I have 3 dogs and I walked in with my very trained chihuahua chihuahua who is trained to walk off the leash and as you know it’s a pet shop he was curious about everything smelling etc etc I was asking about perticular harnesses and collars for my bigger dogs who were outside the two males behind the counter rushed me out of the store they don’t know what they are selling lack of experience knowledge and customer service VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! Lost a customer remember your neighborhood is your income

Awesome pet store. They have different types of fish at affordable prices. Though one of my fish did die the day after my purchase, the other one is fully thriving and happy. I was really shocked at the fish prices. Definitely returning to the store. Although the food and water treatments are a bit more expensive then normal. But it balances out due to the cheap fish. Would recommend to any fish owners in the neighborhood.

Man listen, there are not a good amount of local pet shops in the Bronx. Especially ones that can cater you and your special family member. The owner is very personable and charismatic. And the price on the food is incredibly inexpensive. I go here all the time for my husky.

You would think that Mom and Pop pet shops no longer exist right but I found this little gem underneath the two and a five train on white plains road south of western beef and it's a jewel in Bronx. The prices are decent and his fish selection is a lil expensive however the fish available are worth it.. 🐻

the guy is very rude he is very sarcastic he needs to get fired the fish are very expensive for it to die to die the same day don’t even come here for fish or if you’re poor ! and they smell reallyy badd

I purchased a Betta fish and David gave me a great deal for a tank with gravel and a decoration, food, and the fish all for $24! It is the perfect starter pet for my 4 year old niece.

The worker is rude and the hamsters are in a cage all together. Hamsters are known cannibals. The worker also said he gave me a girl and a boy and they were both boys, and had injuries. I hate to give a bad review because there are not many pet shops and he’s a small business owner which I respect humbly but he needs to care for these animals, they are living and have feelings!!! I wish I could save all those hamsters.

I give this a 4 because they dont have a lot of dogs stuff they should get more dogs stuff for big dogs well lil dogs they have some stuff and they dog is very cute. But am happy they have dogs flea collar. Today was my 1st day in the store. And call they ans the phone nice.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. Let me start with , The worker/owner there is super rude if you ask questions he’ll answer you sarcastically and make remarks. And omg the HORRIBLE! Smell , it sticks to your clothes. It shows they don’t care about the animals, they even look sick.
