This Dunkin’ always has the best service and the line moves super quick! Today was extra special because my dog had her cone on and was on her way to the vet and the lady gave her a special treat! She wouldn’t eat it right away but once her cone was off she devoured it! Thank you everyone at this location for being so awesome!

Whoever was making food Wednesday, October 11, 2023 230pm it’s very unprofessional and very rude. I ordered 50 munchkins which is about $14 and I got 30 so I went back in with it, because I want what I paid for and she stomped back rolled her and goes here you go there’s more than 50 now and just stormed away with a whole attitude, I wasn’t mad or anything but now I’m laughing at an idiot that can’t count to 50🤣Maybe next time she’ll learn to count. I can only imagine how she is in the real world if this is how she is in “fast food”.

Store manager is miserable. Watching her berate her employees in front of other employees and in front of guests is so unprofessional. Openly talking about how poor someone is doing or someone did, and about firing them if their next shift doesn’t go well is disgusting. If there is a knowledge gap in someone’s training, coach on it and retrain. Your team is a reflection of you, so act as such. Kudos to the employees who work there and put up with that. I am allergic to bees and I walked in to this coffee shop and they had 8 bees flying around inside the donut display case (landing all over the donuts) and then I looked around and realized there were a minimum of 50+ flying around the store. I felt the need to leave immediately as I would have to be driven to the hospital if I got stung.(which would be a huge expense on my part in medical payments) I don’t see how they are allowed to be open with a clear and present bee issue inside this Dunkin’ location. (8010 state road 31, Bridgeport, NY 13030). The workers seemed to be used to working in these conditions with bees being everywhere as when they took food out of the display case they did it without a second thought and wasn’t surprised when a bee flew out at her. Seemed a little comfortable with the situation as if they have been dealing with this issue for a longer period of time. Seriously dangerous for customers who are severely allergic to bees and to be allowed to be open to customers inside until the problem is taken care of.

For the first time in months, my latte was made correctly. Today October 25, 2019 at 1:55pm I ordered my drink and obviously expected it to be wrong and not taste right I go up to the window and I was met by a younger gentleman who was super polite he handed me the coffee went back to get my food and I happen to take a sip and tasted a taste I have not tasted in months but I knew instantly that is exactly how it is supposed to taste!! Awesome service, hospitality and customer appreciation.

I never leave reviews but i go to this dunkin almost every day for the last 2 years and ive had an amazing experience every time! The staff is so friendly and positive, the line is quick and ive never once had my order incorrect. Best dunkin ever

I went to grab a coffee for my grandfather, I stood there almost 2 minutes while they chose to ignore me. I caught the name tag of one of the girls, Valerie. She walked right in front of me and did nothing to acknowledge my presence. 0 stars. Worst customer service ever, clearly needs more employees, and I will not be returning to that establishment.

Went there twice this week and wasn't thrilled with the service. I ordered my normal ice coffee was sitting in the drive thru while the two employees carried on a convo for a good four minutes while my ice coffee sat on the counter until finally they realized i was still waiting . Then went today and sat for a complete 5 minutes until i drove away without my coffee and went to dunkin donuts in cicero on 31 and got my order in a timely manner. I understand fast food i have worked in the business but it wasn't busy and to forget about a customer while standing at the window is something else i defiantly don't recommend the dunkin donuts in Bridgeport i will be driving to cicero or 298 for now on wish i could rate no star's this place has horrible customers service

What a waste of time at the Bridgeport, Ny Dunk in Donuts shop! I went in to order 2 dozen of their overpriced donuts, ONLY ONE in the place. Waited between 10 to 15 minutes by the time I got back to my truck! 2 guys completely ignoring me serving single coffees out the drive up.! I stood there watching them and finally asked if there was anyone working the counter and was told there were only 2 of them and they were busy! There was nothing but drinks going out that window and I wonder how that fit compared with over price of 2 dozen donuts?.I should have figured why the donut case was loaded at 5pm at night--nobody's selling them ! Two women came in at the end and I hope they left too!

I use to come here every morning but it is so hard for them to get the orders right. I have been making my coffee at home. This morning I stopped, ordered my coffee, went to work and of course it was completely wrong. The order went in right but the girls just can't get it right. I give up. No more.

Asked for a 25 count of munchkins, went through drive thru, getting like 7 or so chocolate, 3 pumpkin, 7 or so glazed, 5 or so powdered, 4 or 5 jelly filled does not seem very assorted to me which is what we had asked for...was not very happy with the lack of even counting which I have gotten from other dunkins in the past.I also hate the fact they now put the label stickers on the drink cups now. Starbucks did it and I hated they did that, now Dunkin does it. Seems like a waste of resources and it looks hideous to me.

I won't go to this Dunkin' anymore. I have tried to get breakfast sandwiches 3 or 4 different times and have had problems every time. The most recent visit was my last. I went there at 7:30 in the morning to order a sandwich and when I got to the window they said they were sorry but they couldn't make my sandwich because they were out of ham. How do you not have ham at 7:30 in the morning?
