I have been going to Kim for almost 2 years now.She is a blessing! So patient. Loving and kind.My Winston went through a tough time of trusting anyone due to the abuse he went through before rescuing and has nerve damage that makes him a little grumpy when you touch his back end and I couldn't find anyone but she could! And he absolutely loves her and trusts her. When we say time to get groomed he does zoomed! Our Tucker enjoys it as well! She knows exactly how we like the dogs done. Kim has also done our cat. Mama Kitty. She grown old and stopped Grooming herself so she would get Grooming as well. Never met someone who is so patient! Because we all know how cats like water. Ha.I have recommended my family and friends here.She is amazing and we love her. Thank you so much Kim for everything.We love seeing you busy! It means you're doing something right.

I have been going to Barkport Grooming since she opened. She grooms my Rough Collie every 4 weeks as she does lots of therapy visits. Everywhere we go Penny( my Collie) gets such wonderful comments on how beautifully groomed she is. She also grooms my Doodle and does a beautiful job and my little Maltese. I have watched her business grow so much that she is at capacity for her clients. She also grooms my cat! She has been so wonderful to us working around emergency doctor visits, taking my dogs a bit earlier, keeping them until my husbands radiation visits are done. I cannot recommend her enough, not only does she do a beautiful job grooming she had a wonderful and caring personality and care for her clients.

Kim is the absolute best!! She always does a phenomenal job with our Marley but more importantly she is a wonderful person. She cares so much and is so sweet with all of the dogs that she works with. We are so lucky to have her here in Brockport ❤️🐶🐾

My dog milo had his first grooming appointment here. He looks so much better and I would 100% recommend to other pet owners. They did exactly what I asked and it turned out better then expected. Plus he smells good for days after.(before and after below)

Every time I drop off my 2 shephards I know that they will be very well cared for and loved. Kim and her assistant always have a smile on their face and are genuinely happy to see their clients. The love and passion they have for what they do is unmatched.

Kim does an amazing job with Popeye. She makes the animals feel like they are at home. Unlike some pet salons that work on multiple animals at a time she takes her time with each one and even makes sure that there is love and pets every step of the way. Popeye actually gets excited to see her and always looks so good!

Kim is the best groomer!. My 3 boys always look forward to going to see her. Trust me Kim has the most patience ever. My Enzo has anxiety and is scared to go anywhere (he is my rescue) but he loves going to Kim and trust her. ❤️ Jack has been going to Kim for 7yrs and let's just say she is his best friend and gets so excited when I say your going to see Kim today. Excellent Grooming experience since my pup was 8 weeks old. He is now 3 years. They do a great job getting to know your dog and they take their time. My dog had an allergic reaction the first time I brought him, so the following time she used a hypoallergenic shampoo for no additional charge and has been using it since. I also LOVE the photos they post of him on Instagram and Facebook! Highly recommend!

I brought my 2 cats for their first visit to Barkport Grooming and was beyond happy with the service Kim & her husband provided! My one cat is 16 y.o and very squirmy and they successfully shaved him to look so handsome! (My vet wanted to put him under to be shaved & charge 3x as much!! That’s how squirmy he is). And my other long hair cat received a very nice lions cut, going just a bit shorter at my request. I Strongly recommend this groomer for quick appointment availability, price, quality and friendliness! A+ and you just gained a repeat customer.

I travel 30 minutes to bring our Westie to Barkport. All grooming is done professionally, the facility is clean and most importantly, Fergus shows no signs of his old stresses from the experience, including nail trimming. We love Kim!

My goldendoodle came back and definitely looked like a poodle.. his private area was shaved to where it was super red (has never happened before) and he has scratches on his face / nose. Pricing was fine, clean place, just not a place for doodles.
