Worst goodwill around. Dirty. Unorganized. Expensive, 80% of the items are marked $4.32 like they are too lazy to change the pricing gun. Rude staff, especially the manager Mark. I will never go back to this one.It's sad that they can't do better so that they could actually help the community.

Stinkers are closed again. Website says they are open till 8:00. They did this at Christmas time for their Christmas party. A lot of people were outside in the parking lot waiting to get in for their stamping class. They didn't even know it was closed. Not very nice. At least put a sign on the door a week or two before so people know. Not nice to do this to the community that supports you.

I visit this Goodwill often. It is relatively clean and organized. The staff has always been friendly. Prices are higher than they used to be but that seems to be everywhere now. I do not buy kitchen appliances or board games/puzzles because I am not sure if they work or have all the pieces. I typically look at women's clothing, books, and decorative items. Not being able to return is an issue so I choose carefully. I have found like-new or still with tags, name brand clothing for under $10. Sometimes I go and find absolutely nothing I want but that's personal taste. An exciting find I had not too long ago was a brand new with tags and receipt (it was a $40 item) decorative lantern for $6! I had been looking for one and the cheapest I could find elsewhere was around $25.

Goodwill is where people donate - give their things away - for free - to help others who can't afford everyday essentials. This particular Goodwill is so over priced..... some things, like clothes, they do a base price.....thats great and affordable for those in need..... but other then that the person doing the pricing is ridiculous.

AWFUL! Came in to quickly look for a specific item 20 mins before closing. As my mother stepped into the door, a cashier says “you have 20 minutes.” No hello or anything! Then, we were continued to be watched and rudely reminded over the intercom every 5 mins that they were closing. We checked out and my mom asked who the manager was - it was the lady providing the absurd public countdown! As we left at 7:57pm - the same manager gave us a dirty look through the door as she locked up. BEYOND rude and unnecessary. Please train this entire staff, management included.

Great selection of clothes! Randomness everywhere, I love it there’s something there for everyone at a low cost :) highly recommend they have great brands available if you just search for them.

So the cashier is gonna take 2 small cars out of my sons hands cuz there was no price. I offered to pay an extra dollar or 2 for them and that wasn't gonna happen. Thank you to the cashier for making my kid cry. And NO I would not like to round up for a donation. What kind of person does that. Shame on you!

This place is absolutely disgusting. My fiancé has been doing business with this company for 5+ years now, and when she went today, they take a toy that she wanted to buy away from my 2 year old son, made him cry.made other customers leave and still wouldn’t sell her the toy that the cashier took from her, even the manager said there’s nothing we can do. He actually said that he was going to re-price it when she left. Meanwhile my two-year-old crying for the toy back. If I could have gave a negative star, I would have. One star is way too generous to employees who make kids cry. And it all was because it did not have a price tag on it. And she was more than willing to give her the $5 that any of the other toys were. But refused. It’s just the worst policy ever. Especially when most of the things have been donated. I just hope someone sees this post, and decides not to go in to this location. And save them selfs future frustration if they see something the like. They have the right to repossess apparently.

Very organized and pretty clean! Not to busy. I recommend on going on weekdays because then it is not too busy. Selection was great. Overall I will come again and recommend going.

Chief complaint: PRICES. First, remember that ALL the items for sale here were given to them for free, so each item they sell has a profit margin of 100%. Prices could and should be dropped by at least 25% for them to still make a tidy sum. The prices have been continuously going up every time I visit, and there is enormous inconsistency with pricing based on who is managing it on that particular day. Despite the huge selection I have been leaving without buying anything.Next complaint: their phone customer service setup. You can no longer call a specific store directly, you must call their 1-800 number and talk to some representative who is just going to parrot whatever information is already available online. I needed to speak to the Brockport Goodwill to ask one question so I didn't have to drive 30+ miles to find out they didn't have it, and the rep at the 1-800 number refused to put me through to the store. I understand not wanting to bother employees with constant useless calls like "What are your store hours" but that is ridiculous.Otherwise, the store is large, clean, and well-organized. Items are better quality than comparable thrift stores, and there is a very large selection. Employees are usually helpful. I personally wouldn't recommend visiting this Goodwill unless you have struck out at other thrift shops.

i don’t live around here anymore and went to goodwill today since i think this store has a lot of great finds. there were 2 books i wanted to get, one of them being almost 100 years old, and was told i couldn’t buy them because there was no price tag. i was told they had to be reprocessed and they would be back out for sale within 2 days. i was very disappointed that the cashier couldn’t just call someone over and say they were $2.99 since that was the most any of those books were priced at 🙄this complaint may seem minor to most people but the fact is i’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue like this before. people DONATE these items to the store and the fact that they couldn’t just name a price when i was willing to pay $5 for each of them is just asinine. this really leaves a bad taste in my mouth and i don’t think i will be coming back (which will be easy enough to do since i don’t even live here)

Allison Junke is an outstanding employee. Every question I asked she had an immediate and helpful answer. I honestly thought I was talking to the store manager based on her knowledge of the store. Her helpful service definitely will make we want to come back to the store and I hope she is there next time I visit!

Went in to the brockport store today to get a coffee pot, we plugged it in and it lit up, got it home and it lit up but does not brew coffee. $20.00 wasted because they dont do "refunds or exchanges " yet the owner has billions on everybody else's dime. ALL these items are donated but you cant exchange if it doesn't work? What a scam they have going on.

Definitely overpriced! Savers, Amvets, and Goodwill in Henrietta are all better priced. However the store is clean the customer services good and you might find some nicer items there. Not a huge selection of men's shoes though

Fun to go there look at all the different things that come . Prices are so reasonable . I got a pair of swimming flippers for 5 dollars . Never thought I would see those there . Employees are super nice and helpful .

Cleanest Goodwill around. Friendly staff and nice used fair priced things. These associates make sure everything is sorted and in order for people to have a superb shopping experience. I recommend this store to all of my friends!

Unbelievable places like this used to be fun to go to but now you have to make sure you take enough money with you to be able to afford anything very expensive.And then when you go to cash out be ready to wait minimum of a half hour to cash out...Very sad

Welcome to Brockports EBay Store. These guys have no problem making it obvious they intend to be just barely cheap enough to be considered a thrift store. As of mid 2019 there is no color of the week. Whoever the regional manager is that is mandating this should be ashamed of themself. Do not be suprised to find a bunch of good deals here and there, but on the same note, understand that most of the stuff here is going to be overpriced and/or price checked on ebay.

This goodwill location has a lot of new things available, I love the holloween decorations and costumes. I’ll definitely be getting a couple holloween things from here this year. 😊

Some times it can be useful and some times you can't find what you are looking for I was looking for flats for my daughter for her graduation for 30 minuets and couldn't find any thing but I did find a very nice dress for my 10 year old and she loves it. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

This place has some real nice finds and hidden gems. The people who work there are kind. My only complaint is that it is a little dirty in there, but I do recommend coming here!
