I was extremely pleased with this self-service dog wash. I came here after the dog park, my pup was filthy. The owner was very helpful and friendly being it was my first time bringing my dog and using this machine. The shop was clean and they provide an apron and collar. Pricing was spot on. Extremely convenient. I will definitely be back here for more washes.

I love this place. I love being able to wash my dogs myself without breaking my back in a bathtub. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. They provide an apron, towels, shampoo... Everything you need for a dog bath. And he clips their nails too. All very reasonable prices. Easy parking right outside the shop. Definitely worth a trip to this place. Love it!

Excellent place with all kinds of services for your extended family . Owner extremely friendly and kind . Helped me and my lady with guidance on how to use the self wash option . Store also has other services and toys for pets. Extremely pleasant won a permanent customer with me.

Great place. Self service dog wash is $18. I still find that a great price considering we’re using their facilities , soap , water, towels and we don’t have to clean up after ourselves (although I wish the workers would allow me sometimes as I feel bad). Great place! They will continue to earn my business.. I love supporting small businesses so I try to buy a treat after every wash.. unfortunately there wasn’t much in stock when I went, so hopefully there will be next time!

Went here to give my dirty pup a good cleaning as he wasn't ready for a grooming appointment just yet. The store was clean, organized and Kim, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. She walked me through using the machine, gave me an apron, towel and a collar so my dog's did not get wet. This is the perfect place to come and bring the pup or pups for a nice bath especially after visiting the dog park.Kim also informed me that the water temperature is especially calibrated for dogs (which is a lot cooler than I had thought!) She also provided me with another shampoo as my dog has dry skin.Will absolutely be going back!

What a great self service at a reasonable price to wash your dog. Ms Kim the owner was very helpful as it was our first time and showed us how to use the machine, provided an apron, towels to dry my dog off as she doesn’t care for the dryer. Good water pressure, shampoo, conditioner - provides everything you need. Also parking available in the Woodlawn area. Will be back.

Didn't know there was a self-wash system in the Bronx. I went early during the day to wash my dog. It was the first time on my own using the self-wash system without my husband. The owner was very supportive throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming again to this store.

I have been looking for a self dog wash in the Bronx and found Woof & Ready just a couple of weeks ago. Took our Westie for a bath today and it was great. This was the first time using a self wash and the owner was fantastic and showed us how every thing worked. They also offer pet supplies and a full grooming service. They are kind of tucked away but are located next to the Post Office on Katonah. We will defiantly be back!

Arrived here on two separate occasions on a Saturday at 12:00 pm and signed said closed and doors were locked. Business hours stated store should be opened! Waste of time and inaccurate information. Terrible costumer service.

This place is a lifesaver if you have an active dog. My pup is white, he is also a digger that loves mud and water. Add 15 minutes to your day after the dog park, your pup comes home clean! Self cleaning saves your bathroom from a mess..You can also get professional grooming there.

My dog went in a little matted but came out absolutely gorgeous. Great job. Also, Mark recently let me know that my dog was having some teeth issues. I bought him to the vet and he had to have three teeth pulled. I wouldn’t have known had Mark not told me so thank you.

Edit: unfortunately they have lost my business as they no longer allow double coated dogs (huskies). Shame.Great little gem in Woodlawn!2 brand self service dog wash machines and super friendly owners. Highly recommend, will be back!
