Terrible. Went in for an online order that i ordered 10 mins prior and girl said she couldn’t make it Bc they were too busy. there was 2 other people in the store and 3 people in the drive through. I couldn’t wait because I ordered ahead for a reason This location sucks everytime i go here. Just the wait time in general are usually 20 mins if you don’t order ahead. The girl with a blonde pony was extremely rude.

Cute little Dunkin'; pickup was easy and the drive thru seemed well maintained. Very little wait time. Donuts and sandwiches are always delicious. I've found that the way the coffee is prepared varies based on who makes it, but I haven't had a bad coffee yet. The interior is always clean, it's a cozy little lunch spot. Occasionally they'll be out of product but they're more than willing to do replacements if possible.Parking: Good amount of parking but you can always park nearby if you're unable to find parking for some reason.

I've been coming to this location for the last 2 years while working in Brockport. Last years service was excellent, fully cooked bacon, egg, and cheese Bagle. This new school year, they either don't have plain or seeded bagel. The bagel, bacon, even the cheese isn't warm enough to be slightly melted when it's served to me. Disappointed after spending $7 (includes a hot tea or coffee)

I’ve had so many miserable experiences with this Dunkin’ Donuts that I have only myself to blame for continuing to give them my money. They’re constantly out of things, most notably eggs for breakfast sandwiches. This is somewhat perplexing for a chain that specializes in breakfast foods. They also routinely screw up my orders (croissants and English muffins are pretty easy to differentiate, folks) and half the time don’t give you napkins or they’ll crumple one up and bury it at the bottom of the bag. Thanks!On my most recent visit I sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes only to reach the speaker and be informed that they weren’t serving food because they were too far behind. The employees are rude or indifferent and if this place even has managers they’re so useless they couldn’t pour urine from a boot if the instructions were on the heel.

Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes only to be told they weren't serving food. Everytime I have gone they have been missing obvious items you wouldn't expect a dunkin to be low on. Trash place - avoid until they get better management.

Dear Dunkin..... I hate to be the one who explains this but on your receipt and website a power breakfast sandwich when asked with no bread gets 2 veggie egg white patties. Why does your staff not do this? If you would correct this it would be greatly appreciated.

We went there today to bring our pug her first ever pupachinno for her first birthday :) she loved it! We loved the fact it did not cost anything and the girl at the counter was super nice :)

Its a 5 star for a fast food place. The Brockport Dunkin is the best I've been to. Its usually a short wait and I've never gotten a bad drink or sandwich. I cant say that about any others and ive been to quite a few.Dietary restrictions: I have a milk allergy n they offer several alternatives

Took 25 minutes on a Sunday morning to get to the order speaker at the drive-thru. 6 cars in front of me at the most. Had the time to wait at first and it slowly dwindled away. Never even got to order before I had to leave.

Sat in the drive through for near 25 minutes with a line of cars out to the road and no one said a word over the drive thru speaker the entire time. Ended up leaving and going to Taco Bell next door and as we drove out you could see no one in the lobby or waiting at the drive thru? So not quite sure why this location can’t run properly especially at a non rush hour time but won’t be going back. Head over to the Taco Bell around the coroner, service and food is better anyways.

Every time I go to this location, the 6-7 employees on duty, have too much to do and are not well trained with everyone asking people making drinks and meals how to do things. They need better training or a better manual to read. I have not gone to Dunkin in one 3 years. A friend gave me a gift card, but I will be giving it back. I never get just a coffee in under 10 mins. There are better coffee shops for $4 per cup of large coffee.

I was given a drippy cup. When I pointed out to the girl at the drive thru window, she just stared at me, I was in a hurry so I left, not even a napkin. As I drove I quickly discovered there was actually a crack in the cup. Needless to say I wasted my time and money...Usually love DD, not this day!

Had at least 2 people on Staff after waiting in line for 30 mins in the drive through a woman comes out with a cigarette and a lighter in her hand saying they were closing due to understaffing. I stated it was a mobile order and she's like did you call for a refund? I'm on my way to work because that's what I have time for. I understand being busy and being overwhelmed but this is poor managed and you should at least finish the line you made wait that long. I will be reaching out to corporate. Also, you could hear her punching the door at the location so who ever is in charge should look in to this more.

This location should be closed IMMEDIATELY. Recently, they became so understaffed that they kept taking pick up orders, but LOCKED all the doors into the building. So you could order coffee in the app for pickup, pay for it, but could not pick it up. Seems like fraud to me.... To make matters worse, they closed their drive thru, so you couldn't even drive thru and pick up coffee. If corporate wanted a good example of how to NOT run a franchise, this would be the poster child. I can't think of a single positive thing about this location other than the fact that they always give me a napkin with my coffee.

I'm not a fan of this Dunkin or lately any of the Dunkin. Not sire of its staffing issues or what.Drive through takes for ever so never time to stop before work. Last time I waited over 20 minutes in line. Crazy!But the food always comes out burnt now or the snacking bacon seems to always come out chewy and cold?Dunkin has seriously gone down hill in many surrounding areas. Brockport, Spencerport, Greece.

Currently have been in the drive thru for over 20 minutes now…..Update. Was able to place order after 45 minutes just to get the wrong drink. Only ordered 1 drink. 45 minutes and messed it Up. They seriously need new staff. Doesn’t seem that they have a single person in there competent enough to make a coffee.

I love their coffee, when they get it correct. I've had too many times where my coffee tasted burnt or they didn't put sugar or flavoring in when I ordered the caramel craze. Having to go back in or having to wait for a corrected order shouldn't have to happen if they got it right the first time.

HORRIBLE. Not sure what is worse, the team members or the management here. Gonna go with management though because I don’t know how any employee could be in a good mood with such poor management. I am genuinely shocked this place is still up and running. You want to go through the drive through? Sure, bring a couple books because it will take a few hours. Then after your long wait, you’re lucky to have your order correct. It is embarrassing to see the operations of this place. The owner needs to get down here and evaluate his “management.” It is comical how the owner is making great income, yet runs a horrible business.

Meghan is such an amazing employee. She ALWAYS greets you with a smile. This location runs so smooth and I have never had a problem with my order, and get outstanding service is a plus. Kudos to the staff!
