This is just a review on there overall staff and team working at the store. There is only about two to three helpful workers there at a time, everyone else is either rude, impolite or just not helpful.I was told from an employee that they were hiring and understaffed. I decided to apply and call the store. No One ever answered the phone nor did they return my calls. I then decided to head into the store in person, I was told that they weren't hiring (all tho they have a sign in front their door saying they are). I was then lied too and told to check other dollar generals cause they're hiring as well. I did so and was told as well as let down that they weren't hiring and had more than enough staff

I would give this store 5 stars, but they didn't answer the phone. Other than that this store is immaculate!!! Very clean and organized and well Stocked. It even smelled good. They didn't have the item I needed as it was sold out but I would definitely go back and recommend others as well. The manager, Wendy, was very helpful and polite. She went out of her way to help me instead of just pointing down an aisle.

Lovely place to get a bit of shopping done. Got a great deal on a Dove shampoo and conditioner that I wanted. Also got a good deal on baby oil, vitamins, cat food and cards. The staff here was extremely helpful. Definitely enjoyed my shopping experience here.

This is a nice location; clean, well stocked & great prices! I wanted to buy everything! They even have many quality name brand items that are a fraction of major chain store prices. Dollar General is giving Dollar Tree way more better competition, I will definitely be back!! And the girls working there are super nice & helpful!!

Customer service was horrible . Manager was rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was sharif . I tried using a coupon for an item and she refused my coupon with no REALValid reason. Didn't even bothered scanning it. Ask her why , she said just no. Then lied about the size , when the only rule on the coupon said no “travel size “ . Every time I asked her a question she disregarded it . Mr Hicks please hire professional people to lead stores in your district .

Values are okay! Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The clerks act like they are not happy with their job and are not pleasant or courteous. Not saying they are discourteous but they could greet customers with a smile! Smiles don't cost anything and go a long way towards making customers feel appreciated!

The store was clean and looking real good.The shelves were really in order and no item was out of place.🙏Compare to one that i visied in the Bronx, I'd even seen a dog in the store. Personally speaking I would recommend that dogs not be allowed.

Went for the first time and I have to say I bought household cleaning supplies for low here that even beats target prices...the store is neat and organized..laundry detergents are at decent prices and even baby shampoo is at a better price here

Long lines. Only one cashier. And very very slow service. I don’t understand is the checkout system that complicated.The prices are low but the products are bad.Tried to buy some water and they carry some weird water brands never heard of.Main issue here is why the long lines and why the cashiers so slow in helping people :(.

Went into this location because the farragut one was a mess and didnt have what I was lookin for. This place was very neat and clean, had a little music playing, I was greeted as soon I walked in. They didnt have what I wanted in stock.

I love that DG is officially in Brooklyn. Whenever Im in Pennsylvania, I'd always visit and get my items then commute back to NYC but not anymore! And that's really exciting. They offer the same awesome prices and quality service that I've gotten accustomed to. Only now, it's a lot closer to home. The wide open aisles make it easy to see what you're looking for whuch is always a plus. And no matter how busy they get, the store is always clean. Good job guys!

I don't have the place it has items, I would but it have subprice like if a item cost 8 dollars their is another price on it which say 75 cent each or what is the price may I don't know if it is tax or what.

They have some good deals, some products are cheaper than at other discount stores, but its messy . The sections are also repetitive, cleaning products in one isle and when u think that's it , u find more in another isle.
