Hey my name is Alba , I drove by Zoo-Rama pet shop almost everyday on their closed hours until o finally got to go in. The greet the atmosphere and the way they speak about the dogs were beyond my expectations. I got the best dog in the world. He’s such a good boy and well trained. They gave me 2 bags of free stuff with my purchase of my toy poodle. Pampers, dry food, wet food, bed , a shirt, dog treat, toys etc. the dog also came with the microchip. The owners and workers were great! Recommend this place! The way they love animals is unique.

We got our beautiful puppy Vicky from this pet store, the process was very smooth, everybody at this place are so nice and pleasant. They explained everything to us and also gave us a nice started kit that included food, toys, and treats. Last weekend we went back for her first grooming appointment and everything was great. Thank you guys for all your attention and help.

My boy friend and I had a wonderful experience here! We went in just to look and walked out with our new baby! The puppies are healthy and they really make sure you take the proper care of the puppies. The pricing in my opinion is worth it because they basically give you a whole puppy starter pack. They give you food, treats, a bed, pee pads, an outfit, toys, and a free vet visit. I'm so happy we were able to find our baby, we are so happy 😊

This Pet shop is hands down the best place I’ve been to, they have a variety of dogs breeds the staff are excellent, their communication is amazing, I was waiting for them to get Boston Terriers for months and the manager kept in touch with me and always answered any questions or concerns I had. When the Boston Terriers came in they let me know asap and before I knew it my partner and I were bringing home our baby boy. They were extremely helpful when it came to financing and it all around was just an amazing experience. This is the second dog I got from them so now I have my 2 babies happy and healthy with their help and with the free first vet visit certificate they provide.

Hidden Bronx Gem ❣️❣️❣️I walked into to the petshop just see their puppies. And walked out with my beautiful Malshi Bella 🐾(Maltese-ShihYzu). Who has her for ever home❣️The staff was very pleasant. I was very surprised to see how many pp walked out with a new puppy. The prices are very reasonable. They bless your new puppy with tons of free stuff❣️. Great atmosphere and the way they educate you with the knowledge you need to know about raising a dog is wonderful . I got the best dog in the world. He’s such a good boy and well trained. We recently took one beautiful Cavapoo puppy home. After free vet exam(which Zoorama provided to us) our puppy Maggie is in excellent health and one very happy 🐶. Highly recommend this pet shop, they provided an excellent service and they gave us a lot of things for our puppy for free! Thank so much to all staff!

This is one of the best pet shops I’ve ever gotten a pet from! When I got my puppy, they were extremely helpful with payment plans, communication and were very responsive. When my puppy got sick they helped out immensely with the vet and insured she was healthy and taken care of as well as checking in on her. My little one is happy and healthy!!I highly recommended purchasing a puppy here!!!

We got our first pet, Kody Bear from Zoo-Rama.The store was pretty busy with people in and out but the staff was professional and super helpful. Not to mention their prices were good reasonable compared to a lot of other places. We were in search for our hypoallergenic puppy and they made sure we made the right final choice with the miniature poodle. You get some time to watch how the dog behaves and hold them.The process was pretty easy, they ask for your drivers license and you sign the detailed paperwork on the dog which gives information on it’s breeder, vaccinations and the stores policy.Additionally, they provided a very helpful care package of treats, food, toys, wee wee pads and more.Reviews should really impact your decision, make sure you do your research before settling for an unreliable place. I highly recommend this place!Update 9/19 Kody is doing great (new photos added)!

I am soooo in love with my baby from Zoo Rama.The experience of purchasing was wonderful. My kids were allowed to play with multiple dogs until they finally chose our tiny white Maltipoo.We signed the papers and were given toys, treats, food for about 2 months, a bed, bowls and a folder of detailed instructions (feeding, care, a free vet visit from a vet very near by, vaccine info etc.)Oh! And our baby is pre-micro chipped. All I had to do was visit the website to register the chip which costs a one time fee of $26. No other fees required ever again.I took her to the free vet visit just 4 days after purchasing her. You have up to 14 days to take your pet to the visit. I believe this is for health guarantee purposes. They gave her a full exam and even a fecal test. Everything was negative. If you want a blood test, that is an extra cost.She came with most vaccines. All she needed was to compete the parvo vaccine series as most puppies do.Everything went perfectly with Zoo Rama from staff to the health of my baby. She’s super tiny and so cute.Thank you.

