Very Dissapointed! I called Kinney’s and spoke to an associate and told the we have a very s sick child that needs child ibuprofen and that I was five minutes away from the store. That would’ve put me at the store right at 9 o’clock or just to Hair before. I asked them to stay if they could stay open so I could get the medicine I got to the store at about 30 seconds before 9 o’clock and everything was locked up and no one was to be found. Again, very disappointed in the service.

Was rude to my wife. She called a med to be filled that she needed tonight. She was never told they closing at 5. We show up at 508 and they were closing the gate to the pharmacy. She pleaded to get her med. They said nope, go to liverpool. Shame on you. A med that was ready right there that she needed asap. Now we drive to Liverpool who will have it ready in around an hour. She's been suffering all day and was ready for it to be over. Shame on you kinneys

I still can’t believe the experience I had at Brewerton Kinney’s drive thru on Friday morning. My husband and I were headed out of town after his scheduled haircut. Kinney’s was our first stop shortly after they opened as I assumed the whole interaction shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes as all my scripts were ready. The pharmacy person said the computer would take a moment to load up which was fine. So she took my name and started looking for my scripts. She was running around for nearly ten minutes total looking for them. The person behind me drove off, which I was ready to do if I didn’t need my pills for the weekend away. I thought I heard her say something to me while she was near the window, so I asked what, and she muted the microphone and continued to talk to the person next to her with no explanation or comment to me. Now I’m trying to ask her what’s going on and she either can’t hear me because I’m muted too or she’s ignoring me. She disappeared again. At one point I hit the call button because it’s taking so long and she comes back and THROWS a prescription bag at the window while looking right at me. I’m not sure if it was because she was irritated or in a rush but it seemed like she was getting irritated with ME even though she hasn’t communicated anything to me at this point. She finally comes back and says she can’t find my nasal spray, which I tell her that script was the least of my worries and I just needed my other pills. She could have communicated this 10 minutes ago and saved us all the trouble, and I had a feeling from the beginning it was probably one of the scripts I didn’t need that was the issue but she didn’t verify with me or give me a chance to ask. At the very end she passed back my credit card in the inside-to-outside drawer, left the drawer open, and walked away. It seemed like a safety issue to leave the drawer open so I tried to close it but it slammed shut and I drove off embarrassed. I couldn’t hear her well as I was rolling away but I think the worker was yelling at me or making some kind of comment about me touching the drawer as I was driving off. This whole interaction in the drive through took us about 15 minutes and we ended up late to our appointment and late to leave town. I understand pharmacies are understaffed right now and I don’t want Kinney’s to entirely place the blame on this worker. They clearly need some kind of help with their system or they need to hire more employees/keep their employees supported and happy. This is the only pharmacy in Brewerton so this is my— and other residents’— only choice. They’ve been great up until this point but this experience was so bad I felt the need to speak up. I was very anxious about time and feeling very irritated/defeated by the end of this interaction. I hope management can pinpoint what suddenly changed because I see someone else left a negative review this week.

They have always been excellent for prescriptions, refills and anything to do with the pharmaceutical side of the store. Their hospitality and kindness is amazing! The store side of Kinney's has always been acceptionally clean and organized. Thank you for being this way consistently over the many years now that I have been coming to you!

I've been going to Kinney's pharmacy since it opened. I waited 10 minutes in the line today, where I was literally the only person at the window. I pushed the buzzer, she said she had three shots to give, I said no problem, I'm patient and I have my dog for company. 10 minutes later, Another woman comes to the window, very pleasant woman, I gave her my info, gave her my card, she returned the cards said sign here, then passed out my RX's. The entire time my dog was on my lap, patiently waiting for the treats in the window. Dogs love going for a ride, especially to a drive-thru where there are treats in the window. Don't put the treats in the window, If you're not going to give them to the dog. I wasn't happy. I asked for a treat, I don't know if she didn't hear me or didn't listen or didn't care, but don't have them in the window if you're not going to give them to the dog. Not happy!I went and got her a treat.Just pay attention!!!!!

When you have to wait 35+ minutes in line for a RX that was to be filled and ready by a certain time. Yeah this store has gotten ridiculous. There's no reason for the wait, constant mistakes and forgetting medications. They need to step up their game. This is horrible !!

I am thankful to have this local pharmacy in my area! The staff have always been helpful with getting my medications sorted for me in a timely manner. The store itself is filled with some quirky, unique items that are fun to browse while you wait. Some things here are expensive though compared to competitors.

The pharmacy is great and Jim the Head Pharmacist is a great and knowledgeable person. Always smiles and says hello no matter how busy it is. That is the only reason I use Kinneys
