For someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I stopped by to absolutely recommend Fluff and Love! I took my dog (Pomeranian/Poodle mix) for a grooming today and the experience was the best I've had with a groomer by far. The employees are super welcoming, friendly and warm. Marina was very kind, gentle and responsible with my dog. It's obvious that my dog was treated with care, skill and attention to detail in her treatment. The entire grooming session took a little over an hour! Not to mention, the price was reasonable. My dog's haircut came out beautiful and her nails were trimmed just right. I am very satisfied with Fluff and Love's service and we will surely return. If you're looking for a new groomer - look no further and book an appointment (you won't wait long at all). Thank you!

First time I take my dog to grooming in the neighborhood, I never trusted any grooming around Bay Ridge. Customer service is amazing, they are very attentive and friendly. The groomer really knows what she’s doing, my dog came out looking like one of those Japanese Teddy-like dogs. She did an amazing job trying to fix my dogs matted legs and he looks so fluffy and happy. I will be coming back for sure.

Absolutely fantastic pet grooming and pet store. Spotlessly clean on the inside with a great selection of supplies. The owner, Bechir, is a really nice guy. You can tell he is a true animal lover who treats your pride and joy as if they were his own. Super reasonable prices. We took our two cats, Iggy & Issa, there to have their nails trimmed and for a grooming. They look great. We have been to other pet groomers and been disappointed, but not here. This is our # 1 pet groomer from now on.

Brought both my dogs, first time... Marina was great, listened to all my quirks, she gave them great cuts and was very gentle with Lulu. Prices are very reasonable as well. My new go to groomer. Bashir did an amazing job. He really cares for your furry friends. My Marshmallow came out looking like a teddy. The place is very nice and clean. Best grooming in Brooklyn.

I have gone to another groomers in the Bay Ridge area and they have cut Mickey, and did not do a good job with caring for him. Bashir the owner is very friendly and great with Mickey. Mickey gets nervous and scared and he made him feel welcomed. Mickey has a wonderful cut perfect for this weather and the wait time and prices were reasonable. I will definitely come back to have him groomed again and I recommend this place.

Had a great experience with fluff and love! My poor doodles hair was in bad need of a grooming and they took their time with him and did such an amazing job, that he still had his beautiful soft fur and perfect cut. You can see that the truly care about making your pet look and feel good! Look forward to the next appt!

Very happy with this place! The owner did a fantastic job with my persian kitty girl. You can tell Bashir do what he loves and is very kind person. I will definitely recommend him/ return with my cat or my daughter’s doggie. Thank you !

Very positive experience. I am a nervous wreck and I can not say enough about the experience. My cat is 18 and very shy with strangers. She loved Bechir and he took such great care of her ears and nails. I will definitely be back with Graysie.

Called on Friday evening and brought our dog Tootie in satuday morning for a wash shampoo, they do the works: wash, ear cleaning, nail clipping etc! Tootie came home smelling so good and her coat was very soft! I would recommend this spot to anyone in the Brooklyn area!

This grooming spot is amazing! Bashir is such a kind soul and he helped groom my friends dog in a time of need! We needed him to be cut super short and It was done beautifully and efficiently.You can tell the workers really care about the animals. We wanted to take our new kitty here, had made an appointment, but kitty refused to get in the carrier. Owner loaned us his carrier, which was easier and larger, kitty got in and was made clean and beautiful. She came out happy and, again, he loaned us the carrier to take her home. I took my dog Oscar who we adopted last week to this place for basic grooming services. The owner is a very nice man, who is very friendly with the pets, he definitely knows his way around shy dogs like mine. He did such a wonderful job cleaning the dog's ears, teeth, paws, cutting his fluffy hair, washing and drying him. My dog looked unrecognizable, a true toy. And what's more important is he wasn't stressed or anything, instead he seemed pretty happy when I picked him up. I definitely recommend Fluff and love to pet owners. Many thanks!

I'm really happy to have found such a great place so close to home. Besides giving a great cut, Bashir the owner is a very warm, friendly guy who is great with dogs and very knowledgeable too. My dog, who usually starts out pretty anxious, warmed up to him immediately. Place is clean and inviting, prices are reasonable. My dog had a tick which Bashir called about, offering a tick bath and patiently explaining it to me so I could make a decision without feeling rushed. Doesn't hurt that he speaks like 4 languages too. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Cut the dog while grooming a MONTH ago, it was bleeding later during the day and I had to put a bandage. The scar is still visible now. Also, THE hair looks like was just ripped away on dog’s face and there are spots where it stopped growing at all now. Probably the equipment they used was too old, and instead of cutting it was pulling the hair. I’m not talking about minor cuts on dog’s body. I can only imagine what my dog had to experience. I’m not coming back and would not recommend that place.
