Lynn’s Floral Designs is a true florist and they take pride in their flower arrangements. We had an employee celebrate her 10 year anniversary with us and we wanted something elegant with flowers that would last awhile. I ordered the Deluxe Designers Choice and asked for a vase that wasn’t clear. Our employee’s favorite color is blue. Lynn made an exquisite arrangement with a beautiful blue vase! When our employee’s flowers arrived, she was thrilled! She even commented about how fresh the flowers were and that she would get to enjoy them for more than a few days! That is one of the highest compliments a florist could get from someone. We will be using this florist for any future flowers that may need to be sent in New York. Thank you so much, Lynn. I cannot begin to say enough great things about Lynn and the incredible work she did to make my special day absolutely beautiful with all the florals. She made planning effortless and was so easy to communicate with. She had great recommendations for different types of flowers based on pictures that I showed her and she really knocked it out of the park! Even with the shortage of flowers due to COVID she made sure that everything was perfect and most importantly made all the planning stress free. In May of this year I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a vase from Lynn's Floral Design. They were sent to me on my birthday from my supervisors at work. The package was so preciously and carefully wrapped, and the arrangement was just stunning! It was so colorful and with a large variety of blooms that lasted a long time with care. This was the first time I have ordered and I was extremely happy with everything. I asked for a designer choice arrangement, I requested yellow and purple to be included. The variety of flowers was amazing and beautiful. The recipient loved them, she loved the vaierty and it made her day. Will definitely be my new go to florist!

I ordered the premium level which stated for the extra cost, additional “flowers” would be added to the pictured arrangement on Lynn’s own website for my sister’s December birthday. The arrangement was ordered 11 days prior to the delivery date. As shown, what arrived was nothing like the pictured arrangement! It had 2 red roses and the rest were carnations, a cheap glass ornament and pine cones. Also a single random white carnations dripped in pink was added for some unknown reason. The arrangement was far from a premium level size!The original premium level arrangement I ordered had multiple red roses, some other white flower which I don’t know the name of and baby’s breathe. How very, very upsetting and disappointed with what was delivered! I called the owner who stated by substituting all the red roses, the white lily-like flowers and babies breathe for pine cones, carnations would be fine because she used an upgraded vase. I chose the arrangement for its looks as pictured with added flowers not cheap flowers and a better vase.I will state Lynn said my sister can return the “arrangement” she got for a full refund.

Extremely happy! I called Lynn's Floral Design to order flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and talked to Lynn herself, who was so friendly and helpful. The arrangement is called Pink Lemonade and Lynn helped me add to it to make it more personal to my mom's favorites and it's everything I hoped it would be! The bouquet is gorgeous shades of pink and came in a lovely pink and cream ceramic pitcher with a decorative bow. I am impressed with the way the flowers are in different stages of bloom, so that it arrives with flowers open to enjoy, with new flowers opening every day, to extend the beauty to enjoy for a long time. The surprise and expression on my mom's face when they arrived was priceless! She is so touched and absolutely loves them! Seeing her smile when she looks at them is a wonderful gift in itself. I will be a life long customer and will be suggesting Lynn's to my family and friends for their floral needs as well! Thank you Lynn! :)

I usually get flowers from a place in rochester. This valentines day I decided to support this local buisness and spent $92.00 on these flowers. The flowers were very pretty, the customer service was great, pretty flowers but very disappointed in the size of the bouquet for the money I spent.

What a great experience working with the owner, Lynn today! She was so friendly, professional and caring. She really worked with me to get the perfect flower arrangement order prepared. I was so impressed!My best friend, who I sent the flowers to, sent me a picture of the final arrangement, and they were gorgeous! So big, beautiful and full! Lynn's is hands down 100% the best place to buy flowers in Brockport. No matter the occasion, Lynn always delivers beautiful arrangements that my wife is always very happy with. The arrangements seem to last forever too! My wife lets them sit in the office for a few days for all of her coworkers to admire, and then she brings them home and they always last for so much longer after that. I have tried doing the whole proflowers thing, and every time I am disappointed. The flowers are delivered in a box, and my wife has to assemble her own arrangement, and oftentimes, they are wilted or dying within days. If you want a great arrangement, for a great price and with great service, then Lynn's is the only place you need to shop. I love this place and always 10/10 recommend it to friends and family.

Lynn is absolutely the best in the Rochester area. She has an amazing eye and it shows in her stunning arrangements.
