Stock is maintained. Not often sale items empty. Sometimes you can get assistance. Register lines not very long. Sales are good and so are the coupons. Parking is always easy.

Store was clean and staff was helpful. Greeting at the door was a major shock compared to other HF's I've been to. I didn't catch her name but staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I'd put this on the nicer end of the spectrum as far as Harbor Freights' go.

Nice, clean store. Employees are so helpful! The last 2 times I went there was a lady who helped me find what I went for and I wish I got her name because she is excellent. Quite knowledgeable. I bought 2 Chicago electric tools there this year for our home improvement projects and they have proven to be quality tools.

This store is beautiful. The pricing bites it. Their company coupon policy was changed to a member pricing policy. So you have to buy your sale prices for $30yr and get only select merchandise on "sale".

Great price! Decent products. Just need to look at reviews before buying something electronic some of there stuff is garbage if you don't know what you're doing/getting. But the hand tools are all great!

I called the store for a motor i was looking for. They only had two and i asked if they could put one aside. They had no problem holding it for me. Very friendly when i got to the store. I didn't mind the drive to the store and now the brockport location will be my choice.

I was either helped or asked if I needed any assistance from 3 employees. These people did an outstanding job of helping me find items and should be rewarded for their effort and friendliness.

I went in yesterday to buy equipment that I spent well over 200$ on. I then came back the next day not realizing I had forgotten an item. The customer service was non existent,I waited for the cashier to find someone to help and nothing.. I needed up putting my items back and going to lowes to get what I needed instead.

They have small, large, electric, non electric tools for all of your needs. Be sure to check their flyer for savings. Sometimes they have coupons where you can get free things like flash lights, screwdrivers and tarps, it's always changing. They also use paper bags so you might want to bring more durable ones if you plan on getting heavier items.

Great store where you can find a wide variety of tools and related accessories and even a few assorted and miscellaneous items (DVR security system, RC planes and boats, camping items, and more. Their tools are fairly inexpensive, and their generators and engines are great. Some of their tools are downright dirt cheap and disposable, so be aware of that before you buy. And their coupons offer some great deals.

If you want some cheap tools for a job you are doing this is the place. I needed an oscillating saw and I didn't break the bank It was 30 bucks. They also have all kinds of other power tools that you can buy. Anything from drills to cutting tools.

Everyone is friendly here, plenty of selection. Coupons are the best for this place. Sometimes the staff let's me use multiple coupons even. Do some tools fall apart after first use? Yes but sometimes that all you need it for like emergency auto repairs

Great place to stop in for any tool power or hand operated. Great variety of what ever you might need from drills & saws to files, sanders, and grinders. Close an convenient. Along with friendly & helpful staff.

Marla, the store manager, went above and beyond to take care of me. I had a unique situation and rather than just quote policy, she applied a kind personal touch and provided an AWESOME experience. Harbor freight is awesome, but brockport is the best one by far

Went here to pick up some basic tools and see of they sold nails or screws. I walked around in circles for a while without being approached by anyone if I needed any assistance. Finally I asked a girl who worked there if they carried any nails or screws or packs of and she literally told me that she did not know and to ask someone else on the floor and walked away. I never had an employee at retail store follow up an "I don't know" with "ask someone else". I would expect them to find out immediately or put me in contact with someone who did and for them to stick around to also learn the answer.Needless to say I'll be sticking with bigger named tool and home stores.

They don't always have everything in stock like some of the other stores, but the store is clean, neat, good prices, good service, and friendly people.

Harbor Freight is one of my favorite places to buy tools due to the variety of their tools and their prices. If you need a tool that you probably won't use much, they'll almost always have a cheaper option as well.
