Danielle was amazing to work with. This was the first time i was ever involved in any type of real estate dealings. My father passed away and we had to sell his co-op, she was so caring and really worked with us, we were going to list at a lower price but she recommended staying with the higher price and that is what we ended up selling it for. She provided feedback every step of the way when potential buyers would look at the co-op. She would check on it for us , made all great recommendations which we followed and it worked. I was relocating from another country, Chiara contacted and then referred us to Tatiana, they were good at the beginning. One week later and after sending several messages and e-mails, I received one saying that they concluded "our collaboration" just when we were going to an appointment. Not very professional, I would not recommend their services. Worst experience with a realtor ever.

My family used Susan Hawkins, a broker at Julia B. Fee realty for the sale of an coop apartment in Bronxville. I can't say enough good things about Susan. This was a very complicated deal as the apartment was coming out of an estate and needed significant renovations in order to be marketable. Susan was instrumental in every step of the process. She referred contractors to us and even kept a look-out for us during the renovations work. She also liaised with the coop's managing agent for us. When it came time to market the apartment, Susan was able to get us top-dollar within 1 week on the market. Susan is local to area and it knows it well. She also has her law degree, which was very helpful in navigating through certain issues. With certainty, I can say that without Susan, we have have realized significantly less money from the sale than we did.
