Let me start by saying after being a regular customer with this particular location for many years I'm disgusted!! Last week my husband put 30 dollars in gas in the car and then purchased 2 8oz redbulls they had on special 2 for 5 but was charged 49.88 on our card. WE ARE not the only customers that " are mistakenly over charged there was another customer *itching about the same issue and wanted it resolved immediately well after days of reaching out to the manager and still not having the over charge reimbursed it's time to call the bank! I'M not to sure if everyone is aware but your forced to use there machines to ring up your gas or other purchases while they pay their employees to stand around and talk all shift. This is unexceptable customer service maybe if they would put forth a little effort to resolve over charges they would have a better rating then they do.

Stopped in there Monday 11/20. Filled my gas tank then went in and grabbed a couple burgers and went to check out. The girl at the register said she was not open, no other registers had a person at them. Tried using their self check out and it kept ringing up a chicken sandwich for more money than the burgers. Put the burgers back and left. Guess I will have to go elsewhere from now on.

This place needs workers that care about their job. It’s always something not working or not clean. I had to clean out coffee grounds so many times my self. A lot of machines are always “out of order” please fix everything. We paying to buy stuff here. And can’t get what we need. I had more pictures. But lost them. So have 3. Will add more when I go there again.

This is the third time in two months that I was unable to call in a pizza order on my way home from work. 25 times on a 30 minute drive. Got to the store and placed an order. Told 30 minute wait. Phone line is busy but no one is on the phone. So I call and it doesnt ring. Same excuse. Phones acting up. But after calling them out on it, all the sudden the phone is working. Liars. Last time.

I have the Circle K discount card that is supposed to give you 10 cents off per gallon because it deducts the cost of the gas directly from your checking account, avoiding credit card charges. When I arrived today to fill up, every pump had a flyer taped to it saying "Cash Only." Since I couldn't use my discount card, I went to Byrne Dairy and used their discount card.

I usually really like this place. They have very friendly staff. But today I went in and there was a staff without her mask on, coughing and sneezing all over the place, including the tables where people sit. Then she was walking around the store like that. It was really gross, especially with Covid. I hope she wasn't Covid positive considering how much she was coughing.

Lazy management, employees even will agree. Many items not available like before example steak mash potato bowl never available when I visit, it's funny cause everytime im looking for it I meet new friends trying to find same item"steak bowl" also not really much options threw out the day with pizza, it's hit or miss on the type of pizza but more important the quality. I use to go their when it was nice and easy, pizza was always fresh. And they had a better on the go selection. Steak bowl.!! And better fresh pizza options.

I go there at least once a day, more like twice a day. Everyone is friendly and if you have a CircleK dicount/ Debit card you save 10 cents a gallon on gas and earn points for dollars off and free items and discounts. Great Deal

Jen who works in the deli is amazing! She is super friendly and remembered what I liked even though I have only been there twice. She will be seeing a lot more of me. Oh... the sub great too.

After waiting for 4 minutes and going up to the front, someone finally got someone to make me a wrap in the deli area. The assistant manager “Lindsey” saw me waiting to get food but continued prepping and pretending like she didn’t see me. So I went up to the front and asked for help, then they brought out “Toni” who thought she was going to give me attitude about having to make me a wrap. Once she realized I wasn’t going to allow her to be mean to me, she got nice and we ended up having a nice transaction.I realize people have stuff to do, I try to leave good reviews.But don’t make people wait to get lunch to get back to work. It angers them. (Me)

Terrible service. Went to get a few wraps for dinner. Girl had no name tag or trust me it would be posted. She rolled her eyes at my friend's and I at least 10 times while we were asking for things on our wraps and as we were getting the 4th wrap she rolled her eyes. Opened the container holding the wraps very angrily and threw it down on the wax paper. We politly asked her to not put the sauce on yet because we didn't want it to get soggy-- they planned on toasting it. And she threw the meat and cheese on threw a fit putting it in the oven and getting the rest of the condiments. The whole time she was making the wraps she was talking to another girl whispering. Then as I walked away I heard them saying why would we get 4 wraps and not know everything that we wanted. I just wanted to turn around and tell her that I was extremely nice to her even though she rolled her eyes at me a billion times! And then she goes running her mouth. She shouldn't work for circle k if she doesn't want to be polite to her customers. Sorry. We paid $30, she should have had a smile on her face the whole time. She obviously doesn't realize that we, customers, pay her whole paycheck😁🤣

Wish I could give zero stars!! Lately I've gone in there and the eatery is closed at night especially on the weekend or they have no pizza at all come 9pm. The new eatery manager needs to get his crew together!! Definitely losing a bunch of business.

This is a great, local gas station that stays competitively priced for gas and items you may need while out and about. They maintain a nice area for fishing as well and the rest rooms are typically cleaned well.

Ussualy the best place to gas up with their cash price $0.05 discount including debt. cheeper than local compeditors, short trying your luck and driving all the way to Syracuse.
