Today i went there to buy snacks and candy and the worker, TJ, was an absolute star! They bagged my groceries expertly and efficiently, even helped me with the bags. Idk how much they are getting paid but they definitely deserve a raise!

Remodeled layout of the store now is absolutely chaos. Never mind it's a messy but layoutof having a LONGER idle is ridiculous. I left without items I came for because the isle just don't flow appropriately. Am I the only one that feels this way about this?

Looks like the floor has not been vacuumed in 2 years. Pretty gross. The plaza it is in is getting a little run down. Other than that it's a typical dollar tree.

I was shopping for my daughterThey would not except my $100 bill. Even after I offered my drivers license or any other ID I had. They said other Dollar Tree's have excepted fraudulent bills. I did not have a debit or credit card or any other money. Very inconvenient for me. They should post signs in the window or somewhere in view for their customers

This is a good place in picking up items that the other stores have and are cheaper in price. They're so very friendly and helpful as well when you need help in finding something though it's already easy enough to do that!!!

Usually have what I go in there for. They have a cute selection of things. Some times the cashiers working are a little rude.. everyone had their days though.. today the lady who cashed me out was friendly

Love!!! This is probably the cleanest and well organized dollar tree out there. Great place for holiday decorations no matter what time of year...also all kinds of gifts, gift bags, wrapping paper, cards, and other party supplies.

I love the dollar tree. So many things that are very useful! I am able to save a lot of money on pet supplies, art supplies, health and beauty, food stuff, they've got it all!

I came into this store with my company. I was with my coworkers, & my boss purchasing cleaning products for work. I was in full uniform, & when I removed an article of my uniform and put it in my pocket, An employee named Rebecca, stared at me a few minutes, before loudly accusing me of shoplifting in front of a large group of people. I work very hard for my money, and to be publicly embarrassed in front of not only my community, but also my work was totally disheartening. After proving it was only my uniform, the woman didn’t even apologize to me. And when I asked for her name she wouldn’t tell it to me, I had to ask multiple times to get her to tell me. Completely disappointed with my trip to this store, and for sure will be paying the extra price for quality customer service some place else.

Store was well lit bright and clean. Everything very neat on shelves and all were stocked well. Aisles clean and free of boxes making it easy to access shelves and fond items I was lookinh for! Now this the Bkprt Store in the plaza near Wegman's!! Loved it!! Such a joy to be able to shop THAT way!

This used to bey favorites store to buy household cleaning items. Recently, they literally have almost no cleaning supplies (now for more than 3-months) and almost all first aid supplies are rationed. They are now also reducing the size of all varieties of products. Not good. Find another store. Dollar Trees stores are no longer of value.

Love this storeBrockport is so clean and organized and all the employees are so wonderful.Between 1-10 it gets a 12....Unlike Henrietta where you honestly would think would be awesome, it's a mess nothing is organized everything is everywhere employees are rude. Between 1-10..... -11

Customer service is terrible and needs better management. Young kid that cashed us out didn’t even say one ☝️ word to us from the moment he started cashing us out to the moment we left. Didn’t say hello how are you or even say thank you for shopping here have a nice day. I mean he didn’t say nothing .

Our 1.25 Tree is always stocked. You could almost do all of your shopping here if you were on a tight budget. Frugality at its finest.

Not as large as other area $Tree stores, but they always have handy items you didn't plan to buy, and at a great savings, that end up in your car when you leave! School supplies, household gadgets & cleaning supplies, auto, pet, kitchen ware, H&B aids, storage, party supplies, too much to name ALL $1 or less!!!