We have had our puppy for a month now and he is an amazing addition to the family. I would recommendto anyone new looking to own a puppy or existing pet owners. The owner was very knowledgeable, caring, and respectful with us. He understood what we wanted and helped us greatly. He made sure that the dog was healthy and ready to go home. He gave us all the info pertaining to the puppy (breeder, vaccines, etc.) We will definitely purchase another puppy in the future.

I Loved Zoo-Rama Pets. This is great place to buy a pet for your family. I just got my havapoo dog for a reasonable price, I was explained so well on how to take care for my puppy and what to do to keep her safe and healthy. All the animals in the store very well taken care of and clean. Excelente service a lot of selection of puppies to buy. The staff is excellent .the owner is very friendly and helps you with all your needs. I definitely recommend it.

I got both my miniature schnauzers at Zoorama and honestly it was the best decision I made to get both my boys from there I’m very happy with the choice made. The owner makes sure your dogs are healthy and well taken care of before they go home and when you’re ready to take them home she provides you with medicine for them and explains to you how you can care for them. The staff are nice and the place is very well put, if I could've bought another puppy I would’ve got my third Miniature from there love the place 😊

I highly recommend Zoo-Rama for anyone looking to purchase a new family pet! I purchased my fur baby a little over a year ago and it was the BEST decision. The Zoo-Rama staff is amazing and caring. They provided me with their text line to reach out with questions/concerns when my pup was ill. The staff is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and treat all of the puppies so well. They also throw in a little extra goodies for my pup whenever I go to the shop. They are the best. I highly recommend Zoo-Rama pet shop.

I Evelyn Alvarez am updating my review.the zoo rama owner and I resolved our differences..The owner help me pay for the vet that took care of my chichuchua i brought in his store..He paid my vet bill for the scabies that my dog came with.. I am very pleased with his kindness in resolving this issue. I have brought 3 dogs from him and will definitely buy more in the future. The owner Jay works to help his customers as much as possible. I give this pet shop 5 stars.

5 stars all around. Me and my family have been wanting a dog for a long time. All the staff were very nice and helpful and the they made it very easy for us to get the dog. They give you a number so you can text them with any questions and a lot of free items to help you get started plus a free visit to the vet as soon as you get the dog. My cousin got a dog from this store just 2 weeks ago and he highly recommended it to me and now i too have a dog and i also highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new addition to their family. :)

Honest review time! I had questions obviously about purchasing a puppy from a store, however with a lot of reading and phone calls, I felt better about making the big decision of officially homing a puppy with me! Let me say, since yesterday when me and my family made the decision to go ahead and get him, (we have been waiting for the perfect poodle), we got the perfect poodle! I named him Rudy! Here are some pictures! I love him so much! He is a miniature poodle and he's the best! He came with all of his paperwork plus the microchip!!! Wow! Thank you Zoo-Rama Pets! I've never been happier in my whole life! Rudy is a male, he's neutered and up to date on all vaccinations! Best decision I've ever made! Everyday I make sure he is secure safe happy and healthy! I spent a lot of time researching different stores in the area and finally decided to check this place out in June. After visiting the store, I fell in love with a little Pomapoo pup who I brought home a month ago. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Zoo Rama. The staff was patient and well informed. The prices were more than fair (especially compared to another Bronx store that I’d been considering). The store itself was super clean and it was obvious that the puppies were well cared for and loved by the staff.I’ve had my puppy for a month now and I am so glad that Zoo Rama helped me find her. She’s healthy, cuddly, and very easy to train so I do believe they use reputable breeders. She came chipped and with her first round of shots already and they sent us home with a bag full of supplies to get us started.Thank you for everything Zoo Rama!

Zoo-Rama, the BEST PLACE TO BUY YOUR FIRST PET! We purchased our Oreo (American Cocker-spaniel)in 2021, and man, ooh man, we are in love with her! The owner was so pleasant and patient with me and my many questions and concerns. He even answered my phone calls after business hours. She was only 6 weeks old when we got her. If you are thinking about bringing home another family member home, this is the place to get your family member! He is willing to work with you with the price.

I want to start off by saying this place is the secret gem to getting a pet in the bronx . The staff is truly the kindest and most helpful to getting your pets needs met . Grooming is also available and I was so satisfied I had to write this review . My pet was is in completely competent and loving hands .
