I've been trying 4 different groomers before I found this place. We love going there since may 2019. All the time we go there when my dog sees her groomer Lena, she is so excited and happy. This is the most important thing for your dog to be comfortable. We love the haircut and our clean baby after grooming. Highly recommend this place. And you should know that when you go to a grooming place you ALWAYS need to bring shot paper trail of your dog!!!! I will also post picture before and after, hope you will find it helpful

Worst customer servicececer ! Made an appointment for my dog to be groomed as I got there she tells me dog hair too long come back next day . I made nother appointment for following day as I got there she took the dog and told me since she has lot of hair it will take 3 hrs . As the 3 rd hour cane I get phone call from her thinking my dog ready to pic her Ip she tells me sorry I was very busy your dog has too much hair . Don't go to this grooming place horrible !

I found this place by chance and initially was excited until I came closer. It looked dirty and uninhabited. Rung the bell several times and no answer.. then saw some people inside and motioned to them. Clearly bell was not working. I tried to ask a few questions to see if my animals can be groomed there. By the end of the conversation woman started getting rude. They use dry shampoo on cats and dry shampoo in humans causes cancer so in animals likely same thing. Not coming back as place looked pretty unsanitary.

I don't know where to start... Should I start with the fact that these charlatans shaved my 6 month old shih tsu leaving countless cuts and sores which took over a month to heal. That's before I found out that another dog was returned to her owners with multiple fractures in her leg. They smile so well when they take your princess, reassuring all will be OK. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BUTCHERS!!!

Great service, super nice groomers, and I mean all of them. Everyone works extremely hard, yes it’s always busy BUT the owner always makes time to see your dog and always makes sure they are looked after. Been coming here for 9 years. Thank you.

Lena is the best groomer i found for my dog!!! Nice haircut, clean baby and good smelling! It's only two times i went there, but now i can say i found my groomer!!!Just tell them how you want your pup to be cut and they will deliver for sure!!!!

This beautiful Himalayan Scottish fold mix was bought as a gift for my wife since it was our anniversary and we had just gotten married. Its already been two weeks since we have had Tom and he has been an amazing cat. The store owner takes great care of her cats and shows nothing but love and affection towards them. BUYER BEWARE: We dropped off our dog in perfect condition, what we got back was a fractured hip. We noticed right away that our dog did not look right, she was limping and very inactive. We went to the vet and spent $1000 on xrays. When we called the owner to find out what happened during the grooming session she was extremely rude, loud mouthed and unprofessional to say the least.

Called to make appointment. Got there lady asked me for paper work for the dog. Asked her why she didnt mention it before I got there so I can bring them. She replied I FORGOT.. If you forget things like this. How do ppl trust you with their pets. Avoid at all cost
