Best place to get Auto Key Fobs cut and programmed! I saved at least $150+ by getting it done at Ace. Austin the store associate who did the work did a great job. Highly recommended all the workers there were friendly. Also watch for coupons, they have one that is save $20 on 100.

Would like to patronage more, but stock is lacking as is the customer service. Clerk in front on cellphone. Even the owner had the deer in the headlights look when asked for an item. Would appreciate a thank you for shopping with us instead of 'have a good one'.

I purchased my own set of keys to be cut and was I need of them being programmed to my truck and they were able to help me out! I wasn’t expecting a hardware store to do the programming but it worked and I didn’t have to go to the dealer! Austin helped me out and was very friendly!

Decent sale prices and a good variety of products. It's nice to get the monthly coupons to help keep costs down too. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I only wish there were more lumber products sometimes.

I love having Ace Hardware in Brewerton, my home town! Every time I have been there the staff has been helpful. In the fall I had to buy a sump pump for our business, basement was flooding, halfway through the install I realized we needed another fitting. Ace was closing, I called and they STAYED OPEN until I got the part I needed! A customer of ours told me the owner delivered an item to her because she couldn’t get out.Thank-you for great service and the convenience of being in Brewerton!

store looks good. went to get a key made for my truck. they advertise that they cut the keys with the smart chip in them which is what i needed.It seems that they cant find the right blank unless you have your old smart key. i lost mine but had a spare key without the chip but they couldnt help me. Had to order one from ebay hope theyll cut it for me when it comes.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean store...only problem I had was bought something at a different ace and took it to this one and because they didn't sell the same items as the other ace I could not return it. Over all good store.

I had a plumbing project and Dave was awesome and gave me a lot of help. It’s nice having a small hardware store with knowledgeable staff local so I don’t have to run to Cicero or Clay. I’ll always check Ace first to see if they have what I need.
