I took my dog ​​yesterday to be trimmed, I asked that they only trim his paws a little because he got them wet when he peed, I asked that they lower his chin since he also got wet when he drank water, they cut too much of his hair and in addition, he has long hairs that are poorly done. and short hairs now and they made cuts inside his ear, the dog hasn't stopped shaking his ears, he has extra hair on his legs and on his chest he is horrible, I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it either. paid $200 for a bath and haircut that was a failure, he is a 5 month old Standard Poodle puppy, when reading this comment they will quickly remember who it was me but they must improve, I was very sad to see the poorly done job they did to him . I wish i can give 000 starts!This is how they returned my dog because supposedly he was aggressive. I have taken him before and they groomed him with no issues but this time was horrible!! Charged me $100 and refused to give me the money back after this horrible thing they did. Half a cut! Horrible customer service !

Terrible grooming. Uneven cut everywhere from head to toe. Told them not too short if this is not too short then short must be bald to them.if i can give a negative star they would be top -5. Then ask for a tip. Just open too?? so whens the grand closing. Up your game.

They are lucky I can’t give 0 stars. My mom took my puppy for a haircut and they cut my puppy’s ear. When you ask them for answers they tell you they don’t know or they blame it on your pet being “aggressive”. My dog is traumatized and we could never take him to another pet shop ever since.

Came here to give my kitten a checkup and all the "veterinarian" did was just tell me everything I already knew. All he did was check my kittens heart, touched her stomach, and cleaned her ears with a cotton ball with ALCOHOL, something you DO NOT put in your pets ears. All of that was a 4 minute visit and they charged me $60. Unbelievable, never coming back here.

I went today to trim my support dog ,and the guy in the back didn't speak English I put my dog on the table and he pull her leg hart I said to him in Spanish you don't do like that .He doesn't have experience to be working with animals I took my support dog to a better place with license speak both languages and very caring. Please be careful places like that ask question before living your dog there thank God I left . Is better to paid little more but your dog is safe .I took her to Spam Pawgrooming at Webster Ave great place very clean and workers very professional caring .and I only Pais 15 dollar for clip her nails and trim and no tax charge I gave 10 dollars tip. For the great job . I give 5 🌟 my support dog will go there for now .

This place is completely disgusting. Definitely needs to be shut down asap. Terrible customer service especially from the main Dominican brown skin man that works the front. Terrible service for your puppies I brought my dog in to trim nails and they cut her and she bled. Very rude and obnoxious.

My friend brought her dog here for a haircut and the poor puppy was literally abused (choked) to the point her dogs eye popped out. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated, this business should be disgusted with whoever mistreated an innocent dog.

I came here a few months ago to get my dog groomed and I left a review that obviously they didn’t like so they took it down. People need to know how horrible this place is. I took my dog and the receptionist told me if my dog gets rough they will put him to sleep and charge me an extra $40. I was literally about to talk out the door when the owner assured me my dog will be fine and he screamed at the guy for telling me the groomer will put my dog to sleep. I trusted the owner so I ended up leaving my dog. I came back to my dog scared and not even groomed properly. They didn’t even do any hair cutting, teeth brushing, or even nail trim. They even gave him back to me wet. I hate this place and for them to delete my review is beyond petty. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

I left my dog on 8/19/2021 BTW 11am-12pm.No complaints with grooming services but from that time till now 7:25pm I wasn't informed that they don't feed the dog. It would have been more humane to at least inform so that I can get him fed if I brought food for such a long wait and I called more than 3-4times to check up if it was ready to be picked up.Horrible service and won't be referring or bringing my dog here to starve.

I’ve brought my dog here before and it was good for the price. But today I brought her in and you could tell the new stylist didn’t know what he was doing because I told him I wanted a Lions cut, and he didn’t know what that was. So I just told him to give her a haircut. She came out all chopped up, for some reason he cut her whiskers on one side of her face but not the other. And she had What I could only explain as a rug marks, after you vacuum a carpet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The barbers are not professional dog barbers. They burned my dog so bad and said his hair was tangled and it wasn’t. They over did it so bad when I picked up my puppy he started crying. They were telling everyone the same story because they don’t know how to trim or cut properly. When I told manager she didn’t know what to say or do. Immediately gave me some team to put on him which was burning more. Never again. Barbers need to be trained.

This place is the worst to ever bring your dog. I tried to give them several chances but they always let me down. This time has been the worst ever. The receptionist told me that if the dog is aggressive they will charge me an extra $40 and put my dog to sleep to finish the grooming. I almost walked out the door when the owner assured me my dog will be fine and I believed him because he flipped out on the receptionist and the groomer for telling me they will put my dog to sleep. I trusted the owner which was a mistake. I paid $75 for them to basically to cut my dog uneven and hand him to me still wet. Horrible service. Do not bring your dog here at all!

Extremely rude people there. Took my dog to get her groomed and the lady was really controlling, looked like she did not want to work with animals. They’re also overcharging for the vaccines when you can get them for free or for a low price at the ASPCA clinic. Wouldn’t recommend taking your pets here.

if I can rate it 0 stars I would, these people abuse pets. They kept a dog for nearly 5 hours almost strangled the dog and now it’s a possibility the dog won’t be able to see again. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Couture grooming is a pet shop that has expanded into grooming and now they have a veterinarian. That's what brought me there my daughter has a dog that has been having issues. I took her dog there. Her dog has been having anal glands issues for over a month. She took her dog to an emergency room hospital for animals. They did a number of test only to say her dog is fine but his anal glands were full. Anyway not the case. Back to couture grooming I saw the vet there and i was a little apprehensive at first but her dog was seen by the vet there and he is getting much better. I'll have more information in a week. When i will also post pictures.

I only have good things to say. I bought my fur baby twice here for his grooming. He was taken good care of. I love his cut. I also purchased a few things for him and on both occasions I was helped and explained with patience. Thank You All!!!👍🏻🐶

The staff is very friendly and they have a decent selection for small dogs. choices aren't great for larger dogs though. Very high prices for seeming regular or offbrand dog supplies.I only go here on rare occasions when I am running really low on something or have an emergency. Whenever I do I'm always shocked at how much they are charging for things. Last thing I bought was a 5' nylon leash for about $35 when I could have gotten it elsewhere for much less..

I've been coming here since they opened. They offer affordable grooming services. Be sure to specify how you'd like your dog to be shaved/trimmed or else they will just shave them (almost) bald. My dog comes home with cuts sometimes, please be gentile.... (They don't understand English well).

Not a fan. this will be an emergency place i go to for dig stuff. But im more so Dissapointed because Firstly, why is it sooo hot in there?it's damn there summertime. Animals can't be too hot they will overheat. I took my puppy here to get a nail trim. They cut too deep and he ended up bleeding as we were walking out. I turned around so fast. They had to put the powder on it to stop the bleeding. I was mad because I just gave him a bath. I will never bring my baby here again.

This place is wonderful and has all i need for my puppy from clothing, food, and veterinarian services. I am always very happy with the groomers, specially Carmen. Thank you very much for taking care of my puppy with the full- grooming service. The staff at this place is very nice and always advocate for the well weing of the pets. I have never had a negative experience in this place.

Ive used this place before and it was great. Changed owners and now its horrible. Showed the groomer what I wanted explained it and everything. Come back and my dog’s hair its all chopped up and its just horrible. Never going there again. Think twice before taking your canine there if you love them.

This has to be one of the worst petshop/ grooming I have been in. The staff are untrained for the job/ I bought hamster food full of bugs in it, and its disgusting and lacks professionalism. I donot recommend this shop to no one
