Pharmacy rarely picks up their phone and when then do, the person on the line is very rude. Front of store staff is also rude. Seem like they don’t want to be there and they are bothered by the customers. Several staff members are texting while ringing up customers. Unprofessional and unapproachable.In response to your response. Please see below.Negative comments will always be a thing. But the same concerns and frustrations go back 8 years. You say you can be doing better … why aren’t you. Lack of care, management and poor evaluation on job applicants is hindering your business and therefore allowing your customers to fee less than. I’m hoping something changes so we can all feel a sense of care and professionalism.

So sad to see they are closing soon! Everything is being marked down and barely any customers or workers were inside but a female cashier was very nice and kind. If anybody needs to shop here; do it now.Its a beautiful store in my opinion.

Absolute worst pharmacy staff ever. I concur with all the other comments regarding terrible service, Retaliatory behavior if you question or interrupt their chatting amongst themselves while customers are waiting for long periods time and all around disregard for customers when we should actually come first. The only reason for my continued patronage, is the convenience in proximity to my home and also my route to work. But it seems now I am forced to switch. Since I found out yesterday that this Brentwood store is closing. I’m sorry to see it go , but God works in mysterious ways.

They deserve "0" stars.... I was waiting a long time just to get vaccinated!🤦‍♀️Really bad customer service.... The Pharmacist (with color contact lenses) was very rude and the person at the dropping area (which I don't know her position) kept ignoring me when I asked her questions!!At least the nurse was very nice!***UPDATE:I Emailed them with my complaint. Email didn't go through.🤦‍♀️

It’s unfortunate that I have been coming to this pharmacy for the past 20 years and how it has declined in customer service. You get notifications saying that prescription are filled, and on arrival you still have to wait 20-30 minutes for prescriptions to be filled. That and they’re very discriminatory/judgmental against certain medications . I had an ongoing problem picking up a certain medication that is very important to my well-being. Having to disclose my personal business, to then be told they need the doctor to give them a call. The doctor had to call a numerous times to explain the same thing a handful of times. Just to give them new insurance information took far more then what it should have. I was told to go to the third window when I had said information ready. When I went to the third window I was told to have a seat to then wait while they chatted away (sorry I so happen to come by and interrupt your conversation) . Then was asked if I had the information yet. I had it the minute I went to the third window like I was told to do when I had it. If you justifiably have an issue with them and their poor customer service they purposely inconvenience you the next time you come, if they remember you. It’s disappointing really. I don’t really want to switch being that it’s the closest pharmacy to my house but it’s becoming a little to much to bare. I’m tired of having the same issues with the same pharmacist. Malero was the name she gave me.

Thos pharmacy is so unorganized it's patheticAlways runs out of your medication then you have to wait ,can you imagine running out of your diabetes meds or pain meds and having to suffer in pain till your medication comes in, and they never answer there phone, there rude,Just unprofessional all together, I'm switching pharmacy.

The line is ridiculous all the time. There's only one lady checking people out their medicine and nobody helps her which causes lines in which the wait is over an hour. It's absolutely ridiculous. They also never answer the phone! I can call a million times and never do they respond. Last time I dropped of my medicine on a Friday and I went to pick it up on Saturday and it still wasn't ready. This pharmacy absolutely sucks. They need to hire much more staff in order to get this place running. It's the same thing I go everytime. The manager needs to stop being so cheap and hire a lot more people.

Calling from the Doctors office to get help with a patient's prescription and I've spent over 2 hours being transferred and never spoke to anyone. This is the absolute worse pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Most of my working day was spent on hold.

Rite aid brentwood store's manager Carlos is so nice.. Very helpful, friendly, patiently answer my questions. I will say this is my best shopping experience at drug store.

They ara very very slow & they never pick up the phone but when you go in there they're on the phone laughing. My doctor sent my medicine I was 2 hours away went there & they said it's not ready, then they want to refill your medicine when they get ready. Don't waste your time go to a mom & pops pharmacy save yourself the headache

Horrible costumer service. I went for a booster appointment and they refused to give me the booster shot because I was the only one who came that day and they didn’t want to open a bottle of the shot, I even told them I would bring a family member because I went alone. They still denied me the shot. I needed the shot urgently for a college program and they were so apathetic. Never again.

The lady that is the pharmacist manager needs to be fired for denying a lineman working for FEMA medication 1 day early because i am flying to go see my wife and precious babies tomorrow morning. She didn’t stop to think of why I might need my medication 1 I repeat 1 day early and filling it instead of turning me away like a homeless person when she knows I am gonna run out tomorrow night. 1 day early and because you didn’t I will now have to wait until Thursday hoping I don’t have a seizure instead of enjoying the time with my kids. When I asked her why I couldn’t pick it up a day early she merely replied “BECAUSE THAT IS THE RULES AND YOU CANT PICK UP YOUR NEW PRESCRIPTION UNTIL I SAY SO BECAUSE I AM THE PHARMACIST MANAGER”. I couldn’t believe a person who works in service to help people was talking to me a lineman WHOS up here replacing power poles from back when hurricane sandy ripped apart this state in 2012. Surely i shouldn’t have to explain to her that this is still a FEMA FUNDED JOB and with that we as workers are away from our families and have never been turned away for something this silly. 1 day !!!! Imagine if I told a customer they weren’t gonna get power until I damn well feel like it ?? I would literally fire myself for showing customers my “mad at the world” attitude. She needs to be fired or reprimanded because the Asian pharmacist is oh My lord 1000000 times better and smarter and she can relate to patients unlike this barbaric woman who’s mad at the world poking her chest out like. Rooster walking through rite aid. Come on !!! Your a pharmacist you do know your job is a dime a dozen right ? Don’t take it out on us 300k a year blue collar workers. you picked your career MAYBE YOU SHOULD QUIT IF YOU HATE COMING TO WORK THAT BAD BECAUSE THATS TWICE IVE SEEN YOU all worked up and the little Asian pharmacist was having to cool you down

Horrible, long lines, they don't call if there is a problem with the medication, they will let it sit until your doctor, yourself or insurance company to call, If the doctor call in the medicine in the morning the will text in the evening or you will have to call yourself. Don't waste your time especially if you need your medicine.

They call you saying for medicine is ready and when you go is always a 15 yo 20 minutes wait. I could go to the doctor and pick up my medication next day and not even that works the are just bad on that
