The return was picked up, the guy scanned the packages, took them had me sign his tablet, and left. That was in December it is now April and I have yet to receive my money back, credit or gift card even. This was not a cheap purchase I was charged over $300. And as I am on disability I can't afford to just forget about it.

I am not a Walmart fan usually. However, lately I’ve been reducing my usage of its competitors and trying to at least shop in person more. I also have two little kids-a toddler and an infant. They’re tough to shop with, so a good compromise is picking up my supplies.I like getting non-grocery items here, because the “shoppers” are Walmart employees. It doesn’t take anything away from an employee, and they know where everything is. The orders have been accurate and quick 100% of the time. I will keep using this service.

I checked in when I arrived and the app asked for my parking spot and car color but sat for several minutes before anyone came out. They asked why we were there and said they had no information on our arrival. They still brought our order out pretty quickly aside from the app not registering.

Finally decided to do this, so quick and easy. Our Walmart has a covered area to park on the side of the building. I plan to do this often! It helps avoid impulse buys!

I never have an issue with the grocery pickup, I do frequent the Walmart in Brockport. They're always super quick bringing my stuff out and I've never not received an item or got the wrong item. The staff is very friendly.
