For needs like returning a package with a printed label or QR code, this store is fine. However, for something as basic as getting and paying for a self-adressed shipping label, avoid this location as the people working there are totally clueless. This is despite the fact that UPS customer service confirmed that they should be able to provide this type of service. Horrible experience and not recommended, just use Fedex instead.

I come here occasionally to return items from Amazon. The older gentleman was very friendly and was handling my return. The lady intervened in a rude way and turned was rush me out as if there was a long line. I never had an issue coming here until that happened. She is so rude.

When I have to use this facility, they are always polite and nice.Sometimes I have to wait but that's part of patience but all and all the store is great......

note that this UPS location is an independently operated store run by the franchisees, they've recently implemented a $10 " misc. fee " to release their hold of your package if you're using UPS's access point servicemy main concern is that this policy isn't applied to everyone, the lady working there seems to charge at will at fluctuating costs that's almost discriminatoryit's dissapointing partially because up until recent the service here has been fairly decent, especially considering how much someone might pay in shipping fees already just to get slapped with more fees for a service that's readily available at no extra cost at corporate run UPS establishments

I have been using this UPS store for many years. The family that runs the store works so hard. It is the most efficient shipping store I have ever used. I don’t understand the negative reviews - petty at best.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this location is. Every time I go, they are patient and kind. The young gentleman I just worked with was so courteous and helpful. I also love the classical music they have playing all the time. Makes the experience way more enjoyable! 🙂

I’ve been visiting this location for over a year for anything I needed shipped via UPS. I’m usually greeted with a smile, even though the lines tend to be long when I do visit, the hospitable cashier usually leaves me with a welcoming feeling. But today was completely different. What I can only assume to be the owner of the location, took care of the three customers in front of me extremely quickly but when I was next in line she proceeded to use the computer and converse with a coworker for over 10 minutes forcing me to wait for the other cashier to become available. Left me feeling like my business was unwanted there. I guess that’s what comes with having no competitors in the area. Like I said at the top of this comment, my visit is usually better that’s why I’m giving them a 3 and not a 2 star.

I went into UPS today to ship my Breville Smart Oven which needed repairs. After waiting patiently for over 30 minutes to ship my package, when I got to the counter, the older woman tried to tell me that I had to pay for the packaging. I told her that Breville informed me that packaging was included and that if she would just scan the bar code it would clear everything up.  She didn’t even look at my bar code to consider the fact that she might be wrong.  Instead, she chose to be rude to me and embarrass me in front of the rest of the customers. I felt unwelcomed as soon as I started talking to her. The young Asian associate even tried to step in to assist me and both owners told her not to. It was clear that I as a black man was not welcomed in this UPS store. In a city as diverse as New York, this couple needs to reassess their unconscious bias.

As a vendor with hundreds of accounts, it is my opinion that, this is one of the most professional and warmest establishments that you will ever experience. Please note the ignorant and racist language used in the negative reviews. What you cannot possibly glean from these reviews, is the love affair between the vast number of regular customers (this is among the most successful UPS Stores) and the employees. PLEASE do not hold UPS policies against them. They only follow the rules and if you have a problem with that, you should begin future reviews with a qualifying statement that you simply do not care what the "rules" are, you just want your way.

I’ve been coming here for months besides typical pandemic lines it’s been very friendly and professional. Today bc I was returning two oblong shaped Amazon returns, which Amazon provided one code and said no packaging was necessary, the lady at the counter said she couldn’t accept the two items unless I bought some tape and taped it all together. Then I realized the bigger item had a bag big enough to fit both, but I just needed a small strip to close the bag back up. Still she wanted me to buy a whole roll even with her two tape guns sitting behind her. I understand if I would use a whole roll that would be too much to give away but for a small strip I’m pretty shocked they couldn’t spare that so I could get out of their hair. I’ll be going to the UPS In Yonkers High ridge plaza from now on.

