Stopped here this morning to get vape pods for my self and the kid behind the counter tells me that the price was 28.95 . Now I'm sorry but I've been smoking this this for 2 years now and never have I payed any more then maybe 16 bucks, and when I even told him to look at the price tag, clearly says 14.99 . His response was well that's what it came up as and took my money and walked away. No response other then and no explanation or manager around. I have already called corp and let them know what happened since no one answered the number associated with this adress for Google... quit upset with the situation..

Personally haven't had a bad experience here. Sometimes shelves are near empty or the coffee machine is broken but these things happen, it is what it is.

I was excited when they put a 711 local, however I also have been disappointed on many occasions. This store is never open in the morning before I go to work and many times it was closed later in the evening, with no reason or warning.. This location is extremely short staffed and always out of something. I even tried to purchase a 711 gift card and they said they don’t have them… shocked! Not to mention, this store never has French vanilla brewed coffee… it’s so popular and when I ask for them to make it, it was the end of the world.

Disgusting! Stopped in to get a refreshing Slurpee on a hot day, but was so repulsed that I walked out, parched and unhappy. The worker was mopping the floor, which is great, but when she looked up to ask me if I needed help, NO MASK ,COUGHING all over, with no attempt to cover her mouth! Yikes. So glad I decided to put my mask on. What a mess. I will never be back.

Went there last night and asked the woman working to make a pot of blueberry coffee. She informed me that she was cleaning out the pots ( all of them at the same time) and that she could make it for me, IF I wanted cleaning chemicals in my coffee!! Then I went to get a fresh baked pastry, but none of them were coded. When I asked her when they were made, I got an attitude and a shrug that she didn know. The CDC delivery was on the floor and her co worker was sweeping and mopping around it! I feel bad for whoever eats that!! Would have left her name... But she wasn't wearing a name tag. Will not ever go there again.

Brookhaven, NY on Montauk Highway 11719, went to this store several times as of tonight the doors were closed at 9:30 and they were gone locked up before 10pm now I never heard of a 7-11 not being open 24 hrs but if ur store closes at 10:00 that means the doors close at 10, not 9:00 or 9:30 so you get your work done and be out at 9:52 something needs to be done. The staff is rude and unprofessional. When they first opened it was great but the store has declined drastically and it is ruining thr 7-11 image.

I literally never write a review anywhere. But the place is terrible. The employees are lazy they don’t check the coffee. I have went in before work over 10 times and the regular coffee was empty. I told them all of them were empty and they gave me an attitude. They don’t care terrible way to run a business. I’d rather go out of my way and goto a 711 that I know will have coffee made....

Went to Brookhaven 7-Eleven at 6:30am before I had to go to work to get a couple of things for my shift and the worst customer service from Pat at the register I explained to her multiple time what payment method I was using and she act like she couldn’t hear me smh disappointed do better!!!!!

Coffee put away before 9pm, half the shelves & refrigerators are bare, cashier talked to her friend on the phone while ringing me up. Doesn't deserve the star required.

BE AWARE! THIS 7-ELEVEN IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURSthe clerk working the night shift told me that the close at 9:30PM every night (robably because the parent company doesn't want to shell out anything 1 cent over minimum wage to hire anyone for a graveyard shift)

I sent my 18 year old kid to get Tobacco products and they refused him because he was unknowing of the age being 21 so he gave me a call and I came down there to purchase them myself and eric refused me the sale and made racial remarks at me and my child and threatened to call the police on us
