Great store with a lot of selection. So much to shop here. They had a lot of Christmas and other seasonal stuff. The store was well kept and clean. They even had a lot snacks and treats.

Loved going into Big Lots! I was able to find everything from holiday decorations to snacks and even stuff I didn't know I needed. I was able to decorate my new bathroom in a nice chic style for a Greta price! Just because items are discounted doesn't mean the quality isn't there! Christmas time is my favorite and they have so many style options for decorating! If you haven't been here, I recommend going!

Good store usually not my first choice but I found my way in here and it was okay. Everything was really in it's own place. Clean feeling. Still had that store feel to it. Prices and selection was okay. But felt the store just did not have that you need to come back feeling but it's a strong four star review.

Very clean store, staff all over the floor Incase you needed help. Open floor and a lot of clearance/sale items. Didn't have to wait at the register because they were properly staffed for their customers.

I love Big Lots ❤. This time the store was a bit in shambles. I assume that there were changes in the store layout in the making but there wasn't any signage posted to let be be clear or sure of that. I was able to purchase what I went in for and then some, as usual. The prices are great! The staff are wonderful, friendly. I did ask a nice young man working there if they had any bookends and to my surprise he stated that he had no idea what that was.?!? Ok-wow!-but I guess it might make sense since seeing anyone with an actual book in their hands is probably similar to being able to count how many licks it truly does take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop! I however am an anomaly as I adore reading the written word in books 📚 as intended and am a HUGE fan of local libraries!! Anyway, love Big Lots 💖

They used to stock heavy duty dog leads but now only have ones for dogs under 50 lbs.

I don’t think it’s really a “discount “ store. It’s like a mini Walmart with a lot less options in every department. It’s not cheaper than other places, it’s basically the same price as other places. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, it’s open late enough for me. There is a decent size furniture selection I should add.

I went here to pick up an order I placed online for an in store pickup. All I’m saying is the staff here have no idea what they’re doing. It took me so long to get my items. I clearly saw my items in the “pick up orders” behind the register. The cashier employee who was helping me did not understand at all what I was asking for. The cashier employee was hesitant to give me my items and made me feel like I was lying about who I was just to get free items. The employees had me going back and forth since they didn’t know what they were doing. This experience was annoying and I will never do a pick up order at Big Lots again.

They have my husband's favorite drinks cheaper than any place around Brockport. I wish I had the money to buy some of their Broyhill furniture.. It looks fantastic

The store itself was awesome, great customer service. But my wife and I had purchased a living room set (couch and loveseat), and had it delivered. I had put it on the paper I wanted a call half hour before they come, they didn't. Then they were here all of five minutes, put the loveseat in no problem, the couch on the other hand they "couldn't fit it in the door" cause the corner was caught, what didn't help was the guy on the bottom was pushing the couch to the right instead of pushing it in straight. So the guy then states that we have two options, either they can leave it on the front lawn, or they can take it back to the store at extra cost to us. So yeah, called Big Lots back, guy says well that's the moving company, not us. Um, they deliver for you so they are obviously connected to you. Calling corporate office next

Had a cashier named Bella who absolutely made my day. She was so kind and thats something you don't see much of anymore. 10/10 would recommend shopping at this Big Lots ❤

They let me charge my wheel chair to make sure I made it back home. Excellent service and polite. They have a good variety of stuff. I've never had a problem with them.

This was probably one of the worse experience in shopping history I went to buy new furniture and found what I wanted and they didn't have what I wanted. Well to be exact they had the couch and ottoman but not the chair. We called other stores and they didn't have it in either and it would take a month to get it. After hearing this I decided to just take the display model because it wasn't too bad but then they wanted to leave it on the floor for everyone to sit on until they deliver it a week later. In this case because I already paid for it if it did get torn or something they would have to order another one from that point and we would still have to wait another month. From the we asked to speak to a manager in which I waited for about ten minutes before just being completely fed up and leaving with no justifiable solution. Avoid at all cost!!!

I asked a young man (employee) if they sold futon mattresses and he said ( I don’t know, that’s a question better answered by someone who works in furniture.). He did not offer to take me to that person nor could I find a soul on the floor to help me. Train your people on customer service!!!

My husband and I once found a dog toy covered in mouse droppings hanging up for sale. It was disgusting! I have found some decent things here but I do feel like it can be hit or miss, but also depends on what your looking for.

Christmas items 50% off. Lots if wholes in shelves because everything is sold out. New furniture section in middle is very interesting. Staff are always nice.

After more than 2 months of calling every week, trying to get in contact with corporate, and having the same conversation a least 30 times with different people and getting all sorts of different information I FINALLY WAS SOLD THE COUCH I WANTED! It blows my mind that I had to work this hard for a store to sell me an item that was advertised. I went into the store 2 1/2 months ago and saw a couch I loved and they told me they couldnt order it because the computer said it wasn’t available. I said thats odd that you have it listed for sale and cant sell me the couch. There wasnt even a small effort to help me by anyone I spoke to or an effort to even given me a discount for all the trouble I went through. This organization needs better customer service

I purchased furniture from big lots Brockport. I love the furniture and the girl that handled my sale was awesome and informative. However, they charge a delivery fee ,which is fine understandable within reason, however I paid 60 dollars for the delivery guys to bring it in and just drop it off. They didn't unwrap it, didn't take the cardboard or papers off... they didn't put the feet on the furniture (which had to be drilled into the wood). I was very disappointed after the money I spent on the furniture and the separate delivery fee for them to drop and it and run. Needless to say, they were not tipped which is something I had planned on doing on top of the delivery fee...

This location of Big lots has to be the WORST store ever. Staff only want to take breaks and not help find product. Online website said store had plenty of rechargeable batteries. No one in the store wanted to help me find them. What a WASTE OF TIME.
