This locally owned pet store has it all and high level of animal care is apparent in their diligently maintained store! Their fish, reptile, rodent and bird selection was amazing and they even have a walk through parrot sancturary in the middle of the store! Their staff was just lovely and all of the animals were clearly very well cared. SUPPORT LOCAL <3

Friendly staff, always have what I need for the kids: 3 dogs 1 turtle 1 bunny and a bunch of guppies!!! Oh and great selection of dog toys! And wonderful Birthday Cookies for the Big Day!!

Told the cashier I was interested in adopting a rabbit and they both looked at each other in disgust and neither wanted to help me so I left. Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

I had an excellent experience. Started by putting inquiry for appointment where Tom always texted or CALLED me! Vet saw pictures I sent and seen the urgency of the matter and got her in within days (it was a holiday week). They were always on top of things, I didn't ever have to wait for a response, it was always immediate. Tom wheeled my dog out and lifted her into my car. I liked it there so much, I even have 2 upcoming appointments for one of my other dogs dental and my daughters dogs dental. Price seems better than regular vet so I'll probably be bringing my 3rd dog there too. Very helpful, friendly staff. This is her now hours after being home.

We had animal Kraze for just a regular family get together. We love animals so we contacted animal Krazy and they were amazing. Great friendly on time amazing staff fun animals. We plan on getting them for another party. Thank you for making our day even better

Just bought a hamster! Was really undecided on which type to get. Jamielin took care of us! She was super patient and super knowledgeable. Took us about an hour to decide which hamster we wanted lol. But she was helpful, took care of us from start to finish and provided us with all the information we needed. She deserved a review, because she was really amazing and i left without telling her! I was too caught up with everything. Thank you Jamielin!

Pet Kraze has a fantastic grooming service for Golden Doodles. My large golden doodle has never received grooming services that I’ve been pleased with. They do an excellent job here for an affordable price. I recommend this place for grooming your dog!

I brought my bird in today for a nail trimming. Once i opened the box at home, i noticed that she was bleeding from atleast 3 nails. Also one of her nails wasn't even trimmed. The groomer did not tell me that she got cut. I called and spoke to the manager who said that the groomer didn't notice any blood or cuts during the trimming. I was told that it was probably from the transport home which you can see from the photos that it was from the nails cut. The manager Tom was very nice but i do not appreciate the lack of accountability from the store. The groomer had to have known that my bird was cut because it was multiple nails which would be bleeding while the rest were getting done. Accidents happen but the fact that multiple nails were bleeding is irresponsible. I am hoping that an infection does not set in.

There are a few fish tanks mislabeled, or empty altogether. It would be more appealing if the tanks were stocked more often and updated. Could be a shipping and receiving issues, I'm unsure of that.This place is in DESPERATE need of other people that know the fish. The 2 gentlemen that have helped me are wonderful. But the others have no idea about it. Can't answer basic questions customers have asked. (No fault of their own, they just don't know or fish accessories very well).Lastly is price. The prices here are slightly higher then other pet stores in the area. I don't mind this as much if the quality of service is good and the product I get is good as well. for me is mainly fish and fish accessories.EDIT: Would also be beneficial for the website to have more inventory shown on it.Overall I do like the store. But would absolutely change my rating if these small issues were looked into.

I usually bought my hamsters from petco, as it was closer, but usually they would not live that long because of the poor conditions they are in at petco. Today my hamster that i bought from here has turned 6 months old and outlived most of my other hamsters. She is happy and healthy due to the amount of care this place puts in to their animals. Here she is waking up with some cilantro in her mouth :)

The vet area is wonderful. Had a major problem with the grooming and helping them, they said my dog was difficult. The person who is 🎭Now the manager Michelle who is the Manger is not a nice person an,My person brought my dog in and had it grooming done and my person said that my dog was great. The Manager Michelle, said never bring NEVER BRING MY DOG THERE TO BEBRING MY DOG IN TO BE GROOM! Very nice alternative to the pet chain supermarkets. My son and I have trouble finding good quality tropical fish in those places. The employee who helped us was very knowledgeable and for a small fish room, they had a nice healthy selection. We plan on being regulars. Great selection of pets and pet supplies. Love the giant "pond"!

Good store, clean and well run. Staff is always polite. Great selection of items at a reasonable price; I do wish there was a larger selection of collars & harnesses for dogs, but what they have is certainly good as is. They carry so many brands of foods and treats for all types of pets that you can find virtually anything here.

My $38 check up plus distemper shots for my dog turned into $350! They changed my appointment from a regular $38 visit to a pre-surgery visit- $45 without asking (although I made it clear I was just there for them to look at a lump on his foot/general physical. That's it. When he said my dog needed surgery, I said give me an estimate and I'll think about it). Well then they gave him blood work ($120 for that) and they told me when I went to pay that they couldn't do the surgery until the blood work. Great, but I didn't even decide to do surgery!! They didn't even ask to do the blood, nor told me the cost beforehand. Then I was charged a bunch of things I still have no idea what they are. We mentioned his ears were itching him and asked for him to look at them. Well he did. Plus he plucked the hair, cleaned his ears and did a skin/ear cytology ??? All For an additional charge of $80!! And again they didn't ask me nor tell me about the additional charges. He's going for a groom in 4 days so he didn't need that at all! I just wanted them to look for possible infection. I'm so frustrated and would recommend that if you go there you make it clear your expectations and how much your willing to spend. Otherwise they they won't ask but will rack up your bill without informing you.

My two dogs got their vaccines at Putnam Animal Wellness (PAW) located in Pet Kraze. The staff was very friendly, caring and patient. The office was clean and neat. I would recommend Pet Kraze to my family and friends.

Petshop used to be good.. they have all these new kids working there that don’t know anything about the products or animals they carry, unprofessional and can’t do their jobs right (their rate of pay is only $12 so I don’t blame them). All the employees stay in the back while one stays on register if you want anything you have to go to the register to get service no employees approach to help otherwise. All fish are mislabeled or aren’t labeled at all if you’re smart you could get a pretty expensive fish for cheap just say it’s a otto the employees won’t know the difference😉🤣

Well kept large store, happens to have reasonable veterinary care with appointments for pandemic distancing. Also has real store animals on display along with a fish enclosure. Nice atmosphere for supplies and customer services. Really detailed mural art on the wall to look at.

This place is ok. CHEWY.com has better prices, has repeat orders automatically with discounts and you never have to leave your home. You can opt to have your packages sent to your home or alternate address. Always in stock items too. Best thing is their customer service. Chewy.com has great guidance, referrals and pet information.

The dog I was caring for needed a grooming. The groomer was friendly and accommodated her schedule to set an appointment. The poodle looked brand new an hour later! Every staff member clearly showed their love of animals. I found the store clean and the prices affordable.

One of the few pet shops with proper care for their small animals. Large chain stores will keep many hamsters together, leading to stress and hamsters fighting to the death. This store, when i went, had hamsters kept alone, and in roomier enclosures than other stores. You can tell they really care about their small animals which makes me very happy.
