Love these guys. Best prices around. Even though we live in Florida now we still stock up on exotic bird food and treats whenever we’re in town visiting the kids. If it’s not on the shelf in the store they have it for me within the week. Products are always clean and fresh. Better than Amazon & Walmart.

Employees here are super nice and super helpful. Very rarely do they ever not have whatever it is I'm looking for. As far as pricing goes, things are moderately priced so you won't find the deal of a lifetime here but isn't your animal or animals worth every penny? I live in Connecticut and travel across three towns as well as driving past two different competitor stores that rhyme with "flag day" just to get to the Feed Barn so that definitely should be noted. If you've never been then I highly recommend checking them out.

Anything I need so far so good I have found it here! When other pet supply stores have fell short, not a grand selection of litter boxes, but has my choice of cat litter and cat food fully stocked when I need it. Other stores it will take 5 days and I’d have to order it special. But cat food, cat litter and cat treats, this place is # 1 on my to go to list! Thank you feed barn for always coming though!

Family owned business. Only 2-3 people working there, none of them are particularly friendly - you're sorta on your own at finding things. The merchandise is not well organized or displayed - dog items are spread out all over the store - not a lot of cat stuff. No special orders on items like dog coats - plus dog coats were sold out before it even got cold and there were no more coming in. I've pretty much stopped going there because they almost never have what I need.

I adopted my cat from here. I haven't been here in a long time but I cant believe the reviews. I work in the pet industry and I have to say that the people working here, that I spoke to, were extremely knowledgeable about animals, especially live stock. The prices are great and the people were nice so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This is a 1st class pet store that is owned by people who not only really care about animals, but are 1st class people. They are always willing to help and recommend what is best for your pets, not necessarily the most expensive solution. We have 2 Boxers and we spend a lot of money on their food and well being. We drive 25 minutes to the Brewster store and do not think twice about going some place closer.

The family and employee's are great ...if they don't have something in they will order it right away. They carry the best quality outside bird food and inside birds ...and now there getting us Island Treat Bird Food it"s made fresh a family business. They make a Garden mix or a Fresh Fruit/Nut mix, yogurt treats and fresh made honey nuts. Package in double bags for freshness! JBW

Staff is unpleasant. Bought an item to store dog food, discovered it was too big, brought it back the next day WITHOUT being used. This was a purchase for almost $40. They wouldn't refund our credit card after a less than 24 hour purchase. They gave a gift certificate back, and even when told that we don't appreciate a refund of a gift certificate because it's forcing the way a person spends his/her money, the person made a comment that since we spend about $200 in the store per month, we shouldn't care. This is POOR customer service in a community where news travels fast. You want business, be respectful. Refund money when a person makes a return. You don't care about losing business? Fine. We don't care about telling people how you treat your customers. We were never informed of this store policy dictating a gift certificate for a return, and after that certificate is used, we will NEVER SHOP AT YOUR STORE AGAIN and we will NEVER have anything nice to say because it's not the first time a person has been nasty at that store. They got their money from our credit card and held onto it. They took OUR money and didn't give it back when we made a return. Unreal...bet the owner wouldn't like someone taking money out of his/her pocket and having someone dictate whether he/she could have it back after returning an unused item. You got your item back, where's my money? I'm forced to shop at a place that I have zero respect for and want to give no further business to - SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH PEOPLE WHO VALUE YOUR BUSINESS - THIS STORE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT RESPECT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND GIVING YOUR MONEY BACK TO YOU! The staff has been repeatedly nasty, and we shopped there because it was convenient, but I have ZERO problems with taking my business to a place that gives a refund when one is due with a staff that can be pleasant to customers and value their business. I hope other customers come to discover what so many of us have witnessed regarding your treatment of people in this community.

I love this family owned pet store and I love the family too! There pricing is so fair, no better than fair, the pricing is excellent! I love love the Feed Barn!!
