My favorite go to pet store I have a bearded dragon he always give me great advice on my pet one time he wouldn’t even sell me large worms because my lizard wasn’t big enough my son also loves it we get to see the pet parrot and sometimes he gets to hold his snake very cool place and super affordable

The store is never opened when it suppose to be opened. I understand sun and mon closed but when you don’t open Tuesday Wednesday and sometimes on Thursday as well. There the only pet store in the neighborhood and should have another worker there to open instead of traveling all the way to petco. Also the store is always short on many products

I actually enjoy coming to this pet store. It’s the only pet store in the neighborhood so it’s extremely convenient for me, especially if I need something right away. Compared to Petco and PetSmart it is a small intimate store, but I love to support local small businesses like this one. The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to animal products. He is the only person that works there from what I see and if he isn’t busy he will definitely acknowledge you. The only downside is the hours of operation. I’ve been to much larger pet stores with multiple employees and have never been greeted, so I do appreciate the level of customer service I receive. My favorite thing about this store is that he has no problem ordering the product for you if it is not in stock, while some stores will tell you it’s out of stock come back another time to see if it’s there. I come here for majority my pet supply needs not just because it’s in the area, but because the owner doesn’t treat you like just another customer when you walk into his store. And living in NYC that’s a rarity nowadays. So if you’re ever in the area and you support local definitely stop by. The parrot and land turtles are cool to look at also.

Great place! I called ahead to see if they had a betta fish replacement. I told the gentleman my son should be there in a minute or two. He had the fish ready and my other son never knew about the switch. I also brought two parakeets from them. I’m very happy with my new pets. I will be back.

👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾What do I think about this place... I don't 🙄The only reason I walked inside is because it sits on the corner and I was waiting on the 🚌 15 bus. No one greeted me when I walked in; it was filthy and disgusting. There was was no type of order or decency about it. The only animals inside are too many birds in one very little cage and a couple of dirty fish tanks.I did see pet grates carriers food and random supplies moreover, skip and bypass this hole-in-the-wall entirely 🙄It was absolutely HORRIBLE.

Love this pet shop more than petco way better prices and he has a lot of knowledge on animals especially for my bearded dragon he wouldn’t even sell me the big worms because he said my lizards too little
