This is the best backboard and hoop combination available on the market. It's solid glass, seriously heavy, metal construction around the glass. You get a true basketball experience. It will last forever. The cusomer service is why i went with hoops plus, but the quality of the product is just as amazing

Contrary to that other review, I had an excellent customer service experience at Hoops Plus. They are an authorized Fisher Price Power Wheels service center and my son's little 4 wheel Cadillac Escalade wasn't running right. Hoops Plus was very friendly, diagnosed the problem and even tracked down a hard-to-find part for us. They fixed it quickly and when we came to pick it up, took us through the repair and proper operation and maintenance of the vehicle to keep it running smoothly. A+ experience and would definitely recommend!

Purchased a 3 in 1 air hockey /pool/ table-tennis. The product is not of good quality. The ping pong is unplayable its so cheap. Air hockey is sub par, the cheap puck gets airborne too easily and often gets stuck in middle of "rink'. Pool has cheap felt. I was told by owner he would not take an exchange for something different or a return. He tried to sell me another ping pong conversion top for another $350. I would have returned the 3 and 1 and bought a $1500 stand alone table. Not here! Won't do business with a place that doesn't stand by their products!

I would NEVER purchase anything from Hoops Plus. Jim at Hoops Plus has no clue about customer service. I could have purchased the pop-a-shot machine on Amazon for less money but chose not. Should have becuase Hoops Plus had no customer service. I called to tell them it wasn't working and Jim said I Was lucky to have a machine at all. SCUMBAG!

They have the largest selection of basketball hoops around, and so much more. The best quality too! Definitely worth seeing for yourself. It’s a guy’s man-cave one stop shop!
