As soon as I walked in a strong smell of bleach hit my nose. I really feel bad for all the animals scattered around the shop that have to inhale that daily. This place is unprofessional and messy. The trim came out ugly and choppy for it to cost $88 for a full groom for a small puppy. Compared to pets smart $64 price….also I watched the owner roughly trim my pups nails like she was in a rush. I really hate that she made my dog scream a few times... This was a horrible experience 👎🏾 if you decide to go here you MUST watch what they do don’t just leave your dog and come back.

I’m working here for the summer and I am having a great time! Most of the animals are very friendly. Staff remembers every pet’s personality and quirks and takes care of any injuries. Great place to adopt a new pet or bring in one you can no longer take care of.

This review is based off an experience, not service. I made an grooming appointment for my pet through the website. I received a confirmation, and received notifications daily reminding me of my "appointment" coming up. The morning of the appt, I received yet another confirmation. When arriving to the shop, it was closed down. I tried calling the number but of course it's to the shop and no one was there. The hours posted say they're open daily at 7am. Things happen but it was extremely inconsiderate to accept a appointment then not show up, I still haven't received any correspondence. I was trying to support this black business but we'll be going back to PetSmart.

The minute you walk in it’s completely an unprofessional atmosphere. I booked my dog for a full grooming I wanted a haircut and everything. When I got there I said he had fleas I did all I can but nothing worked. They said ok but it would be more money, which I already knew. When I picked my dog up he didn’t have a haircut or anything that other groomers have done with my dog. All they gave him was a flea treatment and charged $119. I’m definitely not returning to them again.

I had a great experience at this location the staff was very helpful and friendly and made it easy to add an addition my family (Oreo). When I walked in I was greeted and given a chance to interact with the pets so I’d have a perfect transition. 10/10

I was in there at 5:05 pm the staff was rude, disrespectful, & the attitude I was unnecessarily receiving was extremely unprofessional. The HUGE light skinned girl , the slim dark skinned girl along with the young man were very disrespectful towards me, constantly asking me “if I’m going to buy” as if I had intentions on stealing anything, when literally the day before yesterday I was in that establishment & I bought several things when the police was present. & the same young man whom checked me out then was disrespectful & confrontational towards me “the customer “ today. So if those are your children that you leave in your establishment while you’re away then you have to train them on customer service skills because there lacking tremendously . I work in customer service myself for several years & I know when the staff is being pleasant or when they just want to close the store & have everyone leave. I’m only dealing with the actual woman the store owner from now on & im also going to recommend folks that I know with pets to not shop in there unless that pleasant & respectful store owner is on the scene. Don’t leave your children or that staff to run your business when your not their , they are giving you a bad name with there customer service. Just look at your security cameras & you’ll see what I speak of .

I like how they greet you, they are friendly and helpful I didn’t have a problem with the people that works there,the only problem was the grooming part my dog did not get The grooming I wanted she was still hairy and looked ugly and I was over priced with no satisfaction, I will definitely continue to stay with pet smart for her grooming, I actually did a better job at home, when I got home, not to professional when it comes to grooming.

Booked a bath for my dog after he was assisted with a skunk. He came back smelling absolutely wonderful and they did a great job with his deshedding. Definitely recommend.
