I can't say enough good things about this store. Frank takes the time to get to know his customers and make recommendations. If he doesn't carry what you need, he will order it for you. The prices here are lower than the chain stores. Definitely help support this local business.

I can't say enough how awesome this place is, it's a neighborhood staple. Frank always helps me choose the best option, best bang for the buck, willing to order anything and delivers everything if I can't make it in time for closing. Love this store.

Awesome little pet store. Frank will order anything you need & he delivers it too. He also will beat the prices of Amazon & Petco, which is nice. I had gotten a dog toy that I loved, that my dog destroyed, and wanted to replace it. I told him the toy I wanted & he ordered it for me. I had it 4 days later. His deliveries come in on Thursdays and Fridays. So if you want him to get something for you, the order must be placed by Monday of that week. Recently I had fun out of dog food. O spoke to him on Monday & he ordered me a 30lb bag of Wellness Complete Health Healthy Weight. After speaking with him, on the phone, he called me back to ask if I needed it by that Thursday or Friday, since there was a choice on where he ordered & then received it from. I told him I desperately needed it as soon as possible. By 11am that Thursday morning, Frank called me to let me know my dog food had come in. Which was awesome since I told him at about 5pm that Monday that I needed it. I drove over, got my food & his grandson kindly carried it out to my car for me.On a separate note, I want to say that these little, privately owned and operated stores are very quickly being closed due to online ordering. Frank has owned Bargain BowWow forever. He remembers his customers names, voices when you call & address when he delivers. Yes its a business, but its a business with a personal relationship. I cannot imagine ever choosing to go to Petco, where I am just another customer, that they could care less about other than getting my money. I prefer to shop where I am known & appreciated. I will always choose Frank's store over a big chain like petco, petsmart or pet supplies plus. The customer service & prices make Bargain BowWow the best place to get what your pet needs!

One of the best pet stores in Brooklyn, especially if you feed raw or holistic diets. I cannot reccomend this place enough, especially for brands not carried by national chains. This store sells no animals, which is a plus if you don't want to support unethical animal husbandry.

I've been shopping here for a few years. It's a small, family-owned business and the staff and owners are always friendly and helpful. They carry a lot of high quality food and they're always willing to order whatever you need if they don't have it or if you want to buy by the case.

Great place to buy pet supplies and food, better than throwing your money at the large pet stores.prices are the same or better and the owner Frank couldn't be more friendly. I live closer to two large pet stores but this is where I shop.
