Called Cicero Animal Clinic for an emergency to get my dachshund, Paisley in as she was experiencing swollen ripples and was lethargic. Her previous vet no longer in business. The vet here was able to squeeze her in within an hour of my call. Excellent care and entire staff was very kind and helpful. I appreciate everything you do and have already made an appointment for my other dog, Scarlett to establish as a new patient. Highly recommend 👌

Have been bringing my dogs here forever. When I moved almost an hour away, I still elected to keep bringing my dog here! Staff if very courteous, knowledgeable, and kind! Very clean and up to date facility. I’m unsure if they have started accepting new patients again, but if so I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new veterinary practice! 10/10!

I had an emergency with my cat, and had never been here before. After calling vets from all over the area, they were able to get me in that day, even though my cat was a new patient. Absolutely the best. From the front office staff to the vets, everybody loves my dog. I've known Dr. Ranalli for almost 30 years. This is the third dog she and the other vets and staff have taken care of. Excellent medical knowledge, excellent explanations, and just the kindest, most loving, compassionate attention to my dogs. I drive to their location from the University area. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I can’t speak enough good about this place. The staff, all of them, are always awesome & on the ball. This is the first Veterinarian I’ve used where I don’t feel like I’m being pressured into lots of extra services. Nothing worse than being made to feel guilty for not having a “hair follicle depth” test or a “how much kibble per bite” evaluation. There’s a lot of things most vets will try to get you to spend your money on that’s not necessary. Cicero Animal Clinic never does that to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Put aside the cost to take care of your pet and you have a very helpful and caring vet clinic. We come here often because we have a senior dog that needs some extra care. Our pets have always been treated well, the front office staff are kind humans given the amount they deal with and the vets are caring and attentive to the needs of our furbabies. Certainly appreciate all of their efforts.

The amount of compassion from Dr Hale and Erin is top notch. Their knowledge and love for animals and owners are beyond my expectations.I also find the amount of caring and research employees are willing to do shows how much they want the best for our animals/family members :) !They are also willing to educate owners and help them understand and sort through a vast amount of information.I am grateful to have my animals at Cicero Animal Clinic.I also love the sign out front and information in the waiting rooms!Thank you for all you do!!!

I have been happy with the care of my pets. Although vet visits are stressful for cats, the team is gentle with the girls, and it is a quick and painless visit each check-up. The process for arrivals is great, and we were out in 30 minutes for 2 appointments. I appreciate how easy it was!

Got us in over reasonable time frame with a problem with our elderly dog and offered a procedure they could do to help manage it without anesthesia and then offered that the same day so we didn't have to come back again given she had been bleeding this was best case scenario and we appreciate it.They are definitely more expensive than most other vets in the area just a heads up but do show you all possible costs before doing anything and aren't super pushy about trying to get you to do thingsThey have a yearly wellness plan that can take the sting out of vet bills for things like spaying flea and tick and heartworm prevention allowing you yo pay a monthly fee rather than all up front which we've used with our dogsOur lab developed pancreatitis and liver failure a few months ago and they helped us euthanize her and were wonderful with us especially as my 12 year old son came with me because he wanted to be there.You may pay a little more but they provide thoughtful compassionate care

Love this vet clinic they are the best and so very caring and really works with you as far as the payments. Recent visit for annual shots and exam went great as always test results delivered in a very timely manor which made this Fur baby Mom very pleased
