Mercedes is the most amazing groomer I have ever come across. She makes my pup super comfortable and treats him so well. I can 100% trust her to have him in comfort during the grooming and looking great after. She helps us with other concerns I have and always give great suggestions. 10/10 recommend her to anyone

We’ve been to this location when our dog Roxxxy got a bug on her skin we did not recognize. We were immediately greeted by our favorite groomer Mercedes, she’s helped us countless times! Not just with keeping our dog beautiful smelling fresh and clean but also with whatever questions we may have. This place of course had what we were looking for and Mercedes as always was of great help!

I was recomended by a friend to check out her favorite spot to get her dog groomed which is this bog boutigue in bronx. I been to many places but this one I recieved fanasty experience. Before coming in for my appointment,I checked out there page, the pictures were great, these dogs and cats were happy plus well groomed. My first appointment for my cat and dog was a wonderful experience.The groomer was every knoweldge and she made both pets plus myself felt a warm welcome. Everyone was respectful and helpful. Both pets got there new look. The groomer took her time, keep me posted for pick up , my pets were groomed, smelled good, and happy when they were done. I would recommend this place to everyone I know who has a pet. The price was reasonable. For yours pets you will take them to the best. I plan to refer others. I just send up both cat/ dog appointments in advance. The staff/ groomer defintely shows they care, treat your pet with love , along with comfortable enivornment. I glad I came in. This is my new go to grooming shop.

The service was amazing. The owner was very patient with me. She met every expectation I had. Mercedes and Lourdes are amazing groomers. My dog had knots when he went in and came out smelling good and looking amazing.

Groomer Mercedes is just wonderful! She’s truly one of the best we’ve ever met. She takes the time to get to know your pup and works with them in a gentle and loving way. Our dog loves her so much! He went from needing someone at his grooming bribing him the whole time to totally comfortable with every aspect from bath to blow dry to cut! She also takes the time to achieve the cut asked for, not a generic buzz cut. I would recommend Mercedes to anyone I know!!

I feel so badly for the ppl that had to deal with the previous groomer. Luckily this place now has Mercedes as their primary groomer, and she's a breath of fresh air.i legit don't want anyone else touching my dog. NOBODY. She is a genuine animal lover and it show in her work ethic, from how she treats the dogs, to the quality products she uses, in color, cleansing and grooming. She has a gentle hand, and she knows how to calm our anxious pets, as she has pets of her own too. She's really nice and easy to talk to when trying to figure out how to customize the desired look for our babies.I am so happy this place has her. NOW I'll go back and I feel safe leaving my dog there in good faith it will be safe, well taken care of and come out looking fabulous.

As a parent to a 14 year old senior dog it was very important to find a caring, patient, knowledgeable groomer. We found Mercedes and haven’t looked back since! She is kind, loving and takes the time to make sure my boy is always comfortable and looking great! She has definitely become part of our family.

I love this place and so do my two dogs. The owners are friendly and the groomers are very professional. I had the opportunity to buy a doggie necklace to bling out one of my dogs.It's hard not to leave this place without picking up something cute for your fur babies. I picked out cute colorful harness and leash set. Now they're ready for the spring.

Don’t waste your time. Advertise a business here, but when you call, it says we don’t do grooming anymore, so why not say that online It makes no sense and is very stupid, don’t waste your time calling here if what you are looking for is a dog grooming service

Been taking my 2 chihuahua to trim they nails for over 3 years. They are very pleasant and they are the best for me. Mercedes, Mr. and Mrs. Betancourt plus the girl. They just have love for our pets.

Worse place i ever been to. Poor selection of pet things. Very small. I had an appointment set up and when i arrived their were 10 dogs already there. It made no sense whatsoever to even schedule an appointment. Your poor pets would be there caged all day petrified . If you are an owner that cares for your pet as a family member please do not come here. Another thing i noticed was they have pesticides to kill insects and rodents right there and do a little research. That shouldn't be so near where dogs are being served . Smh

I bought some eye drops for my dog and they gave me dog treats and some cotten swabs for her. Very friendly as well.
