I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at the Dollar Tree store on [Street Name]. The store has a terrible habit of blocking the entire side walkway with their carts, making it nearly impossible for people to pass through. It's as if they've erected a barricade of shopping carts, leaving pedestrians to navigate through a maze just to get by.What's even more disappointing is that despite this blatant obstruction of public space, the city cops seem oblivious or unwilling to address the issue. I've witnessed this problem repeatedly, yet they fail to take any action or issue tickets to the store for this unacceptable behavior.I have captured several photos as evidence of this ongoing problem. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing that a store would disregard the convenience and safety of pedestrians, and equally disheartening that the authorities turn a blind eye to such blatant disregard for public access.

The cashier (Cassandra) at this dollar tree was so pleasant. She was so friendly and made the whole shopping experience so much better. She engaged with all the customers as she rang them up. She was very friendly and such a vibe. I will definitely be going back to this particular location based on her customer service alone. Also the store was organized nicely.

Customer Service via phone (6101 18th Ave Brooklyn, NY 11204) are rude and short temperament. I was cut off when I was giving her my name. She then put me on hold to then hang up on me. I had to call back two more times just for her to yet again cut me off and tell me mam your order is here Why did she feel the need to disrespect a customer of the store, especially for a simple question. The store Manager needs to address this.

Thas has to be the best dollar tee in brooklyn for sure. Always clean. They try to keep it stocked so I can't blame them for that. Cleaning supplies & makeup fly off the shelf.

Store is not well managed. The shelves are empty. Cashiers should be retrained. One girl keeps telling me she’s closed then when I went to the other line saw her take customers. This has happened twice. The other day the shorter girl almost ran me over with the cart. The two men are nice, The others are just horrible. Nasty.

The young cashier is extremely polite and patient. The old man in front of me pay with a bunch of coins and 15 cents short of payments. The cashier still treat him nicely and willing to cover his 15 cents.

I was here getting balloons, 1 lady told me that I have to go line up at the cashier to get them blow up. After I lined up and it’s my turn, the cashier told me that that’s all the balloons that they have already blown up and told me to pick from there. Fine after I was done and I went back to the cashier, she told me that I have to lineup AGAIN. She kept saying I have a line here, but I told her that I already lined up. So we ended up lining up again. Bad customer service and misleading info!!!!

Store is new but horrible. Empty everytime I go the Freeezer is completely empty. Staff is rude and unhelpful. They do not carry items like oatmeal. Company neededs to address the items they are not sending. Tied of going there every Sunday and the store is completely empty. with daily essentials. Before I walked in I said to my girl prepare to be dissapointed and we were.

For the most part employees are pleasant and hardworking Was a little put off last week when two young girls shopping were technically told to leave the store for no reason by one of the employees They were about 17-18 years of age But the employee told them they had 5 minutes to purchase something and next time to only enter the store with an adult They purchased their items and left also they are not as well stocked as they used to be Rifrigerator is always empty shelves are halfway empty lines are sometimes long with only one cashier

Just a Dollar Tree store. Some shelves were bare, same problem as my other local DT store, but the cashiers at this location were very polite 🙂 unlike the location on Mc Donald ave where they have the worst employees.I returned a second time, the problem of the semi- bare shelf persist but it might depend on the days, people are trying to save money and stuff flies off the shelves. On delivery day they might have more.

Not as great as it used to be, but isn't that the case for everything these days. It's still a great place to shop for cheap items though. The quality isn't bad and the prices are very low. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Don't bother going to the dollar tree on 62nd and 18th avenue. Shelves are empty and whatever they have is junk. The one on route 4 in Jersey is huge and they have brand name merchandise. U won't be sorry!!!!

Wide aisles. 5 registers but only 1 is open. Lots of empty spaces in the cabinets, missing a lot of products.

I had a nice experience in this store today. It was clean and kind of organized and they had plenty of marchandise to choose from. The only thing that bothered me : they had only two cash registers open and the lines were long.My cashier today was polite and courteous.

there is no air conditioning. why? the shelves are not well stocked and hopefully that is because new merchandise is coming in. a lot of the shelves were only partially filled. went to dollar tree on mcdonald ave. and quickly found what i needed. that store has done a turnaround and is well organized and stocked. please get your act together.

Nice store but the female mgr is another story. I simply asked her if they carried sewing kits & she abruptly told me to go to the register. I went to the register & while asking the girl there she began shouting from across the store how I needed to look near & around every single register & there's no reason to ask her & went on & on & on. I barely got two words in & told her there was no reason to speak to me like that! She berated me in front of customers for at least 5 mins. She heard me whisper to my husband how I was going to complain to someone & then she shouted loudly "I AM THE MGR!" I can only guess she is not a morning person or hates her job, or both. There is no reason to be disrespectful or treat me or anyone else for that matter like that & I intend to contact the corporate office.

I tried to return items that I bought from Dollar Tree and the store clerk said there’s a 2 week minimum. When I called the Dollar Tree store I bought the items at she said as long as I have the receipt I should be able to exchange the items as long as they’re not seasonal items. I asked if all dollar tree stores have the same return policy and she said all dollar tree stores should let you exchange items as long as you have the receipt.

Great deals on many iteams . especially all their new stuff for autumn. Only problem is this is a busy avenue and the need to open up more registers when it gets busy and jesus fix your a.c . walked in there 2x this week and there was only 1 register open and the line was long and it felt like 100dgrs in there . i felt bad for the girl that was working alone .

Finally a store that we need on 18th ave and someone said about CVS there was never a cvs there plus the door its always was given problems when Rite Aid and Walgreen's was there very friendly staff and they got what i need
