The usual walmart setup... everything was easy to use. The store was clean and neatly done. The customer service was great too and the price was average.

While waiting for someone to bring an item from storage, I observed a worker tossing bagged apples into the bins, throwing them, really. I politely let Customer Svc know that those apples would all soon be bruised, and maybe let workers know this. She called a manager and I politely repeated, hoping that they wouldn't have to deal with an influx of returned apples and unhappy customers. She literally rolled her eyes and said that the workers don't care and would continue to do this, even if told not to. She was clearly bothered that she was called up front for this. Sad.The person who was to bring my item from storage never appeared.Otherwise, it's a typical Wal-Mart.

Store always is stocked. Only issue is the bad customer service at self-checkout. I swiped one energy drink twice because I had two and forgot to put the second one on the '6pressure weight and it went off and the ppl didn't even look at the video and would not listen till I legit read of each item I had and rang up

Brockport location is much more organized and cleaner than any of the Rochester locations, they do still have the same problem if not marking a lot of the clearance items so it's very difficult to know how much the price actually is but everything else is great including fast check out . You will almost never find that in n gates or Greece locations

Used curbside delivery. Excellent service. Only problem is finding the curbside delivery. Curbside delivery is on the south side of the building out of sight from the entrance or parking lot and no signs informing where it is.

Don't use the self checkout, they accuse you of stealing, when in fact not, most embarrassing experience ever, I will always go through a human attended checkout

This is the only Walmart I will go too. Always has everything I need. Never an issue with the staff. Store is always clean and kept nice. Definitely my favorite Walmart!

This Walmart is a super store. It's definitely cleaner than most that I've been to. Prices are very competitive and cheaper than most grocery stores.

If I could have written a review with no stars that’s what I would have done. I was there a few weeks ago and was charged for 2 chocolate creamers and I only bought 1. So I was charged an extra $3.82. I went yesterday and purchased $312.48 in groceries. I had 4 coupons. 3 of the 4 went through for mayonnaise. After I paid and was walking away, the cashier informed me that I could have 1 coupon back. I asked why? She said it wouldn’t go through and didn’t tell her til my purchase was done. It was for $5.00 off of the purchase of (2) Garnier hair products that had been in the coupon mailing that we received. I don’t use this kind but I looked carefully at the coupon and bought specifically what the products were. When I got home and unpacked my groceries, 1 of my bags was wet inside under the eggs. I then realized that when she was putting things in the bag at waste level and then plopping them on the packing counter for me to put in my cart that she had broken 16 out of 18 eggs in the bottom of the double pack. I paid 5.67 for the double pack. That’s another $2.34. That is $11.16 that I have lost in 3 weeks at this store!

Self checkout was an issue.. Im was sure I inserted 5 $20 bills in the device. It said I only inserter 4... on top of that, I began with $120 worth of $20s, and only had one remaining. I asked for assistance, and the only way they could confirm my claim was to review the camaras. They claimed that I only inserted 4 $20s. Because I felt sure of my claim, I said, "okay, i know its possible I made a mistake, but because i feel certain i put in 5 $20s, Id like to see the video for myself"... they refused to show me the video!! I just have to take their word. Its probably a 720p poor quality video..

Walmart is the best store of all time, I get my toilet paper here. The toilet paper I use from here is so good I can officially clean now in 2022 without getting cancelled.

I don't think anyone really enjoys grocery shopping, but when the employees are in every aisle stocking shelves, (and this was around 1030am) and you can't get to anything, it was really annoying. I'm grateful for a stocked store, but do that before you open or after closing.

Jam packed with people couldn't even maneuver without someone running into you. Parking lot had people fighting over drugs, unattended children barking at people. Thankfully had everything we needed

The Brockport Supercenter has become our lifeline for groceries. Now, without a vehicle, we have relied on Walmart+ for just about everything. They offer great products at reasonable prices. They carry a wide variety of products, and if we can't find it in stock, they ship it for free with Walmart+ to our home very quickly and safely. The only thing I would change would be to add a customer's request box for the bakery & deli. We would love to be able to request the thickness of sliced cold cuts for an example.

Place sucks. Tired of having to ring up my own stuff and then expected to show proof I didn't steal anything as I'm leaving the store. If you have to question my integrity maybe you should personally check me out.
