture in some areas (bleach or cleaner), and construction materials scattered about. After dressing the dogs, because I couldn't put them down indoors, I had to take them outside (in 28* weather) before I could make my payment. I handed my credit card over, waited a solid 5 minutes in the cold, and was then told either my card wouldn't go through or the system was down. Rather than standing outside for another who knows how long, I asked if we could get a bag to stand on while we waited inside for a resolution. I was not shy about my complaints up to this point and was met with excuses and a self-pity attitude, from who I can only assume is the owner.While I was waiting for my card info to be relayed over the phone so another location could charge it, I noticed the cuts on both dogs were choppy and poorly done. Both had uneven cut lines, and one had a deep gash in the fur of his front leg. I genuinely believe I could have done a better job myself. The woman's attitude only got worse when I told her I didn't want her to fix the mistakes and would rather cut my losses and be on my way. After some banter back and forth she shoved my card at me and told me I didn't need to pay for anything.This was all-around one of the poorest displays of business ownership I've ever seen. Bad facilities, even worse grooming, and embarrassingly awful customer service.Notice how there are no real photos posted by the groomers or clients - now I know why!

Cut my dog during a shave & wouldn't even let me know. When I got home I noticed days later she was red and swollen. I called the groom and not even an apology! definitely won't be taking her there again.

I asked for my dogs hair to be cut all the way down. When I got home I had to shave the dogs. At first glance they looked good but closer up the groomers did a really messed up job. When you look closer their hair was cut unevenly and there was longer pieces of Hair the legs and feet for example. They charge way to much $80 per dog for the services they rendered. Will not try again! Please don't go here.

Kiki's took great care of our pups, both of whom usually hate baths. They were easy to communicate with and helped accommodate a tricky schedule for us. Nothing but good things to say about the whole experience.

Kiki’s has been great. Always very friendly and professional and listens to my requests on how to trim my shaggy sheepdog. Stevie is always excited when we arrive which is a good sign that she has a great time in the spa.

Jazs and I have been going to Kiki's for 6 years now. The staff is extremely professional, caring, and kind. They provide excellent grooming and boarding services...they truly care for her. Im always at ease when I leave her. I know she's in great hands. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

My Yorkie has been going to KiKi for the 6 years he's been alive practically. Kiki always treats him with care. His baths and cuts are always great experiences for him and he loves this boutique. His face is treated with precision and cut properly (according to how Yorkies should look) and I would recommend this grooming spa to any pet owner.

One of the ladies at the front desk overcharged me and then wanted me to give her an additional source of payment! She was very unprofessional and my experience was just horrible. Also, my yorkie cut was very choppy and it looked like a rush job. Save your 80 bucks!

The best place for pups! Prior to the pandemic we were taking our dog here every day during the week for day care. The staff is so friendly and our dog always leaves exhausted from playing all day!

THEY SAVED MY DOG . I NEGLECTED MY DOG FOR A VERY LONG TIME SHE GREW MATTED TO THE POINT WHERE I WOULD ASK MYSELF HOW WILL THEY EVEN BE ABLE TO DO THIS I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE HER TO THE VET AND SPEND 100s and 100s of dollars but THANK GOD I DIDNT HAVE TO !!!! The place smells like urine as soon as you hit the door. The staff was extremely unfriendly. And not to mention my dog was so sick when he left there I had to take him to the doctor. He got kennel cough and an infection from this place!!!he ended up being on antibiotics for a month!!!

Took my lhasa apso here for a specific haircut and ended up with a "jack russel", completely shaved and multiple cuts around him ... including his paw!!! First and last time. If you love your pet take him where he is treated as you would like to be treated.

Awful customer service! Embarrassing! Bad facilities. They leave the dogs in cages to dry on their on, but of course, they told me that was because my dog didn’t like the vent. Now I understand why even the simplest services take up to 3 hours to be done!

Danny Ross was amazingly patient with our temperamental Terrier, Mr. Whatley. We didn't know that Mr. Ross was a former celebrity, but he wasn't uppity at all. He even trimmed Mr. Whatley's toenails and saved the clippings in a little plastic baggie as a memento. 5 Stars!
