The person I serve and I love going shopping. We usually go to Marshall’s in Batavia which is way more organized and spacious. I thought since the holidays were over this TJ Maxx wouldn’t be so cluttered and we would be able to navigate easily. Unfortunately, that was not the case. On google they have the wheelchair emblem showing they’re “handicapped accessible”, which sure if said person is able to navigate through tight filled aisles with carts of inventory in the walkway and displays cutting off the walk way. Multiple times we ran into that during our visit. We also had very impatient employees that would come up behind us trying to get by. If you see a person in a wheelchair, please have some patience, or go down an aisle to go by them. I’m leaving this review because I know that most people who are not in this situation, aren’t aware of the difficulties someone in a wheelchair and/or developmentally disabled run into daily while out in public.

I like the items they offer and the prices but for God’s sake, can some associate ever vacuum the filthy dressing Room floors?. Lots of dust, dirt and just misc stuff on the floor! My own clothes get dirty trying to remove them to try things on. It is ALL THE TIME. Brockport, NY

I love this store! They have fantastic jewelry at affordable prices. The people who work there are very sweet and always happy. Of course I would be too if I worked there. I love their home decor and makeup selection. I've never left there empty handed.

I'm always here, best deals and you're always gonna find something. Place is always organized and there's always someone willing to help. It's conveniently located next to 5 below and Wegmans. I get lots of my holiday decor here!

Staff was super nice bc I was past closing and moving slowly due to my illness (parkinsons, neuropathy, brain fog, etc.. ) from the covid Pfizer vaccine. The girls were so sweet and helpful. I really appreciated it.

In general, this is a smaller TJ Maxx, but I get the impression the staff cares about how their store looks & operates nonetheless. Every single staff person I have ever encountered has been very nice. The selection is decent, and changes often enough to keep me coming back & finding great deals. Even though they are great deals, I still spend more money in there than I should!! :)Update: a couple years later and my impression of our little TJ Maxx has not changed. After a pandemic & other financial setbacks for us all, I'm happy about that :)

This store started out great, but over the last couple years the selection has seriously declined. The kids selection is almost non existent, there's like 1 baby/toddler rack and the boys and girls stuff is just thrown in together, and the girls/boys are 1 rack each. There's no kid shoes. The ladies clothes are so packed in you can't even look at them, and while I understand they are an overstock store the styles are terrible. Home decor section is not as impressive as it used to be. Just seems like this TJ Maxx gets what all the other stores don't want....which is a shame because Brockport doesn't really have any clothing stores otherwise.

T.J. Maxx is AWESOME! I love it. I shop there frequently. The employees always greet you with a smile and kind words. Shopping experiences are always a pleasure.I love the great prices and hidden treasures I'm always finding there. Associates are friendly and helpful when needed. The store is always stocked full and it's pretty hard not to find what your looking for. I can spend hours there!And lastly, the shopping experience ends with bright faces and kindness at the checkouts. They care enough not to cram your delicate items in the bag and always are courteous to your needs.Thank you T.J. Maxx for making my shopping sprees a wonderful experience. I love this place.

First time in this store... I am disabled and usually shop online but I was getting desperate for gifts for 2 teenage granddaughters. I thought the clothing was horrendous. Plenty of sizes to choose from but not the colors or styles I would wear...or the girls. Store was pretty and clean....about the size of the local Peebles...that is going out of business. Housewares, bedding, some toys, clothing for everyone. Found gifts in makeup department..happy with prices. Many people I know brag about deals on clothes they buy.. no thanks. A lot of purses..found one I liked and may go back for it

Love this store. Merchandised well, room to browse, rarely a wait at check out, ample parking and clean bathrooms. Great clothing selection and even better pricing... Plus they are even dog friendly (prefer they are able to ride in your cart)

The store is always tidy. They have great deals. My favorite deals are their blankets and sweatshirts. They carry brand name items such as Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Russell Athletics and Polo. They also have an area with all different kinds of unique, authentic cooking and baking ingredients, stuff that you wouldn't find in a grocery store.The employees are friendly. It's all free parking. It's handicapped accessible. I'm not sure about the restrooms, I have never seen any there. There's also shopping carts for better convenience.

There are so many cute clothing options for a very affordable price. I also saw many lovely pieces of furniture. If I'm planning to update a room soon I'll definitely go there to check out some decor options!

So marshals tj max im so confused on what store to buy from. luckily we have both and both are the same company. It makes going to one store or the other feel almost the same. good products good prices good seasonal items. But two different stores and experiences. thanks for making these stores easy to shop between

There selection of men's wear is horrible, do men not shop, rows of womens shoes, zero men's shoes, men's clothing department is tiny what is the deal

Everything was super over picked barely anything in stock nothing was where it should be sizes on the wrong hangers so if your buying something clothes wise make sure to check the tag to be sure it's the correct size!!! Cashier was super nice though!

They always have just what I need. Picked up a few outfits for my son, who never has a problem finding what he needs either 3 pairs of shorts an 5 shirt's with a pair of swim trunks.
