My issue is with the pharmacy staff mostly all of them are rude and act like they have no billing experience. Always asking for the numbers on the card. And then they don’t even know what they’re doing this has to be by far the worst Walgreens in the world I stopped using them and just take my business to Wegmans instead. Don’t waste your time BTW management sucks

Absolutely worst Walgreens pharmacy anywhere! Rude and incompetent possibly just lazy. Lady with pulled back hair and giant wart on her face is the worst. Horrible rude woman. Someone needs take her to the docks and let a rat chew that thing off her face. I'm finding another pharmacy after using Walgreens over 15 years cause of the rude staff. Also WHAT kind of pharmacy closes for LUNCH? PIS POOR SCHEDULING. Also if you show up close to lunch time your told to come back later!!!!

Negative star if possible. Workers in pharmacy are incompetent. "Forget" to order meds and blame each other. Need number on insurance card when it's the same as it always has been and cannot pick up meds for sick infant. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PHARMACY.

Whoever works in the pharmacy at this Walgreens is obviously incompetent and wasn't trained how to do their job correctly. My poor boyfriend has to go through this every month with them and suffer without his medication because of different things their pharmacy workers tell us. Yesterday we spoke to someone who told us his prescription would be ready in an hour. We go there, sit in the drive-thru for 15 minutes (we were the only car there) for them to tell us we can't come and get them until tomorrow morning (never said anything about a specific time). We go there this morning, and now apparently there's a law that we can't get them until after 10:30. I'm just extremely frustrated with the horrible communication and work ethic from everyone I've met in their pharmacy. And none of them seem to care that they're creating this hassle for us. We will be switching pharmacies now.

I don't have any problem with the storefront workers.Store employees are very kind and sweet and very courteous they've always been nothing but nice and helpful to me.The issue: the pharmacy department made a substitution on a prescription without asking the doctor or contacting me. This led to a dosing mistake that's going to lead to several weeks of discomfort. I don't believe it's standard policy to be able to change a prescription without asking permission from the doctor first, and if it was I'm assuming it would be normal to tell the patient when they came to pick it up.

Absolute disappointment. This pharmacy filled a completely different prescription from what my doctor ordered. I even obtained the doctors original script to confirm that Walgreens did indeed fill the wrong prescription. They never placed my booster information on the New York system. Had the audacity to lie about it. Called back after confirming it wasn't in. The lovely staff- Lex, Beth, and Cassandra decided to hang up on me after asking them to put the information in the system- which mind you IS THEIR JOB. I literally cannot fathom how this location functions. Terrible experience one after another. And the store manager did nothing. So much for excellent customer service. This Walgreens disappoints over and over again.

I used to love this pharmacy when it was Rite Aid.  So many things changed once they became Walgreens, and not positive, in my opinion. I'm also saddened to hear that Dave is no longer with the organization. He knew you by name and always personally greeted you. He was kind, caring, knowledgeable and always pleasant to deal with.  An overall nice guy, and great pharmacist. I feel as though there is a revolving door of pharmacy staff at this point, you never see the same personnel in the pharmacy area twice.  I dislike everything about picking up prescriptions, the Walgreens software is ridiculous, you have to go through way too many prompts and red tape to even finalize a transaction and pay for your prescription.  The wait time to pick up medications is also absurd, it is rare to get in and out without an extended wait, (even when you called ahead or used the automated system).  It's common practice to be told things are on backorder, while I understand this may happen from time to time, It is a frequent occurrence as of recently. I can't understand how common items such as insulin, (which has now been substituted to be a generic per our insurance company)  is on backorder? On the subject of automated refills, you are spammed to death if you choose this convenience.  I have been a faithful customer for many years, with a family member who has a chronic health issue, I'm in the pharmacy frequently to pick up prescriptions.  I'm not happy and will be taking my business elsewhere immediately.  I will not be spending another cent in your establishment. You are not the only pharmacy in town...  Clearly it seems Management/whomever is in charge of looking at reviews that are left on this page, could care less because they haven't responded to one of the reviews left for them.

Went to pick up prescription today and was rudely told Walgreens don't accept child health plus anymore, so I would have to have my pharmacy changed. I asked how much was the prescription without insurance and was stared at and told again to just switch the pharmacy.. if Walgreens is dropping insurance companies they should let doctors offices know , so people are not humiliated by rude people that work there.

I had gone to this location for years when it was Rite Aid and it was fine, nothing special.  One of my biggest regrets in life is not fully appreciating Rite Aid's consistent and reliable mediocrity.  Literally every time I've been in to Walgreens to fill a prescription there is some sort of issue, whether it's losing my prescription, filling the wrong dose, misplacing my information, calling me to come pick up prescriptions that weren't there - you never know what's going to happen but you know it's going to be aggravating.  I don't know if it's a Walgreens issue or just this location but holy moly it's comically bad there.

Cassandra and her team at the Brockport Walgreens Pharmacy were awesome to work with. They went out of their way to take care of me and made sure I was well enough to return to work. I will be using this pharmacy from now on due to the great customer service that I received.

Went there for a simple drop off, had a rude encounter with a staff member by the name of Sarah. Her coworker was more than glad to assist me in dropping off a FedEx package, however Sarah seemed as if she couldn't possibly care less. I was greeted with an attitude, and heard a slick "I told him I was coming" under her breath. For a short 2 minutes I was there, she managed to make the worst of it. If you don't enjoy your job, don't work there.

Albion Walgreen stopped doing Pfizer vaccine and sent me to brockport. Brockport refused to give me vaccine because I got in albion. What a disaster company.Drove down the road to wegmans and they had me in and out in about 20 minutes. The 2 star rating for Walgreens really shows.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. The only thing good is Dave the Pharmist. Never have inventory, long lines, and screwed up insurance. Walgreens took over Rite Aid and they are driving it into the ground. We took all our scripts to Wegmans

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Awful service, never answer their phones, always out of stock, and the list goes on. I’ve once waited 30 mins for my prescription when it was completed and no one was at the register to assist me. I had to call someone over along with other people waiting when no one was there to help. Terrible.

I went in for a simple toilet plunger but after talking to the knowledgeable staff, they helped me realize a Walgreens brand laxative is all I really needed. Great visit!

Ordered rx on monday, went to pick up on thursday and it wasn't in. Lady pharmacist gave me a blank stare and said it was because of a holiday on wednesday. Not the first time it happened and no excuse for it. I'm taking my business elsewhere

Pretty bad customer service on the pharmacy side. Claims I picked up a Rx when I never did. The lady at the counter marked it as picked up when I told her I'd be back next week to get it, never there. Will probably be switching pharmacys
