Got a bunch of stuff for a friend's birthday for so cheap! It's amazing to be able to give a decent gift without having to spend so much! There is a huge selection of all different kinds of things geared for all ages and stages. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and patient. Very pleasant plc to go to browse and shop. Very organized

For some reason there is an awful smell when you first walk into the store. Almost like cat pee. They usually only have one cashier and no longer allow self checkout.

I love their prices love the workers don't get into your business they're not watching and stalking you down like some other places like that they have an elevator and an escalator

There's this worker [black male, 250 pounds, 5 feet 11] and he seems racist. He kicked out some teenagers out during to school ours supposedly, on a half day school and told them come back after 2, but then let's other teenagers in....I found those quite disturbing. So my review rate is now 1 star on this specific address...

It’s an ok/better than the one at Sunset Park location. I don’t understand why self checkout is barely in use might as well get rid of it for more products. And unfortunately it’s a mess at times.

Pretty big store 2 floors nice air conditioning. Seems well stocked. I'm glad this location didn't turn into another Asian supermarket we have enough those around. Personally I would have made this into an arcade roller rink 😁

The branch manager is very bad at dealing with customers. I was with my daughter and I entered the store ten minutes before the store closed and I started shopping, but when the closing time came the manager started shouting that you have to leave now I told her to give me two minutes because my child was choosing between two things and I asked her to chill out because I have a little girl with me she said I do not care about your child and you have to Departure .This is disrespectful and inhumane.

So I been in here since they opened and a must say very disorganized. Everything looks like it’s just thrown around except for one section I noticed today when I came in was very neat ,noticed the retail associate was very helpful towards customers asking if they needed help with anything or just even supplying a basket . I was looking for a t-shirt and right away she asked me if I needed help finding my size and welcomed me with a hi and welcome to 5below , can I help you. She was a tall girl with dark hair ,bbw . I even remember what she was wearing .lol ‘ very helpful and seemed organized with her work . Hope to see her again . Sweet woman. . I think she said her name was Barbara if I remember correctly
