Court street Pet Food Shop is the friendliest family business. They are also very well stocked and knowledgeable on a wide range of pets and their care. It’s clearly a passion and not just a business. I always learn something interesting and new about animals with every trip. In addition the owners are incredibly generous with pet rescue organizations — with supplies and also with actually finding pets in need a new home. Truly caring.

One of the oldest pet shops in carroll gardens!I was a little girl when my parents would pick up toys for my childhood dog in 1996. I went to college and came back to Carroll Gardens and it was so nice to see it again. The owners and workers are still the same from 24 years ago! They were so nice to me and had great service. 10/10

The Owners and staff of this place are all great! I needed dog food that they didn’t carry and they special ordered it for me without any hassle at all. The store is always stocked with great treats and toys. It is definitely a great neighborhood place to have. Love just stopping by with my pup for a quick treat from one of the guys!

The nicest folks here. Always helpful and deliver locally. They put aside a flat of dog food when I ask, give my dog treats when I have him with me, carry heavy things to my car, and if I am driving and can't find parking they will come out to the car for me. They are simply great!

By the looks of your profile there isn’t a store that reaches your expectations apparently . Stop lying these are honest good people that are trying to make a living they are always wearing a mask ;the only time when they don’t is when there drinking water or when on break get over yourself stop acting like you care for others cause you clearly don’t . You said it yourselves you walked by the store NEVER stepped foot in it so what do you really know? I hope people ignore you stupid comment people beware of the Court Street Karen she’s disgusting .

I would love to support a local business, but it is impossible to go into this store right now because THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS or DO NOT WEAR MASKS PROPERLY. Every time I walk by the store, the employee/manager is not wearing a mask or wearing it on their chin. Be aware of the risk if you're shopping at this store especially if you have medical conditions like me so you're trying to be cautious.

The man behind the counter was nice, however, I went in to buy my dog some treats. I got home to open the box and noticed maggots in the box as I was breaking one in half for my dog to eat I called and they offered a refund or whatever I wanted from the store, but didn’t seem too phased by this.

Very IGNORANT, ARROGANT, IRRESPONSIBLE , RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff. I called today TWICE to make sure that they have what I need in stock. I specifically asked the brand and the name of the product. The staff told me they were going to have a delivery in the afternoon, so I asked them to save it for my later pickup. Later, I drove all the way down there, and guess what, what they show me is totally not what I asked for! Not even close! So I told them I called today, twice, just to confirm, the staff replied: “Well, you didn’t say which brand. That’s the only one we have.” I CAN’T EVEN BELIEVE WHAT I HEARD! I literally just said the brand as I was waking in asking to pick up my order!!!!! They didn’t even apologize or tried to make it up, simply rude and ridiculous.They acted that it’s not their responsibility at all. Can’t believe that’s how they do business, maybe what they do best is waste people’s time and blame the fault to the customers.
