Always super friendly and they have the primal raw food brand that I feed to my cat. They have a variety of other goodies as well such as cat grass and cat dancer toys! Staff is very hospitable and they even have an animal wall of fame which included all the neighborhood animals!

Great local business with a significant inventory. The store is clean and the people that work there are very friendly and knowledgable. If you are looking for something and they don't have it, they can order it for you. Another plus about this place is that out of all the pet stores in the neighborhood, Animal Planet Pet Supplies closes the latest. This is usually my first stop when looking for pet products!

This is my go to pet supply store for many reasons! The customer service is superb! Mo and his dad are always ready to offer advice or answer any questions. The store has amazing hours, and are open on holidays too, for those of us who forget things! It’s always well stocked and has a huge variety of food, treats, toys and really anything you need. Prices are fair and I love supporting this local business! Highly recommend!

My husband and I strolled in a few minutes passed their closing time (8pm) one Friday night without realizing it was already after hours. The gentleman closing up warmly welcomed us in and was happy to help us choose a new harness for our dog. He was incredibly knowledgable about the products in the store and different things to consider when choosing the best harness for our 60 pound fur child. We had a great experience here and definitely plan on continuously coming back to this store for our pet supplies!

These guys are really wonderful. Their store is always well stocked and their prices are excellent. They are friendly and knowledgeable. We love shopping here. If you live close by they will also deliver which is an amazing service. We are so lucky to live so close to such an incredible pet store!

Only the amazing quality of cat food sold here for wet and dry. Along with treats amd toys for cats. There is also for dogs treats toys and high quality pet food, bird food, small animals like guinea pig supplies and more that I didn't pay way to much attention to as I only need cat supplies but it's great to have unpopular pet products be available incase you never know and get a pet rat or bird and need supplies. Staff is super patient with me and informative about their prices and why they only carry the best brands of pet food.

The staff here are so nice, and I adore their cats. The orange one, in particular, is such a love bug. For the most part, I really like this place, but some of the prices are a bit alarming, and things aren't always clearly marked. Great selection, though, and my neighborhood go-to for all of my pet supplies.

This is a most excellent store. They are open every day until 9 pm, and the owners are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. Best pet store in Brooklyn. My cat has FLUTD and needs medicated food - which I can only get online. This pet store stocks his medicated food making my life much easier!! The staff is also so kind and remembers you, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

I. LOVE. ANIMAL. PLANET. I used to live around the block in Greenpoint (8yrs...when it was still Polish and you could get home cooked Polish soup, a home smoked ham sandwich and a coffee for four dollars but the lady behind the counter spoke no English). This father/son/son run business seems to have been there forever and they are without a doubt the friendliest people on the upper end of Manhattan Avenue. Your pet is welcome inside the store, will always get a treat (or three) from whoever is behind the counter (again..Father, Son or Son), will get a picture on their wall of fame and will always be remembered by the ownership. They carry only the best products in terms of food, snacks, toys, leashes and such and they will give you their ABSOLUTE honest opinion of any food choice you are considering. They know what they are doing and they don't stock garbage. I find snacks in there that seriously I want to eat myself. I keep expecting this place to get overwhelmed by the disgusting gentrification and rising rents that have destroyed almost all the wonderful, small Polish businesses that were there, but they must own the building or something cuz they are still there. If you live in walking or driving distance, please patronize these guys. These are the kinds of people that deserve and need your money... yeah, it's easy to use that on-line joint, but do those capitalist pigs really deserve your money? These guys do. Please go.
