Best place around. I have an Australian Shepherd/Poodle mix. He needs constant grooming. Mary Beth and the staff take excellent care of Max. And Max looks forward to going every time we come. Reasonable prices and friendly staff in a very clean environment. Win win for pups and humans!

MaryBeth did an incredible job grooming my Scottie mix! She's an absolute sweetheart, very professional and is clearly passionate about what she does. Her prices are very reasonable and my pup was ready in under 2 hours! Other groomers keep him for 4 or more so that was a pleasant surprise for me. We scheduled an appointment but when we arrived there was nobody there. When we confronted the owner she said she called to verify the appointment, but we checked our caller id and she never called. Completely unprofessional.Response to owners comment: You never informed us of your policy, only that you would give a courtesy call to confirm the appointment, not that you would cancel it if you couldn't reach us. If we had known that we would have proactively called you the day before. That being said, you had a running dialogue on Facebook with us, so you had an alternate way to reach us. This mistake was yours, not ours. You had the opportunity to make this right and you didn't. Now your 5 star review is gone forever. Do better.