Poor service. I got nickel and dimed today for what used to be customer service before the pandemic. I had to pay the UPS store to put a 3 foot tape on the Amazon return box and when I offered to tape it myself using their taping gun, I was told, No, its for employees only. Or I could buy an overpriced roll of tape. Advice - please take your own tape.

Went in today at 1130am and I am convinced this location enjoys being known as the worst location to visit. The White woman with the glasses have 0 customer service skills or common sense. She claimed the tape on the box was not sufficient and that was the end of the convo. She never offered to tape it for me for a fee. I truly believe this location does not like minorities and will hire and act accordingly . I am reaching out to upper management to ensure people like this get out of the customer service industry. She's disgusting.

By far the WORST UPS location in the area. If you're looking for long lines and completely inept employees that are oblivious to the long wait times then this is the place for you.I would rather drive 20 minutes to the next nearest location than deal with these employees. Simple tasks like getting a receipt for prepaid packages should have a separate line or scanner that prints out receipts so you can get on your way. The location is way too small and tight and always jammed with packages.Go at your own risk. You've been warned.

Long story short: they owed me a refund on a late package. After offering me the refund and telling me it might take a little while for it to clear, I called after a week, when nothing was showing on my credit card. Guess what - they had no record of the previous conversation, and they don't 'do' credit card refunds, so I have to wait for a check to arrive in the mail. They claimed UPS makes them do it this way (I called - they don't) and refused to be flexible in any way. I will never use them again.

The location is convenient but I do not enjoy visiting the store. If the people working there want to keep cooking/storing strong smelling food in the back office they should at least air the space often or set up a ventilation system. When there is a long line and customers are carrying bulky items it is easy to feel sickened in such a confined space with the cooking odors.

The family who have operated the Bronxville UPS istore for many years are expert, reliable, and courteous. Thoroughly professional. They are also extremely busy during peak hours—so, please, folks! If possible avoid visiting UPS during the peak hours (e.g., lunchtime and midafternoon). And if that isn’t possible, be patient when you’re standing on the line, and know that the staff are working hard to move you forward to the counter.

Stay away from the store they out right lied to me about a next day air package that I was sending to a friend who needed viral medication. They told me it was picked up but there was no departure scan and no other scan information attached to the tracking number two days later. I contacted UPS his main number and they told me that there is no way that package was picked up without a departure scan. I don’t know if they steal the package or they’re just lying but these UPS stores are always problematic I go directly to UPS it’s self to avoid this kind of stuff but in this case it was an emergency which didn’t end up working out the way we needed it to. I thought that this store was operated with outstanding proficiency. With a line out the door and pretty far down the street, they completed transactions with polite conversation and quick response times. I was very impressed and would return without hesitation.

I went there to have a package shipped. While the woman began packing my item into another box, as I already had it packed... but apparently wasn't packed good enough, I kept asking how much it would cost. They could not give me a price "until it was packed". I asked 3 times while she performed an elaborate packing job. After 25 minutes, she puts a UPS label on... and I said - Wait! HOW MUCH IS IT? She gave me NO option - they provide USPS, and other shipping services outside of UPS. She then says $108!!!!!!!!! and was unable to break down how much the VERY EXPENSIVE packing job costs.vs. the actual shipping. I OVERPAID and walked out. NEVER AGAIN.

Stay away from this ups store!!! I have to call these people thief’s. A mid age asian guy on monday morning charged me $3 to tape amazon returning box. Amazon claims that the store will check the product tape it and ship it for you. But no!This guy charged me $3 (technically fooled me and stole it from me since he is payed from amazon to pack it).Never going there again. Fool me once....

Tried to get a shipment of 6 bottles of wine diverted from UPS Pelham. Received e-mail from UPS saying the wine was waiting for me at 81 Pondfield road. Walked in and asked for the wine. Without even looking up from the register, the man said I don't have it. In fact he had refused to accept the shipment. The wine is in the ether somewhere. The guy is really rude and this is not the first time I have had a negative experience. I do everything possible to avoid using UPS as a result. I wish Fedex would open a storefront in Bronxville.
