Horrible service paid $80 for grooming my dog was shaved bold head to toe in middle of winter and was told it’s because he had knots. I thought grooming was like going to a hairdresser no? My dog is a Bichapoo which has curly hair, owners son is a bad coke head and when I told him he caught an attitude and I almost lowered myself to his level but glad I didn’t ! Don’t go!!! Or support this business.I should have known it wasn’t a good place when I seen the groomer tap a cats paws with heavy duty tape and hold cat by neck … if you read this and had your gray and white cat with white flea collar on 1/27/2024 it was your cat being man handled badly ….

I have Been coming here for years over 6 or more . They are the best ., The whole staff. They are very professional and take good care of your pet while in their care. My dog comes out looking like a show dog. Mateo the groomer never disappoints. My friend that is always at the counter is there to greet you with a smile and assure that you and your dogs experience is nothing less than what you expected. The two gentleman that work the floor and run the back also are always so helpful and kind . The lovely lady also that works the front also is soo nice and easy to talk to when you have questions. It was my first time in this place and I love the way my dog looks! My dog is a bichon frise and they groomed her like so. Most places I have been to either had cut her uneven or they cut too much, making her look like a bald chicken or a poodle. The people in the store were nice people, ones you can trust with your dog. I am honestly not fond of the location of this place but for quality I give this store 5 stars! Thank you Puppy Resources I will return.

I recently took my dog to the Puppy Resources pet groomer and was impressed with the service I received. The staff was very friendly and professional, and my dog was given the attention he needed to feel comfortable. If I could give zero stars I would. I am sooooo disappointed and disgusted. I dropped my baby off at 10am only to get a call at 5pm that they would not be doing her. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Hands down the worst place I’ve ever been to and worst experience I’ve ever had.

I recently went to this place so scared because it was my first time taking my dog to be groomed, I have a Cockapoo who has lots of hair that gets knotted but they did a great job with my baby… I gave them a picture of what I wanted him to look like and they were spot on, I even got a free sweater for my boy… Hands down, they know what they’re doing and their customer service was amazing, the owner is a sweetheart❤️ I would recommend them to anyone who has a dog with lots of hair that gets knotted, looking forward to taking my dog back for a 2nd time!

Puppy Resources are as reliable as they are professional. Don't allow the aged, bland exterior to fool you, this store has been a blessing. Yes they have a large selection of pet supplies, not just for dogs, but pets of all types. The biggest thing they have is a professional groomer who will take your pet and with all the love and care he can muster groom them. I gave him two dogs, one that is extremely elderly, and he was able to groom her to the point that she looks like a totally different, and that in a good way. The prices are good and for the service they are all the more worth it.

Sweet woman and nice older gentleman at front but maybe get new groomers? That aren’t afraid of a sweet only 30lb dog. Annoyed because I was told to come in the next day that they would work on my pup. To come in and be turned away by both groomers because she’s “too big”. We aren’t talking about a golden retriever or husky she is half that size. So at least have one groomer willing to work with that not both scared or lazy to work on a 30lb pup.

They are really sweet, genuine people. I took my Yorkie to get groomed. The groomer did a fantastic job. I was so impressed. Management is so friendly and helpful. Really good people who actually care for the animals. It was refreshing to receive such great service. I highly recommend Puppy Resources. They can groom any breed dog. They also have great prices on their products!

Rather go to petco. Hours on google are false someone should update that. They say they are open to 7 but were closed by 6 so idk get it together. place a tad bit run down and dirty.

I take my Chihuahua to the groomer to get her nails clipped. They always do a great job & treat her with care. They sell quality dog food, and other doggy items, such as clothes, carriers, & more. The owner is very nice. I recommend this store.

Been with the groomer Lisa for years and by luck she started grooming dogs there, she is kind experienced and has a great caring attitude towards the dogs and their owners. She is a hard worker so TIP HER WELL!!! I do each time.The staff there as well are very helpful and the place is very quick and easy to get to by train and bus.
